They scheduled my appointment months in advance only to tell me that they messed up scheduling and it would be impossible to do any work that day. Had appointment set for another few months out. Covid ended that. Nightmare.

The entire staff is very kind & takes their time making sure your teeth are in the best shape possible! Tessa did a fantastic job & makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience.

I see Dr. Conrad and Tessa, and they're both amazing! I don't plan on ever leaving this office. The staff have always been kind and friendly. They are honest and upfront about costs related to dental work which I appreciate very much!

My daughter broke her tooth at school. She would be a new patient at TriState, but that didn't stop them from getting her scheduled that same day. They did everything needed in that one appointment. Her tooth looks great. This was only dentist that would see her same day since she was new. I was glad she didn't need to be in pain all night. Thank you TriState.

DO NOT waste your time taking your children here. Nurse was extremely impatient with my daughter who had anxiety and kept talking over me as I was trying to calm her down. I warned them ahead of time she had anxiety. Save yourself the trouble and find a pediatric dentist as they arent equipped to handle anxious children.
