Dr. Aaronson and team has been my dentist for over 15 years. They have taken care of my teeth beautifully and with kindness. Ermione is fabulous and Nicole and team is awesome at the front. : To respond the naysayers, I have never been erroneously billed or misinformed ever regarding procedures etc. I'd like to emphasize the great care, by sharing a short story.

I moved to Maryland during the pandemic and my teeth were bothering me one day so I went to a local dentist and he said, " I think you have periodontal disease, but I can't tell because whoever has been caring for your teeth has done a great job." Yes, I continue to travel to NYC for my cleanings.

Happy but not as happy as I usually am. The appointment felt rushed and with that there was discomfort in my cleaning. Taking time with patients is important. This place has changed in the past few years. When Dr. Aaronson retires, I may change my dentist.

Love everyone in this office. So friendly and helpful and top of the line credentials. Can't recommend them enough.

The staff is very professional and friendly. The are on top of everything they take good care of me been a patient for over 10 years. They work with you and keep you inform about insurance n payments.

As always, everyone was pleasant, helpful and professional. I was beginning to develop some periodontal problems; Angie told me how to step up my home care routine. I followed her advice to a T and yesterday I got a good report. She's been a great coach and skilled hygienist.

The office staff is cordial, and the team of professionals provide excellent dental services. For over 20 years, I have been pleased with any necessary procedures, the latest being a thorough dental cleaning on March 22nd 2022. Thank you Dr. Aaronson and Associates.

I have been a patient from Dr. Aaronson's team for more than 10 years, I've had a wonderful experience. I wouldn't change them for the world. I go 4 times a year for a dental cleaning with Angie. She is the best, gentle and precise and wonderful bedside manners.

Amazing staff! The ladies at the front desk are super attentive. Hygienist is sweet and firm (gotta get better at flossing. Am I the only one?!?). Dr. Aaronson is charming and efficient. I wish he were here more often, but I do my best to see him when I can. Have been coming here for over 10 years and I am still impressed!

Very helpful and patient staff. I haven't been to the dentist in a few years (cause I'm terrified of the dentist.would rather have heart surgery). They put me at ease and took GREAT care of me. Can't wait to go back!

Just want to say a big thank you to Dr Aaronson and the 2 wonderful front hosts Nicole and Nichole. I started Invisalign back in January when my teeth were jacked up and I was super insecure about. Now they're near perfect and has given me great confidence. Thanks guys.

Quality service. Arguably, the best dental office in Manhattan. Staff is very kind, doctors are very skilled and attentive. I have been going there for 20+ years.

This office practices unethical and deceptive billing. I went in for a fairly common but expensive procedure, and asked multiple times for verification that they were in network. They said yes, only to then spring on me after the procedure that they were not in network. On top of that, they added an extra, unnecessary procedure without informing me it was not at all needed and not covered under insurance either.

When I confronted them, they dodged answering my questions and said I should be grateful because they essentially could have ripped me off for even more. They then expressed that writing negative reviews online or taking legal action, both of which are well within everyone's rights, would be perceived as extortion. My complaints are in line with the others you see about Aaronson's practice. Why go to a dentist like this who you cannot trust with your wallet when there are plenty of other good ones in the city?

Dr. Aaronson & his team are the best dental staff I've ever experienced. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Aaronson for over 10 years and we have always received the best service. They are professional and caring. They take the time to explain anything and everything to their patients so they may feel comfortable with the procedure. During these uncomfortable times, they assured safety and security for the staff and the patients. Thank you for your service.

I've been going to Dr. Aaronson's office for about 14 years and my husband about 10. Dr. Aaronson is a true gem and mensch in NYC. Consistent top notch care, knowledge, technology and professionals. From Invisalign to cleanings, fillings, crowns, periodontal work etc it's an all around super team. Several long term staff have now left but the new folks seem to be just as good. Afraid to say too many nice things because then I won't be able to get an appointment!

They put me into collections for $50 - I come here twice a year for teeth cleaning because it is close to my office and covered by my dental insurance. I had to call the office just to make sure this wasn't fraud. I paid the collections company but will never be returning as a patient.

Dr. Aaronson and his team are just awesome. The office is great; everyone is professional and passionate about what they do. Everybody is courteous and the appointment process is quick and efficient, as the staff guides you along the way with a smile. The office is very well organized, effective, and, on schedule. Dr. Aaronson cares about his patients. He has the experience and knowledge to provide a comfortable and painless experience, while creating an atmosphere that makes the dental experience uniquely pleasant.
