Twinsburg dental has been treating my family and I for a few years now and it has been nothing but a pleasure. A pleasure going to the dentist? You may ask, Yes! We are always treated with the aut most care. Everyone has a genuine smile. At times I have seen a new employee, I will think, I liked the other person, then the new person is just as nice or nicer! Or, by the way, my teeth are well taken care of too.

My husband and I have been coming to Dr. Rainwater for a few years and are always pleased with the dental care received. The office appearance is inviting and warm. Rachel and Brianna, the receptionists, are pleasant. My hygenist today, Stephanie, took time to explain why she was doing certain procedures. Dr. Rainwater is pleasant to speak with and always takes time to thoroughly explain processes and dental care. Thank you!

I had an unfortunate incident that required a last minute cosmetic procedure with Dr. Mark and his amazing staff. His front office (Rachel and Bryanna) staff was able to get me in same day and made me feel as though they understood how important this was for me. I then received some of the best dental care ever from his assistant Karla and Dr Mark as well. I am glad to say I am their patient for as long as they'll have me. :)

After having multiple bad experiences at different dentists, I finally have found one that my family and I will stick with! I had the best first visit today! From the sweetest receptionist to the very nice and gentle hygienist and the very smart and helpful doctor! I was so impressed I had to write a review. Dr. Mark Rainwater and his staff are amazing! They have always treated my dental cases with excellent work and professionalism! I can count on them anytime whenever I have any dental issues. I've been going to Twinsburg Dental Associates for over 2 years now and I've always had a good experience. Most of my visits have been for cleanings and they have always been able to work with my schedule, notify me of any changes and their reminder calls are much appreciated. I did have a dental plan that included having several teeth extracted, they referred me to an oral surgeon in nearby Solon (another wonderful Dental office) and I never felt pressured or shamed for the condition my teeth were in.
They also worked with me while I was pregnant to ensure the safety of myself and my son while going through my treatment. Dr. Rainwater is always super pleasant as is the staff there. I definitely recommend.
