Vip Tooth Care Center - Robert Boyden

Dr. Boyden's dental office is the best I have ever been to--and I say that as someone who has a dentist in the family! They're always on time (even early when I show up early); his hygienists are the best around (gentle, friendly, kind); and he's helpful and friendly (someone I trust to be forthright). Between being a student, a job change, and a move across the country, I had a five year hiatus from dental work, but for the last 10+ years I've gone to Dr. Boyden regularly and couldn't be more happy with his practice. I can't recommend him highly enough!

I've been going to Boyden dental for several years. They are one of the best in terms of honest diagnosis and overall quality of treatment. I do recommend to anyone in SLC county. I happily drive from Bluffdale since it's worth driving.

We love Dr. Boyden! Although, as with most small businesses, especially in the health care sector, there are many changes in staff each time our family goes in for our routine checks - they are always fun and pleasant. We love Dr. Boyden and his humor - he is always cracking jokes and is great with my 4 boys, he speaks their language and puts them at ease. He is very sensitive to pain and comfort levels and that, to me, is worth any price. Highly recommend Dr. Boyden and his staff!

Be aware of the ways this office is charging and taking advantage of their clients. They are not being honest and upfront. I'm very disappointed how front desk (Kim) took advantage of me. I had to have new crown done and on previous visit they gave me estimate how much I will pay. I went to my appointment to have my tooth prepared for the crown.

During the procedure Dr Boyden told me tooth next to one he was working on that filing come out and he would replace that. (now i even question that). When I was leaving office I was asked to pay my portion which was $399 for the crown. I asked Kim to bill my insurance first and I will pay after that but she informed me if I don't pay right then I will not get my new crown.

I never heard of such a thing before. She made me feel like I didn't have choice. When I asked how much my payment will be she told me $449, which I later realized she also charged me for the filling without telling me she will do so. When she handed me my receipt, I questioned her about the extra charge and the requiring the payment right after procedure before it even goes through insurance.

I was told that's how they do the business in their office. I was very disappointed how they are handeling their business and after my crown is done, I will not be going back. I don't feel I can trust them unfortunately. Zeljka T.

100% professionals at this place. Dr. Boyden is extremely personable and sensitive to dental anxieties, as are all of his staff. They were in no way judgmental of the significant amount of work I needed done. Dr. Boyden has given me a new lease on life, AND my bill ended up being only about half of what it was initially quoted as (he quoted me on the high end after an initial exam and x-rays, but mitigated the cost once he got in there to do the work, as he had indicated he would be trying to do).

That's a level of upfront disclosure and honesty that is unfortunately not very common these days, and the work was excellent. I have a kid on the way and money in our household is tight. The bill reduction was therefore one gigantic relief in and of itself, on top of getting the procedures I've dreaded for long behind me without nearly the painful marathon I had convinced myself I would be enduring.

I still can't believe how much he was able to turn my mouth around during a single visit. His office is even in the same building as the oral surgeon who will soon be removing my long-overdue wisdom teeth, and for all intents and purposes they are on precisely the same page in terms of continuity of care. The oral surgeon is who initially pointed me to Boyden with a glowing recommendation. I understand why; I'd recommend Dr. Boyden to anyone.

Dr. Boyden and his whole staff are amazing! Only dentist that I have EVER found that was understanding of my son's special needs and we went to at least 30 different dentist's before finding him. Thank you to him and his staff.

This place is awesome. The staff at the front desk are friendly and professional. The Dentist Dr. Boyden does amazing dental work my fiance had a temporary crown put on her tooth today and it looks amazing. Janette the dental assistant was professional and very friendly. Will always refer friends and family too this office.

I've been coming to Boyden Dental for almost two years now and every experience I've had with them has been exceptional. The receptionist is kind and helpful. Dr. Boyden is a great dentist. I often find my past dentists to be conceited and arrogant but this isn't the case with him. He' is humble and genuinely concerned with the comfort and care of his patients.

I have only been to Boyden dental a couple of times and they have been amazing! The second time I went they called me by my name and knew who I was. They are extremely friendly and personable. They make you feel like part of their family. I was referred to them by a friend and I couldn't believe the difference in their office compared to a bigger corporation. I wish I would of know about Boyden dental years ago! If you're looking for a family friendly environment Boyden dental is the place for you!

Seriously, I've been going to Dr. Boyden for several years. I first heard about him from a radio promotion. Gave his team a try and I've never wanted to go anywhere else EVER again. Now that they're located in Millcreek I love it even better. Just had my 6 month cleaning and Dr. B hooked me up with awesome suggestions and care for an issue that has bugged me for over 15 years (not his doing) Took him NO time to help me and he did a BEAUTIFUL job.

Everyone at the office is great. They bend over backward to make you happy. You can tell they love working there. I don't think I could ever leave SLC because I wouldn't be able to take them all with me. Best dentist EVER!

Dr. Boyden and his staff are the best. When I was little my dentists literally climbed up on my chest and held me down while doing some work. I was scared to death of dentistry. Dr. Boyden set me at ease and does everything possible to make the dental visits comfortable. The front office staff have been a pleasure to work with and Have also worked within my budgetary limits even allowing me to put portions of my bill on payment plan. When I lost a Crown they fit me in to get it repaired! Great staff and service.

Dr. Boyden and Boyden Dental is FANTASTIC. I have loved every experience I've had with the staff throughout the few years I've been coming here. The ladies at the front desk are helpful, accommodating, and professional. The office is nice and features convenient parking and a large waiting room. Dr. Boyden is friendly, funny, and genuine. He remembers and cares for his patients unlike I've ever experienced with previous dentists. I definitely recommend Boyden Dental.

I've been going to Dr. Boyden for years. I love the comfortable and friendly atmosphere in the office and they have always been so helpful and accommodating if we have a dental emergency. I also appreciate his honesty with my kids' treatments - I've been scammed by a dentist in the past who told me my child needed unnecessary fillings. I appreciate Dr Boyden's thoroughness, but never overly-aggressive dental care.

Dr Boyden is great. I've never had good luck with dentists but this guy has been amazing. I had a couple of major things done and not once was there any pain which was a new experience for me. Dr Boyden is professional, fun, and always made me feel comfortable while at his office. His staff is very friendly and his assistants are very good at what they do. I'll be going back here for as long as I'm in the valley!

I have been going here for 3 years now and have loved it from the beginning. Dr. Boyden is always extremely nice and has an amazing smile(as a dentist should). I am always treated nicely and prompt. I love that they send a text reminder as well since I am always busy and tend to space things like that.

I didn't know it was possible to love going to the dentist. These guys are definitely something else! It starts out with 2 genuine ladies at the front desk. They really are so sweet. I have Melissa clean my teeth every 6 moths and she is a gem! She does great work, she made me feel comfortable and laugh a lot too! Dr. Boyden is by far the best!

It took me close to 10 years to find anyone I was even remotely satisfied with. I have asked him so many questions and he answers them with great explanations. I couldn't be happier! I trust them and feel welcomed every time I walk in the door. I leave with a brighter smile from ear to ear too.;
