Twaddle Orthodontics

Great experience. Dr. Twaddle and the staff are super thorough and seem to really know their stuff. My first time meeting Dr. Twaddle he was kind and seemed really calm. He worked well with his staff and seemed to really trust their expertise and judgment. When I came in for the application of the braces, the office was run like a well-oiled machine.

They were several chairs lined up (with plenty of space in between) and the dental assistants(staff) prep the client and or perform some services and Dr. T moves from the chair to chair and assesses and provides treatment (changing gloves with each client). Kylie the dental assistant with me was very calm and thorough despite the complication of the brackets popping off.

I chose the clear brackets and she said they have a more difficult time with the rubber bands on the clear brackets. Needless to say, I had a good visit and look forward to seeing my smile change with treatment.

My daughter received her braces at Twaddle orthodontics and her teeth are ruined. She has cavities on every tooth surface. We fixed 3 last year and after this weeks cleaning we are scheduling to fix 10 more cavities. While she had braces never was I told that she needed to brush more. Our dentist advised that when he sees things like this after braces it is because someone put the bonding materials on the whole surface instead of where the bracket would go.

I do recall a lot of new faces at Twaddle in Columbia at the time. Perhaps students? When I questioned Twaddle, he got extremely upset and defensive with me. (Hard to picture, I know) He pulled up her photos taken during treatment. Every one of them showed no plaque buildup so my question is, what caused damage to all of her teeth? I might add that I did call their Columbia office and left a voicemail and they never returned my call. Hopefully Alayna was a rare case for this practice

We love Dr. Twaddle and his staff. They are all so friendly and welcoming. They are great at answering any questions that may arise. We recommend him to any that is looking for an orthodontist! Blake thinks you are the best Dr. Twaddle!

Highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking to fix their teeth/bite. Very professional and friendly place for all ages. They were able to continue my orthotic work that were put on in Europe with no troubles at all. If I could give a 10 star review I would!

My braces were put on 02/19/2019 and I just got them taken off 10/21/2020 and will continue my follow up appointments here. Dr Twaddle and his entire staff have always been super friendly and professional. They listen to any questions or concerns you have throughout the process and answer each of them. I will ALWAYS recommend Twaddle Orthodontics!

Noticed my permanent retainer was loose in the morning, called Twaddle Orthodontics, and they scheduled me for that same afternoon. Every staff member was friendly, the service was prompt, and they charged me half of what other places were quoting. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved Twaddle Orthodontics! Very short waiting time, one on one treatment, we did NOT have to wait 20-30 minutes to see the orthodontist each visit, the front desk staff were extremely nice and easy to work with, the front desk staff made sure our child was checked in properly, and Dr. Twaddle always made sure our 8 year old was comfortable and enjoyed her visits! There weren't 12-15 other people receiving treatment at the same time which was also nice!

Back to 10 years ago, both I and my son visited to Dr. Twaddle Orthodontics. we liked his skills and his office and his team. Great jobs were done. Recently we went to his office again for adjust my son's retainer, we felt that positive smile environment again. Just like their work and settings. I recommended friends to there too.

I love all of the staff and of course, Dr. Twaddle. He is an excellent orthodontist and this is my second child in treatment at this time. Dr. Twaddle cared for my nephew 15 years ago and he is 33 now and still has a perfect smile, thanks to Dr. Twaddle! Now my step son is in treatment and his smile is improving steadily. The office is beautiful, easy to get to and it is state of the art so I absolutely recommend Dr. Twaddle to all of my friends.

Extremely helpful service, I got my braces off around a year ago but still was able to go back for any issues. Scheduling was very easy too, sometime I was able to change my appointment the day of and still get it changed within the same week. Extremely friendly staff and easy to work with :

Our family relocated from the lake two years ago. Dr. Twaddle and his team made the move seamless and a truly great experience for our boys. Not only have we received excellent orthodontic care, but the Columbia staff worked really hard to get to know our boys and welcome them! As a parent, I appreciate the ease of scheduling, and the personalized care and attention we receive during each visit! We really cannot say enough great things.and we now have a brand new, million dollar smile to prove it!

Both of our kids have had great experiences with Dr. Twaddle and his team. Our son was a bit more challenging as he wasn't a very good patient in terms of caring for his teeth and braces. Dr. Twaddle and his team were very patient with him and stayed supportive even with his 15 month plan turned in 27 months! Definitely recommend this team!

Twaddle Orthodontics is so amazing! The staff are all awesome and I've never had a negative interaction with anyone there. The office is very, very clean and organized, too. I transferred to Twaddle after receiving improper treatment from a previous orthodontist. They were very accepting and fixed everything! My teeth are very straight and very white now! Twaddle also supports me as an individual. They provided a sponsorship for my martial arts tournament and are considering doing the same thing again! I highly recommend this office! We have been coming here for many years! Our last daughter got her braces off today! In all the years we have been coming, Dr Twaddle and his staff have been wonderful! Encouraging when needed, always gentle, always friendly, and they actually have a way of making braces fun with events during the year. I would not hesitate to recommend Twaddle Orthodontics!

Dr. Twaddle was great! His staff was friendly, organized, and awesome to work with. Upon arriving we were always seen quickly- this got us in and out so that my son missed less school. Best of all, Dr. Twaddle told my son he'd be out in a certain amount of time and sure enough he was. If you have to get braces, this is how you would hope the experience would go.

I had my braces for two and a half years or so and every time I went in to get an adjustment, it was a great experience! The people who work there are extremely nice and Twaddle is a fantastic, kind, and funny person. Also, I love my new teeth!
