I can highly recommend TLC dental to everyone! Appointments are quick and everyone is so friendly and helpful. My hats off to Hamida (the practice manager) who runs a tight ship and a great team. Well Done!

After being welcomed into the practice by the loveliest of staff, I was privileged enough to be seen by Dr Anisah and Nurse Peggy. I cannot recommend them enough! My experience at TLC dental was memorable to say the least. I was initially worried and anxious before my appointment, but I left feeling reassured and confident. Dr Anisah has an incredible eye for detail and listened attentively to all my concerns, she explained everything so well that I left feeling a lot more educated about my teeth.

Nurse Peggy was absolutely lovely and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole process. The level of professionalism, skill and kindness was unmatched. I will definitely be back in future.

I would highly recommend TLC Dental, from start to finish it was a pleasant experience. I was lucky to have Dr Anisah Begum take care of me. She was very careful and explained everything she was doing. It was almost relaxing having her treat me. She's definitely the best dentist I have been to so far.

Be careful! I choose this dentist because of the amount of good reviews it had and my experience was horrible. Something was off so I decided to analyze all the reviews one by one and then I noticed that they all exaggerated about the experience like going to the dentist was the best thing in the world and they had not felt better in their lives. Another thing you also see is how most of these people only reviewed once or twice through the app, which could mean that the accounts were only created to do that review.

So glad to have found this office. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing but the staff, Dr Coutras and most especially the hygienist Karina made me feel so comfortable. Karina was so patient and didn't make me feel silly for my dental fears. Her patience, friendly caring nature is what will make me keep coming back. Such a great experience that I enrolled in the family plan and now both of my college kids are seeing her as well ( when home on breaks from school ). Thank you Karina and TLC dental

Best in Class Experience. I felt immediately at ease in my first appointment with Dr. Bekim Cela who is by far one of the most patient and kind dentists I have ever seen. He was incredibly thorough with a keen attention to detail. I also had the pleasure - yes, pleasure to undergo deep cleaning with Karina who is the very best Hygienist in the world - seriously she could not have been more caring and gentle - an amazing professional at the top of her game.

I have been coming to TLC Dental for a very long time and never had no problems. I have even moved but still travel to come and use their services. Dr Kelly is my dentition and she's amazing, she gives me treatments that I didn't even know I could have, she's so friendly and airy she's definitely my tooth fairy! You can tell she has studied hard, she knows what's she's doing.

The receptionist are so welcoming they work under pressure and still have time to great me nicely. My children's teeth are perfect too and they enjoy going all the time and have competitions about whose teeth are healthiest! Thank you so much TLC never leave we need you! I'm off to rock my new tooth now!

I am SO happy I found my new dentist family! I am new to the area and had been going to the same dentist family for over 30 years! While I'm not a big fan of going getting my teeth cared for - I am a stickler for healthy teeth and gums! Ruth was patient and kind while taking X-rays and answered any question I had. Roosevelt gave a pain free and excellent cleaning! Dr Celo was extremely patient while answering all my questions and explained everything in detail. Alex took care of finances and made sure insurance covered all allowable expenses! What a team - all professionals that know their stuff and know how to work efficiently. I'm impressed - you guys all rock in my opinion!

Dr. Cela was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Very informative and explained what he was doing every step of the way. The assistant, Kendra, made me feel welcomed and right at home immediately! TLC isn't a dentist, they're family! I previously had a horrible dental visit and it kept me away from the dentist for 3 YEARS! After this visit I'll come back next week if they'll have me

I have never seen a more-hungry, money grabbing, unfeeling office and staff when it comes to TLC Dental in Fort Lauderdale. I live on SSDI and they let me wait 1 year and they put me collections until it was paid, but to find out that my teeth shifted and crown no longer fit! So, not only did i pay collections 582.00 for a crown that didn't fit, but they hit me with a remainder balance for 140.00 for collection fees!

They have no feelings or empathy for anyone! They told me that they need to make a new crown that fit and would cost me over $700.00? They are cruel and indecent to their patients and unsympathetic. I tried to file a complaint with BBB, but over course they are not listed in the Better Business Bureau as a A 1 business with all the complaints from their Hollywood office!

I wanted to tell you how great my experience was today. Your office from the moment I walked in made me feel at ease. The oral surgeon and his assistant were amazing. The front office staff and the financial coordinators are always pleasant and courteous. The back staff that walked by always greeted me and took time out of their busy schedule to ask how are you. Thank you for providing outstanding care.

My experience at TLC Dental was absolutely brilliant. The reception staff were extremely welcoming and efficient. My treatment was with Dr Kellie Jones and Maya, who were both very professional and great at their jobs. I felt at ease right away and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, despite me being someone who typically does not like going to the dentists. The treatment itself was thorough, and I received all the help and advice I needed post-treatment too. I would definitely recommend the practice to anyone who asked!

I broke my tooth and Teka was able to schedule me so quickly for everything I needed. They walked me through getting my dental insurance cleared, and helped me with all my services, they're all very positive and kind. I appreciate it so much! :

I first meet with Dr Bekim Cela for an exam. I haven't been to such a nice, friendly, clean, and professional establishment ever. Dr Cela was very clear and had great communication about my x-rays and examination. A week later, I had a follow up cleaning with hygienist Karina. Not only was she gentle, I've never had such a pleasurable cleaning, but she was also incredibly kind. You would be lucky to have these folks take care of your teeth.

My experience here was great. I got the Invisalign treatment here and Dr Kellie Jones was the dentist that looked over the whole process. Dr Kellie Jones and the staff at TLC Dental were very friendly and welcoming, always helping answer any questions that I had regarding the Invisalign treatment. The whole process took a year, and I am happy with my results. I would very well recommend getting the Invisalign treatment here at TLC Dental.

I switched to this dentist office after reading the good reviews but my first impression of them is terrible. The receptionist doesn't provide good customer service and I found him to be rude. From the beginning, to schedule the appointment I had a hard time. Also, be careful when you get a bill. Like most offices they don't bill insurance first for all the procedures before sending the bill to the patient so call the insurance first to confirm if you owe anything before you pay.

For years I've struggled with finding a dentist that makes me feel comfortable and that I trust to make my teeth look as best as possible, I could not have wished for a better result. Dr Kellie Jones has been outstanding. Not only with the most fantastic job but she has consistently made me feel comfortable and reassured. Choosing the right dentist can be daunting, however, I can confidently recommend Dr Jones as the best dentist I have been to so far.

I've used both the Fort Lauderdale and Coral Springs locations. I prefer the Coral Springs location as the spaces where patients are treated are more spread out and private. In the age of Covid that is important. The spaces are not private in the Fort Lauderdale location. The staff is very friendly. The technician who did my photos for Invisalign was super kind.

I had the brackets for Invisalign put on in the Fort Lauderdale office. I wish they would have explained the process before they began. It is a little uncomfortable The orthodontist has a friendly demeanor. I had a question the next day and she took my call to assure me that everything was fine.

I have fallen in love with Fixing my teeth and this time I visited this TLC Dental while shopping for braces, they were the kindest people at a dental office, very friendly, helpful and overall makes you feel comfortable to visit an office that applies the CDC guidelines for safety. need work done visit TLC Dental, this is a review as of 8/23/21

I am very happy and satisfied with the warmest approach of the receptionist, the introduction to the technician and doctor who did treat me with courtesy and professionalism. The standard inquiries combined i full recommend TLC Dental East. I was welcomed very friendly. Amazing staff! The Dr. Countras was introduced herself very professional and showed me all x-Ray and explained any specification before sending me to the BEST Dental Hygienist I know for 24 years from a previous Dentist office. I recently visited the location in Coral Springs. From the moment I walked in the door I was made to feel so comfortable. The attendant at the front, Dawon, was quite pleasant, stylish, and professional. The dentist and assistant were cool, quick, respectful and above all else professional beyond reproach. Upon checking out, Dawon delivered the news about my balance, however his kind demeanor, and empathic tone encouraged me to pay with a smile. I look forward to my next visit with TLC Dental, Coral Springs. Keep up the good work, guys!

Something is happening here. I suggest you be very careful with how they bill you. For starters, PPE should not get billed to every patient every time. Plus, ask for the receipts and compare it to the coding you have on your insurance. All you can do is be careful. They are great salesmen. They are a good dentist, which is why I trusted them. I just don't think I can continue to stay here anymore, with how they handle the billing.

Awful experience, I will never go there again, and I don't recommend them either. They try very hard to absolutely scam you out of money, also ppe which my insurance covered, be careful they try to double dip by charging the patient as well.

I just had my first appointment with Dr Rostock. Very professional, friendly and she answered all my questions. My hygienist Elianna was excellent. She made sure to check I was comfortable before and during the cleaning. The office is clean and all the staff was very friendly.

Galvany, the dental hygienist, makes you feel as though you are in a spa. He is so gentle with his hands and takes his time to ensue your teeth are spotless. He explains everything that he is doing and his voice is soothing. Makes me like going to the dentist! The dentist is honest and front desk treats every guest wonderfully. Highly recommend!

The best dental visit I've ever had! Dr. Rostock is very young and relatable. I've obviously been to the dentist before, but she sat and explained her methods as she does them and explained the different styles of at-home dental care (which are better, which are worse). I spent no time waiting and they have ample availability! The front desk people are also on their a-game always!

I was treated by Alex, and he was very formal and pleasant. Even let me make appointments for my family on the spot! He was very thorough and made sure I wasn't being overcharged for any one procedure. All in all, a very fabulous place to go!

Staff in here are very nice to their patients and that's a plus and always have good communication Dr. Rios is very humble and nice.

I have been a patient here for several years. I love this dental practice. Prior to discovering this wonderful office, I had a few pretty bad experiences. Everyone is so friendly and caring. Galvany was my technician for my most recent visit. He is very gentle and thorough. Excellent technician! The staff is very conscientious and on time. No waiting! Their dental costs are reasonable. If you are in the market for a new Dentist, my wife and I highly recommend TLC Dental in Coral Springs. Dr. Rostock is really personable, professional and gentle. The hygienist Patricia and Neoraja are very experienced and gentle as well. The front desk team with Veronica and Loraine are so sweet and professional. Please try and give TLC Dental we did and are highly satisfied.

I am not one to write reviews.especially when it comes to my healthcare providers. However I must say my recent visit to TLC Dental Coral Springs office was one I wasn't expecting. Dr. Rostock was kind, caring and very knowledgeable, she explained step-by-step what I needed to have done and then asked me if I thoroughly understood. She took her time with me and made my experience one I won't forget.

I don't necessarily like going to the dentist but She made me feel very comfortable.and not afraid at all of being there. The front desk staff. And assistants too were amazing and friendly, I felt very comfortable and welcomed, I can't wait for my next appointment.

SCAM ARTISTS! COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT! They take your money for implants, then take more money for the tooth THEY BROKE to fix! Puts in FANG on one side of the mouth, took weeks, that turn into MONTHS. my poor mother has been going through dental hell. Now after paying over a THOUSAND dollars, she's no longer a candidate for dental implants what she originally came in for and told she could have them. BEWARE STAY AWAY!

Stay clear of this practice! They are scam artists. I went in for a simple cleaning, and after examining my teeth the dentist said I needed a "deep" cleaning. They kept me waiting for 30 minutes and then told me it would cost $600, even with my "discount" from a dental plan. I said all I wanted was a regular cleaning and they refused. "Once the doctor has prescribed a deep cleaning, we can't just do a regular one!" Even when I said no again, the tried to get me to agree to finance the cleaning. I've never heard of such a thing and plan to file complaints with the BBB and American Dental Association

These people are incompetent! DO NOT trust them with your dental needs! I made an appointment as a new patient to get a teeth cleaning. They wanted to do X-rays and a consult which allegedly takes an hour and then get to the cleaning. Fine. They call me less than 24 hours before my appointment to reschedule. It's Christmas and I've had this appointment for weeks!

Only offer to accommodate me was Dec. 30th, but not for a cleaning only time for their famous ONE HOUR Consult! Then I need to come in January for a cleaning. Up front I told these people I was traveling for work 29 days in January and they committed to Dec. 23rd! Fail on that commitment! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
