Very friendly, patient, and creative doctor and staff. My son is terrible at dentists and would not sit in a chair for very long, so at Pediatric Dentistry of Palo Alto they let him sit however he wanted to sit (even backwards) and let him take frequent brakes. It took a little longer but we got everything done and it was fun and easy. I really appreciate that they meet kids on kids' terms rather than forcing them to comply with office protocols.

I've been going to this dentist for over 10 years and they have always always been efficient. I really recommend them. Their new office is beautiful and welcoming!

The staff, after giving us a selection of appointments and we confirmed one of the options, didn't even put it on their schedule. Imagine you are about to take your son to an appointment, and they said they don't have the appointment. My son is supposed to have braces next week, so we are trying to do one cleaning prior to that, so this totally screwed up our schedule.

We can not believe how amazing our daughters first visit was today! We are so happy to have found dr. Adams!

My son is four and we have been coming to Dr. Aneil for the past two years. I truly love coming here and everyone is so nice and friendly. My son is always excited to take extra care of his teeth and understands the importance of brushing and the cherry on top is that he receives a toy each time he doesn't have a cavity! I would recommend coming here if you have a child.

They have a big movie room so your child can pick out a movie to watch while they are getting their teeth cleaned. So grateful to have found this lovely place and know these amazing people.

I cannot express with words my gratitude for Dr. Adams and his staff (Daisy and Rodney) my daughter is 6 and we've been going to a highly recommended practice on middle field. After our last visit, it was discovered she has two cavities and maybe more and they recommended general anesthesia. As time went on, I felt like a second opinion was in order and I found Dr. Adams.

Our consult was then complete opposite of our other experience and he takes so much time to explain in great detail his plan, strategy, etc. He recommended nitrous, topical lidocaine and local anesthetic to fill the cavity for the next appointment. My daughter has been so nervous about the "shot". He jokes around and talks her through every single part of the procedure to calm anxiety.

When it was time for the local anesthetic, she didn't even feel a thing. It was magical and so much more than I would've ever expected. He filled the cavity and it was a huge success. Thank you so much for your time, respect, patience and understanding Of children Dr. Adams, we are forever grateful. Also- very Covid-19 safe, one patient at a time, temperature check, screening before you enter.

Everyone in PPE, masks, shields, feels very safe. He even bought Moana the movie for her when he realized he didn't have it in his library anymore. Absolutely the best. If you have a nervous child, I would highly recommend Dr. Adams and his team.

Dr. Adams and staff have been so welcoming every visit that we have had. Sofia always looks forward to picking a movie and learning about her teeth. We are fortunate to have found such a great place. #PDPaloAlto #buzzybooth

Dr. Adam's is great with the kids and parents. We value his approach that the child's experience is as important as the treatment.

My daughter has a developmental disability so dentists have always been a struggle. This dentist office understands kids and their fears and they do their best to make the kids comfortable and excited to be at the dentist. It is a miracle that the staff here are able to clean my daughter's teeth and do her check up. It took her a couple visits, but they never forced anything and did as much as she would let them. We are now at a point where she let them do everything they needed included xrays. A miracle, I tell you! Two thumbs up, so happy we found this dentist.

Dr. Adams and his staff are truly remarkable. After a visit to a less talented dentist on Middlefield, where the anesthesia did not work, our 10 year old daughter had a deep dentist trauma. The next dentist suggested we just strap her to the chair. It took us 3 years and quite a few attempts to even get her into a dentist practice again. When she sat in Dr. Adams chair, she was crying and shivering in panic. Dr. Adams was very patient and empathetic.

Although I am sure he is very busy, he took the time it needed to calm her down, never pushy, never annoyed. He then explained every step to her in a way that she could understand. Eventually she was totally relaxed and the anxiety had vanished completely. The procedure went smooth and afterwards our daughter was proud of herself to have been brave to conquer her fear.

She now says, she only wants to see Dr. Adams and will go anytime she needs to. Now her little brother wants to go to see Dr. Adams too. I wish we would have picked Dr. Adams in the first place. Seeing him work reminded me of the movie Patch Adams.

I love coming here for my daughter's appointment bec Dr. Aneil is very nice and patient with my daughter's tantrums but the other staff not so "kid-friendly" and there never was a ff up call to have my daughter's 6 month regular check up or to do the every 3 months silver diamine to prevent her cavities from getting worse.

My 4-year old sons have been visiting Dr. Quo since they were 1.5 years old. The staff is wonderful at this place. They are very patient with young kids, and I get the sense that everyone truly enjoys working with kids. The waiting area is amazing; it's full of fun toys to keep kids busy. Kids can watch a movie while getting their teeth cleaned. They make a rather uncomfortable procedure rather enjoyable for kids and parents. My kids told me that they wanted to go back there after each visit.

This is another terrible review for the staff of Dr Aneil and especially their billing policy and the behavior of the billing department (I saw many have experienced the same). Our 3 children have been patients of this practice for 9 years. Since Dr Ponce left, in our opinion, things have drastically changed. They recently decided to go out of network for most insurances and they recently charged us $399.50 of extra cost (not covered by insurance) for basic cleaning visits + sealings.

They also charged us for the same child 2 X-rays (a bitewings-two films followed by a panoramic film) which doesn't make any sense to us. When we asked questions, we found the staff was extremely difficult, unkind and bluntly threatened to send the bill to recollection- making impossible for us to address our questions to the dentist. Overall, the care is OK but doesn't justify this gap in prices and this behavior. Obviously, we are moving to another practice.

My one year old had his first dentist appointment with his new doctor Aneil Kamboj & I truly love it here. The parking here is super easy, he has excellent staff and they also have a movie room filled with movies and games that they let you take one to have (I got a movie that I actually wanted to see. my son is one he doesn't know). The dental assistant is amazing and friendly and junior was super comfortable around them. I will recommend this facility to everyone.

We had such a great experience here! My son went in for his first visit a few weeks ago and I was nervous about how he would do, but the staff was so nice and welcoming and did everything they could to make him feel comfortable. They let him pick out a movie to watch and were so patient with him, showing him all of the tools beforehand and giving him a new tooth brush and fun little prize at the end. So happy I found a great pediatric dentist (and staff) for my son!

The staff and doctors at this office are so great to work with.they were wonderful with my 3 year old and made her feel so comfortable!

Dr. Adams and his team are great with my little man. My son Gabriel is 20 months and just had his second visit with Dr Adams. Considering my son has stranger anxiety this visit went well. Dr Adams is so sweet, gentle and super fast with his dental exam. I've already recommended him to my family and friends with small children. Thank you Dr Adams!

We've come to PDPA for everything from general cleanings to chipped tooth repair for our daughter, since she was 2 until now that she's four. Dr. Roberts and crew have never been anything but caring, compassionate, and dedicated to the small details that help make the process as simple and easy for our daughter. Would recommend PDPA to anyone looking for a new dentist for their kids.

Been going to this office for over 7 years. We were very sorry to see Dr. Ponce leave but Dr. Aneil is awesome. Love the front office staff, hygienists (especially Rodney), and everyone here. Always on time. I did have a billing issue on my last visit (bill wrong insurance) and sent three emails with no response. Very frustrating that I had to track down what was happening. Somehow the billing staff isn't operating on the same level as the rest of the office.

Dr Aneil Kamboj was terrific and made the appointment very easy for my son. I appreciate the timeliness of being seen for the scheduled appointment time.

Dr. Ponce was AMAZING with my 4 year-old son. He went step by step of the procedure and made sure my son was comfortable. They are on the pricier side but you get what you pay for. Book wa---y in advance if you want certain date and time. Absolutely the BEST!
