Vacca Family Dental

The Vacca practice is wonderful! I had not gone to the dentist is a very long time. I was afraid and embarrassed of the work I needed so hid behind my mask for as long as I could. A bad infection started and I was able to get in right away even though I wasn't a current patient. They understood my fear and didn't make me feel ashamed. They were able to help ease my anxiety and help me start the process to having a beautiful smile again with better dental hygiene.

They are very kind, polite, and professional. They are always welcoming with not just asking how I am, but remembering details of past conversations. Dr. William Vacca even remembered the book I was reading at my prior visit and asked how it was. I now get compliments on my new smile daily. They have done much more then help my dental hygiene but also helped me with my self esteem. I am very thankful for how caring the Vacca practice is.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Vacca since moving to Midlothian 20 years ago. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Vacca is one of the kindest, most gentle and professional care givers in the industry. He always takes time to explain everything thoroughly in a way in which you are able to understand. He checks with you constantly during any procedure to make sure you and your comfort/pain level are A-OK. The staff are like my friends. They are always cheerful and helpful and go out of their way to assist with any of your needs. As I said before, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Dr. Vaccas office is terrific. Great staff and great dentists. They are all very personable and kind. It's a comfortable and relaxing environment. My family and I love it there.

I have been going to Dr. Vaca for some years for my dental care as has my wife. I have been highly pleased with the services I have received. I recently had a difficult bridge installed. The procedure was flawless and highly professionally carried out. Dr. Vaca and his son are highly skilled and work as a team. His Dental Assistants are first class as well as is his office staff.

Everyone is personable and friendly. I can recommend his practice highly. I have not received better dental care. Dr. Vaca also offers a special financial program which helps to reduce costs.

As usual, my half year cleaning appointment went great. There was no waiting beyond my scheduled time. Jennifer was very pleasant, considerate of my being comfortable through the proceedure, and thorough. The office staff was pleasant, as always, especially for the very early morning appointment. Another great check-up. We were in and out quickly and we didn't have to wait past our scheduled appointment time to be seen. The practice has implemented several COVID-related protocols that made us feel safe. It was nice to see Williams join the practice.

Dr. Vacca and team do an amazing -- and efficient -- job. Having had many dental procedures over my life I am definitely not someone who looks forward to going to the dentist. At all.
