From the entry of the door, to the end of my appointment, I was treated with kindness, courtesy, and professionalism. I felt comfortable with my new dentist, Dr. V! I felt that she really listened to my concerns and addressed them head on. All of the staff are delightful and very thorough! They are also great conversationalists! I highly recommend VDA, you won't be disappointed! Keep smiling

If I could give them a zero I will. I went in for cleaning first visits ever. They ended up X-ray my teeth and gave me a date for my actual cleaning. After I return for my actually cleaning they told me that my insurance is not valid. So I'm sick with an $400 bill without any service that I went in for in the first place. I work at a doctors office and our protocol is to check the insurance first then let the person sign and self pay form for them to be aware that they will be paying out of pocket.

Valley Dental has cared for my oral health for years. Crystal, the hygienist, is awesome. She does the best cleanings and offers suggestions to help me maintain good oral hygiene. I'd like to shine the light on Dental Assistant, Denia and her sister, Denae, one of the front desk receptionists. Both of these ladies are very professional and have the most pleasant demeanors. Dr. Stewart's consultation helped me decide on the best orthodontic treatment for myself. I would recommended this dental practice for your family's oral health.

If I could give this practice 100 stars, I would. After being a patient of the same dentist for over 30 years, I have overwhelming anxiety about dentists. Dr Stewart is without a doubt the best dental provider in Maryland. Not only is she amazing, but her assistants and office staff are equally amazing. I will NEVER go anywhere else!

This is the best dental service I've ever received. Dr CarulIo's work ethic is inspiring, caring, and she shows compassion to her patients. Dr Carullo corrected an issue that another dentist did improperly. Not once did she complain even after the loss of a love one she still managed to do an awesome job during her difficult time. This lady is nothing short of amazing. It's only 5 stars here but I give her 10 'S. Dr Carullo be blessed. Andrea Black

Very discouraging and misleading visit. I feel as if they are strictly there to see how much money they can make. A deep cleaning was suggested to me by the doctor and I refused and asked to schedule a regular cleaning (covered by insurance) which they agreed to! But when I got to the appointment they disregarded what the agreement was and tried to force me to get a deep cleaning and then dismissed me because I refused to incur the additional cost. They did not offer a payment plan or anything, Even when I reminded them that their appointment center scheduled the regular cleaning.

Valley Dental Associates are awesome! I've been going to them for a few years now and I've really become comfortable with Pamela who cleans my teeth and Dr. Stewart has always listened to my concerns and made a long term plan for my teeth. They run a great office and I haven't had to wait very long when I have an appointment. I recommend Valley Dental Associates!
