I've been coming here for almost two years now and they really care for my teeth. Staff friendly, office clean. Parking is great. Check in was fast.

I suffer from PTSD due to a very bad experience with a dentist. Therefore I have not been to another dentist for over 13 years, coming here today returned my hope for a brighter future just knowing I can SMILE again someday Without the fear of ugly unhealthy teeth. Jacob Farmer and his assistant Charlene, were the VERY BEST bar none! I will highly recommend them to everyone I know. It was the best experience I've had in many years! I've been coming here for a year or two now. Every experience is pleasant from beginning to end. The facility is clean, organized, and professional. The staff including both Dr. Snodgrass & Dr. Farmer are a delight. I can't speak highly enough.

My husband had some dental work done in Mexico that needed follow up care. Dr. Farmer got him in the same day & was incredibly thorough with his exam and had a very pleasant demeanor. We paid out of pocket but got 5% no insurance discount on top of a 5% senior discount which made the exam affordable for us. We will definitely be going to Thurston Oaks for more follow up dental work!

Everyone at Thurston Oaks has been amazing! From the friendly staff and hygienists to the very skilled Dr. Farmer, I have nothing but great things to say about them. My last dental experience at a different dental office was very frustrating and caused a severe amount of pain for a long time that I didn't have an ounce of before going into them for a regular check up. I love Thurston Oaks Dental! I found them in 2000 and loved them, but unfortunately, I had to change insurances and they did not accept my new insurance. Since 2000, I've gone through 5 different dentists and NONE have compared to Thurston Oaks Dental! I'm SO glad we were able to go back to them, I'LL NEVER LEAVE AGAIN!

Quality Care from my first call to my first cleaning. They handled the details up front, and exercised flexibility due to some medical issues, which are not normal practices but in my situation was necessary in the short term. Trish did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and I experienced no pain whatsoever in the process. I truly feel like I'm cared for as a patient.

Due to Life events I have not had the means to visit a dentist in a couple of years, yet today when I was finally able to return to Thurston Oaks I was happily treated like I was on old friend coming home! Everyone is so friendly and they make sure that you are comfortable and pain free as possible as they make your smile beautiful!

I've been coming here for years and had fillings and crowns done over the years. My teeth were not in the greatest shape when I started coming here. Dr. Snodgrass and Trish my hygienist took care of my teeth all these years and now keeping them maintained and healthy is all I have to worry about. They care about our health and keeping our teeth and gums healthy. That's why they stand out from all the other dentists I have gone to in the past.

We are new to Washington and had been with our previous dentist for over 25 years. Finding a new practice that is honest and trustworthy is hard. Thankful that we chose Thurston Oaks Dental for a second opinion. Front office staff, hygienist and Dr. Farmer were all very kind and welcoming. My daughter even went for her first non-pediatric dental visit. Even though she was nervous they were very patient with her. Thank you Dr. Farmer and staff!

Impressive service. This morning was my initial visit and i haven't been to a DDS in years. If more offices were as friendly, gentle and competent I would go as recommended. I will be returning to this dental office. PS: They scheduled me the next day from when i called and i even got an early morning appointment!

I just started going to Thurston Oaks this year and am so glad I did! The staff is great, every person I met so far is amazing. I took my kids as well and they worked so great with them. This is a great place for families, I would highly recommend.

My first visit to Thurston Oaks Dental in Vancouver, Washington and they were great. Teresa and Laurie took great care of me. Dr. Snodgrass is very personable and made me feel at home. The BEST dental office and staff! I've been a patient for years and referred many friends. Drs Snodgrass and Farmer are so kind, attentive and professional. Both doctors have come in off-hours to care for a dental emergency. I felt terrible for bothering them - yet they quickly put me at ease and didn't make me feel guilty for cutting into their own time. Hygienist staff are awesome, caring and consistent. And the front desk staff have always been wonderful! Truly the best.

Normally I HATE going to the dentist and avoid it at all costs. I finally mustered up the courage to go and after my dental rads I was told I needed a deep cleaning. I went in today nervous but the dental hygienist, Teresa, was absolutely wonderful and made me feel so comfortable. Holly, the receptionist, is always so pleasant and doesn't make me feel bad about rescheduling my appointments ALL the time. Thurston Oaks Dental goes above and WAY beyond to make what is normally a very stressful time and stress less as possible. Best dentist I've literally ever been to and I highly recommend them!

Been a patient here for roughly 20 some odd years, and simply put, I would NEVER go anywhere else. Dr. Snodgrass is the utmost professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuine person you will ever meet! His staff is courteous, attentive, and thorough, EVERY time I come in to have work done. The office staff is phenomenal as well, they are helpful to a fault! So if you are looking for the BEST in Dentistry, look no further, this is the place!

STAY AWAY! Horrible and crooked practice. They abuse clients and your insurance company benefits. Diagnose and attempt to treat you for services you do not need. They will simply lie, cheat and steal your money and then use up ALL your ins. benefits for their financial gain if you allow them to do so. Unethical, corrupt and criminal. Cannot believe they continue to get away with their conning, despicable, deceitful behavior. RUN AWAY FAST IF YOU HAVE EVER CONSIDERED THIS CON ARTIST PRACTICE!

Great experience! Everyone is so very nice and the Dr. is amazing. Ya know that horrible shot in the front that ALWAYS hurts? Well, I think I flinched once- usually I'm gripping my arms in pain and misery. He's awesome with that huge, horrible needle. Very fast. drill drill and done. If you're looking for a dentist, this is the one!

Do you dread going to the dentist? Well after you visit this office, meet the staff and Dr. Snodgrass, you won't anymore, I promise! Thurston Oaks has changed the way I see the dentist which is HUGE because I've never ever enjoyed the dentist in the slightest. The staff here is SO warm and welcoming. They make you feel like you're part of their little family which eases any nervousness. Dr. Snodgrass himself is brilliant and very informative. He's always taken his time with me and never made me feel rushed. I'm someone who loves the medical side of things so he's done commentary during my fillings and tells me exactly what he's doing and why.

His assistant Angie has always put a smile on my face and Andrea has always helped me with making sure all my questions are answered as far as billing and she's always so so so kind. EVERYONE here is awesome and I promise you won't be disappointed. :) I do however, think they need Bluetooth to play their music through Pandora instead of the radio though!;)

Love Dr. Snodgrass and his staff. Very accommodating and my hygienist was able to work with my very sensitive teeth during my cleaning. Would highly recommend them.
