Dr. Thornell always takes time to inform and educate his patients about the process, you feel safe and heard! The overhead TV's, and heating/massaging dental chairs, provide yet another layer of comfort. I highly recommend and am truly grateful for Thornell Dentistry!

Had a great experience today, I know, at the dentist? I had a broken tooth to fix and cleaning. Very professional, confident and efficient, was both Rodney and his assistant!

The best dentist I have found. I have tried to find a dentist closer to where we live and there is no one as good as Thornell Dentistry. I am very picky when choosing a dentist because I have had a lifetime of horrible dental work. I had a crown fall off and I swallowed it. They got me in right away and fixed my tooth. After being on expensive prescription fluoride toothpaste most of my life Dr. Thornell educated me on what could be the root cause and my teeth have never felt stronger. My entire family is in the process of switching dentists to come to Thornell.

Friendly, clean, and orderly office! Everyone is really efficient and expert at their job, and caring in making me feel comfortable. Office equipment is remarkable at getting the best knowledge to know the kind of decisions and care to give I especially appreciated the doctor and each staff member talking me through the various procedures, so I could see and what was going on! Exceeded expectations in every area of the office!

I don't usually take the time and do reviews but I have to for a DENTAL OFFICE. Who likes going to a dental Office!? No one lol BUT I had to and from the beginning to the end of my appt, everyone was absolutely friendly and engaging. Dr. Thornell and his staff, amazing! So very down to earth. He is very transparent on what needs to be done and what is recommended.

The clarity was very much appreciated. Love that he took the time to go over everything. Recommended for anyone afraid of going to the dental office or just needs anything done. Great staff great vibes and great service!

Dr. Thornell and his employees were all so kind and professional. They took the time in my initial exam to thoroughly go over my oral health and help me with some pain I've been experiencing. Their office is new and clean.

Personable, with attention to detail. It seems that Dr Thornell is very knowledgeable about the latest technology and advancements. He is thorough, and takes the time to make sure I understand what he is doing, and why. The office staff is extremely pleasant. I am a fan, for sure.

My daughter and I went to see several dentists in the Herriman area. We were never very happy with either service or treatment. But Dr Thornell was the best. He took time to explain our exam and his staff were very polite. We will return!

Dr. Thornell's dentistry is the absolute BEST dentist office I've ever been too. He always makes time to talk to you and show you he cares about you and your family. He takes the time to really explain to you what is going on and stays with you until all your questions are answered. His staff is amazing and so friendly. I have referred numerous friends and family to him, and they all rave about his as well. If you are new to town and needing a dentist, or are just looking to make a switch, you won't regret coming to see Dr. Thornell.

Going to the dentist has been a life long fear of mine. Leaving me to only going when I was in so much pain I couldn't make it one more day without seeing a dentist. I first went to Thornell Dentistry almost 2 years ago. The first few visits were filled with anxiety requiring sedation to get thru the appointment. Dr Thornell and his staff were extremely empathetic to my fear and always made me feel very comfortable despite the anxiety.

I am happy to say I am able to go in for my 6 month cleanings with no anxiety and no sedation. Highly recommend and in the event I ever move from Utah I will continue going to this office.

Easily the worst dentist I have ever been to. When I was younger my mom took me here to have a crown installed on my tooth that had been knocked out. the crown fell out multiple times without any extreme or strenuous activity. Every single time I went in, the dentist was more invested in flirting with his dental assistant than he was actually paying attention to my teeth and fixing it.

I told my mom the first time but she didn't buy it. until the crown fell out 3 times. He fixed it for free but the final time, he just put a ton of adhesive on and called it good. Didn't color match the tooth or bother grinding it down to be flush with my actual Tooth. The result. a crown that looked 3D and was noticeably more yellow. The part that hadn't been grinded down was a magnet for gunk in my teeth to cling to and drew lots of attention for a couple years until I went to a good dentist and they fixed it for free within a few minutes during a regular checkup.

He felt bad that I had even experienced such a bad dentist that he said he wouldn't charge me to fix it. My crown is now looking good but I would not recommend SMILE WIDE dental as a place to add/fix crowns. I did NOT feel comfortable 'smiling wide' for years due to the ugly crown. I was just to naive to know it was an issue and not a dental standard that couldn't be fixed.

I recommend the dentist stop bantering with his interns and actually be Involved in the dental process and worry about getting into the patients world, rather than getting into his interns pants. Just my 2 cents though Edit: Hey Rodney. since I can't respond to you for some reason. guess I'll just have to edit. 1. I specifically keep my name on yelp anonymous so people like you can't creep on me in my real life. 2. What does Willden have to do with this review? Did I mention that name once?

I wish I had found Dr. Thornell's practice years ago. They gave me such good advice that I would have loved to implement long ago. Their cleanings are also far more thorough than what I've had in the past, as they employ a microscope to catch all the details, and they have a special vibrating tool that my other dentists haven't used.

I would recommend anyone attend this office so you at least know the state of your mouth - other dentists sort of left me in the dark. This practice seems very geared toward prevention. Their education about my mouth, as well as their thorough cleanings, will likely save me a lot of money down the line.

These guys are awesome! I've been to a lot of dentist over the years but these guys are the best hands down! Everything from explaining everything that's going on so you actually know exactly where you stand what to do to move forward to make things better. You will not find a better dentist.
