Everyone is so nice and friendly. Dr. Gardner patiently helped me talk through the problem I was having with my retainer and helped me find the best solution. I was in and out super quickly. I wish I could go back in time and get my braces done here!

Impressed with the level of customer care I received from all staff. State of the art equipment. Dr. Gardner was great. Unlike other medical professionals that seem to only be able to spend a cursory length of time with patients, Dr. Gardener took plenty of time to explain the reason for my symptoms and the options that could be explored to remedy them.

Dr. Gardner was warm and reassuring. He offers repairs & prices that no one else in town provides! The receptionist staff was helpful in finding an appointment time, and I didn't have to make it weeks or months in advance. Even though I showed up a few minutes late, they took me back quickly and I waited only a few seconds. The hygienist staff was friendly! Great overall experience!

Amazing staff! Very clean facilities and high tech equipment. Dr. Gardner and his wife, Rachelle, were very friendly and easy to talk to. I can't say enough good things about BV Ortho. Dr Gardner was so awesome and relatable, for our entire family! He spoke directly to our 11yr old, making sure he also understood everything being explained, while also professionally dealing with over worried parents. Dr Gardner and his staff encompass southern charm and wit, stellar professionalism and are truly amazing at what they do.

I have a personal history with a very well known orthodontist in town, and always left frustrated and feeling like a pay check only. I was nickeled and dimed for every last encounter, and aggressively spoken to when I questioned any sort of explanation of benefits or a line item description of charges. Not with Dr Gardner's office! I can't sing loud enough from the rooftops how pleased we are with our referral to see him from our family dentist. Do yourself a favor: ignore huge marketing campaigns and sales gimmicks from the other guys, go to Dr Gardner instead!

Dr. Gardner is exceptional and very knowledgeable. His staff is friendly, caring and welcoming. Dr. Gardner was even so generous to fix a wire for one of my friends when his office was closed. Highly recommend!

Had a follow up appointment at the Bryan location and waiting for literally 50 minutes after my scheduled time to see the orthodontist. Almost missed work. If you're going with BV Ortho I'd go to the CStat location. otherwise look for another doctor.

I've had 2 teenagers use Dr Watson. I highly recommend him and his staff. Appointments are always on time and we get in and out fast!
