I had braces growing up and seeing the night and day difference between my orthodontist and Dr. Thompson has been eye-opening and I'm grateful my kids have an amazing orthodontist! We have loved our experience here. Very organized, never waited over 10 minutes in the waiting room, made it fun for my kids with incentives (beach bucks), and quick results! Very very happy with our experience at Thompson Orthodontics! Would recommend 100%!

So pleased with Thompson Orthodontics! I needed adult braces to straighten and fix a bite problem. Dr. Thompson was awesome! I absolutely LOVE my new smile and healthy new bite! He did a great job discussing my options and helping me feel confident about what treatment would be most beneficial. The office, staff, and ortho assistants were all awesome through the whole process.

We had a wonderful first experience that all three kids had braces with Thompson. The gas Invisalign as well as traditional braces. In all our experiences, the billing team was great to work with and keep me updated with any changes. Appointments were efficient, staff incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend!

Thompson Orthodontics is great! We had gone to another ortho in the beginning of my daughters treatment and wasn't very happy. After her first phase was done we were referred by a friend to try Thompson. I'm so glad we did! Great and friendly staff, very informative, great finance options, and Dr. T is amazing! They are great at getting my daughter in for any issues with brackets or wires. 100% recommend.

Overall the staff is great. I wish Dr. T had time to meet with us each time instead of other people he hired. It is a very fun and energetic environment and my daughter has enjoyed her time here.

We LOVE Thompson Orthodontics! We've had two of our kids get braces there and will send our other two there also. It's such a fun office with lots of extras the kids love. Dr. Thompson pays so much attention to detail and made sure everything was perfect before taking the braces off. All of the staff in the office are so friendly and helpful. Dr. Thompson has been a miracle worker! My daughter was an incredibly complex patient due to a craniofacial disorder. Dr. Thompson had no problem tackling her interesting orthodontia and she now has a gorgeous smile! It was affordable, the payment plan was so fair, and the staff just wonderful.

Such amazing service! My son was close to getting his braces off when we moved out of state. Dr. Thompson has been so helpful to finishing off the process while accommodating to our traveling schedule. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend their office.

We were referred to Thompson Orthodontics by our neighbors. We've had a fantastic experience. Their facility is clean, the staff is helpful, the prices are competitive and we leave the Beach Bucks incentives. One day my son was having a wire poking his mouth; they worked him in that morning. Highly recommend Dr. Thompson.

I had braces from Thompson Orthodontics 2x and wear my retainers every night. Retainers wear out and they used to cover retainers for patients however they don't do this anymore. I would look around as in the future this will cost you over $150 annually going forward where other orthodontist don't charge this and care about long term patient satisfaction. Would not recommend!

Dr. Thompson was great! He thoroughly explained everything about our child's orthodontic care. He had us in and out on time, was very professional, and it was a great value. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

I love this office! It's decorated so cute, and the staff is very friendly and professional. The doctor is great and really knows what he's doing! My daughters teeth are looking great so far, and I'm excited to see how good they look next month when she gets them off. My daughter doesn't like going to the dentist, but loves going to see Thompson. thanks for being so great and making my daughters teeth look beautiful!

The wife broke her retainer from another ortho (long gone) and called to see if she could get a new one from Thompson and to schedule a consultation/first visit for my son. They would not see my wife because they don't do "retainer only" patients because it isn't profitable for them. That lack of customer service made the decision for us that our kids won't be going there for their braces which was the next question my wife was going to ask them.

Medical service was acceptable. However, when there was a glitch in credit card processing, they went all lawyer-like, quoting the agreement, charging late fees and threatening more (Chase bank decided that they wanted to add a chip to their credit card, and even though the card number remained the same, the expiration date changed so that caused the charge to be rejected).

Bear in mind that I was actively working to try to figure out what was going on with the credit card, calling the bank, and letting them know that I was working on it, but that did not seem to stop their drive to try to collect extra fees and treat me not like a valued customer but like a bank account. I strongly prefer to do business with companies that do not help on errors that are not even the customers fault in order to make literally less than five extra dollars. So in the future, I would choose not to do business with them, regardless of the adequacy of the services they provide.

We've been here 4 times so far and it has been a pleasurable experience each time. We are usually taken back right away and are met worth friendly staff. Our insurance required a change in who we previously seen and after a bad experience I was concerned. But pleasantly surprised.
