Dr. Goodell and his staff have overseen our dental care for over 15 years. Everyone is professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and very respectful of our time. From regular cleanings to cavities to crown replacements, they have always done excellent work. I highly recommend this practice!

Staff is always helpful, polite and considerate from the front desk staff to the back. Dr. Goodell is very knowledgeable and always made me feel comfortable about my dental care.

Unfortunately this dentist is only into making money. I've been told by my previous dentist and new dentist that my teeth are great. This dentist told me if I wasn't going to have the work done he was recommending then he would no longer see me as a patient. I found a new dentist immediately and so thankful I did.

I have been coming to Dr for 5 years and my teeth have felt the healthiest they ever have. And the stuff is very professional and treats you like family. I always leave there happy and positive. I am glad every time I go. I appreciate all of them

I never used to like the dentist but ever since I've been going to Dr. Goodell's office they treat you with respect they treat you well and they do the best job for pain free dental work I would recommend them to anybody They are very friendly

It's hard to explain too someone who has never experienced the fear of going to the dentist, what that fear is really like. My brother and I had bad teeth from a young age, financially our parents were limited to the extent of dental care they could afford. The dentist suggested to call the Dental School in Ann Arbor and they could do the work for a lesser charge.

We spent many years having work done there, this is where my fear of dentist really started. Nothing against the training Dentist's there! I Just had some "very rough appointments" while going there. Moving on from those memories, I was lucky enough to hear about Dr Goodell many years ago and so thankful I did. He is so gentle, kind and is so patient with anyone who's had fears in the past.

Dr. Goodell and staff are AWESOME! They make you feel comfortable, welcomed and important. Dr. Goodell is meticulous and pays great attention to detail. The receptionist is the sweetest, the woman who cleans my teeth is amazing and Dr. Goodell's wife is very kind. I honestly can't say enough good things about this Team. Went in for my 6 month check up/cleaning. Excellent work done, checked by Dr., everything O.K. Scheduled next appointment before leaving.

Felt very satisfied with the experience at Doctor Goodell's office. The staff were extremely kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Each procedure was explained prior to being performed, there was no discomfort involved for the entire near two hour appointment. I highly recommend this doctor and his staff. Months ago, they came in on a Sunday morning with very little advanced notice to mitigate my issue that caused excruciating pain. I am forever grateful for their services.

Dr Goodell is a wonderful dentist and his staff is caring and compassionate. I always feel like I am in good hands and receiving top-notch care. I highly recommend Dr Goodell. It is difficult to find a dentist who does excellent work, is honest, and charges a fair price. You will get all three of these things and Dr Goodell.

The dental team is very experienced and takes great care to make you comfortable. The hygienists are efficient and gentle. The dentist answers all my questions and is very knowledgeable. When I had a dental emergency they got me in the same day and fixed me right up.

Don't make the same mistake I did. I was new to the area and had a crown come loose. I called this dentist and for the most part they were friendly and inviting. I gave them my insurance information, I was presented with a quote, I approved the quote and then was charged "My estimated portion" which the insurance wouldn't cover. Fast forward to 2 months later when I get a bill for the whole amount.

I look and find out that they are not an approved provider for my insurance. Stunned I called in and talked to the office manager. She was shocked and surprised that no one told me. I even went as far as booking future appointments with them because the estimate was correct for what I should have paid an in network dentist. At no time was I told that he was not in the network, I was left to assume that when they said they took my insurance, that they meant they "took my insurance" not that they would just bill for me. Sooo now I own 200.00 more than what I should and I regret ever going there.

I asked if they would consider a discount for the lack of information, they said the charges are the charges. So lesson learned, never assume a doctor or dentist office takes your insurance, always call your carrier. Shame on the office staff who said they had never ever taken my insurance ever.not to tell me they didn't take it.

Dr. goodell is fine. However, His office manager, Samantha, is the worst. I wish I had the time to explain it. She is beyond rude and on a power trip. Don't be fooled by her initial friendliness when scheduling. That's just a trap to lure you in.

I'm so thankful for Dr. Goodell. He is kind and calm and does fantastic work.

I get compliments on my smile frequently thanks to Dr. Goodell's office. I've been going since I was a child and I have always had a positive experience. I've had cleanings, teeth whitening, cavities filled, an NTI, and onlays over the years. I really appreciate Dr. Goodell's ability to give painless injections!

I have been seeing Dr. Goodell since I was very young. He has always been very gentle and patient and answered all of my questions in detail. He made me a device called an NTI to help with me clenching and grinding my teeth. Since I started wearing it I no longer have migranes!! I get headaches very seldom now as well. He takes care to listen to my concerns and make sure I am happy before I leave. I recommend him highly!

Best Dental office ever. I hadn't been to a dentist for over ten years. And had horrible dental Anxiety. Dr Goodell and Julie, Sam and Sharon are professional and genuine. They got me past my anxiety. I take my whole family to Dr Goodell and his staff. I have never been happier with a dentist.

Dr. Goodell has been my dentist for my entire life. No matter where I have lived over the years, I have always come “back home” to Brighton for my dentistry. The kindness and knowledge of the entire staff is second-to-none. From booking the appointment with the receptionist, to being worked on by the hygienists and assistants, to talking to Doc himself, I have always been well cared for during my appointments. The office staff has been beyond helpful with my insurance needs and billing questions as well.
