I have never written a YELP review, but University Family Dental is worth the effort. While traveling, I broke a crown. The professionals at University Family Dental got me in the next business day. Because my time in town was limited, they rushed my new crown, so my entire experience took less than 10 days. All of the service outlined above was obviously exceptional, but there is so much more.

The care, the concern and the pleasant atmosphere in the office was incredible. The temporary crown was positively the best temporary I've ever had. When my permanent crown came in, I was in and out of the office in under 30 minutes. I believe all of this happened because the Doctor and the Technicians took their time to "do it right the first time." I've had a lot of dental work. This was the best experience ever and I highly recommend University Family Dental

My family has been a patient here since it opened and although we live clear across town and takes us longer than a closer dentist would, the customer service and personal attention is second to none! I rarely see Dr. Martin because her business has blossomed beautifully but the other Dr. Martin is great too!

Visited your office for the 2nd time in almost 3 years today you all continue to be amazing! If you're wanting/needing implants, dentures or just looking for the best dentist, look no further than University Dental in Las Cruces. Dr. Kim Martin and her staff are Fantastic! I was lucky to have found her. I went in for implants and can honestly say. I love my new smile. The care I have received is "best in class." I can't see myself going anywhere else.

I was very pleased with my first visit today. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and Dr. Kim Martin was very thorough and explained everything to me. She was supported by a great assistant, Lisa, and I couldn't be happier.

These people are so kind and friendly! Dental experiences I have had in the past made me dread going to the dentist, now it is not so bad. Also, they are the only dentist I have heard of that offers you paraffin wax treatment for your hands while they work on your teeth, major perk! Would definitely recommend visiting them for your dental needs!

I absolutely love the atmosphere! It started with Andrea's phone call and then the experience with the office has been amazing ever since. Dr. Martin, Amy and Yvette have helped me so much with the mouthpiece that I have to wear at night. They helped me save so much money with their honesty! I have decided to switch University family dental and make them my primary dentist office. Once I can make the move I will bring my family over as well. Thank you all for your kindness! John Johnson

Great service. They always pamper you! I was there today having some work done on my teeth. The entire staff are perfectionists. I left there with a beautiful smile Dr. Martin and staff are such perfectionists. They always make sure you are satisfied before they let you go. Everyone is so pleasant it's like visiting with friends.

I will get to the point! Being 82 years old (luck);)) and going to my first dental appointment (Long Beach, CA) during WWII, I have been to more dental offices than I can remember. The past 10 years it has been my good fortune to experience the most friendly and comfortable dental experience as well as great results under the leadership of Dr. Martin. All technicians and front office staff are absolutely like family! 5*****

Great staff! Emily is my hygienist and she is knowledgeable and does an amazing job. Brenda at the front desk is friendly and super helpful always! O ya and the Dentist do a great job too!

Be careful of this Spa Dental Clinic. Possibly foisting unneeded medical procedures. Beware of the possibility of Healthcare Profiteering. I went to this clinic to have routine x-rays and cleaning. They started to measure my gum depth and I asked what they were doing. I was informed that they couldn't proceed with a tooth cleaning until they determined what kind of tooth cleaning I needed.

Well I was thinking a tooth cleaning to the best of the hygienist capability. I was informed there are different levels of tooth cleaning at different price levels (of course). I asked for a basic cleaning at the best the hygienist had time for but they refused and the Dentist told me I was not a fit for their clinic! Refused a basic dental procedure!

Now I am in my mid-sixties and have all of my teeth. They are all nice and straight and look good save for the coffee stains. I have been to the dentist probably 120 times in my life and have had plenty of cleanings. I have never had a problem with periodontal disease. No history of gum disease. They didn't even ask about it. I'm sure they are all good and honest people but it's pretty easy to just run a charge through on someones dental insurance.

A charge that can be defended as "just being thorough." But really? $1,000 tooth cleanings cause, "You don't want that periodontal disease like that (awful) picture hung there in front of your chair."

Very friendly, compassionate, & warm welcoming Staff. They all go out of their way to provide a very professional yet fun environment, especially for those with dental anxiety! I am very thrilled & fortunate to have found a place so accommodating! I highly recommend anyone & everyone to Dr. Martin & her team at University Family Dental!

University Family Dental is THE place to go for quality care and friendly service. Their crew has worked tirelessly to serve every need I've had as a patient. They make you feel like a part of their family, which makes every visit more welcoming and definitely less stressful. Not only do they have a fun, family atmosphere, but they are fully invested in my total dental health.

I know that I can ask any questions about my procedures, and the employees have valuable knowledge over every aspect of my care. I'm so very thankful for all the ways they've helped me. Thanks UFD!

Don't bother trying to convince me there's a better dentist out there, because you won't. Every person here is friendly, knows what they're doing, and cares about their patient's comfort and needs. They even give you a hand treatment each time you're in. It's basically a spa on steroids. I'm spending my two days off getting dental work done and I'm not even mad.

I get to have my hands slapped into some hot paraffin wax baths, watch hgtv and chill in the awesome shades they give you to wear. More like University Dental Resort. I'd give this place ten stars if I could.

This is the best Dental Place I have ever been to! Staff, and Dentist are super kind, and friendly! They went above and beyond for me. I had a great experience with them. Very accommodating, and all the ladies are just so super sweet! I will be recommending university family dental to others! They are awesome!

I feel like Dr. Martin and her team care about their patient's dental health and well-being. They are personable, relaxed, and have been honest and thorough about my dental needs, but never tried to pressure me into unnecessary procedures, or otherwise tried to "upsell" me. They have been extremely patient with my questions about procedures, and are awesome about ensuring my comfort during procedures. I can tell that they care about what they do, and that they want their patients to return. Which I will. :
