Thought I didn't get to be treated by Dr. T, I had a very pleasant conversation with him over the phone. I am supposed to get a root canal as a result of a cavity, and found his alternative procedure which saves the nerve. I called the office up and spoke to him personally. Unfortunately I'm not a candidate for it as my current dentist already packed my tooth with a nerve killing agent. However, he offered to send the procedure over to my current dentist in the future if another shall arise. Very kind and helpful. Would definitely use him for everything if I lived nearby.

Doctor T is amazing! He called me at 7:00 pm to make sure everything was ok after my nephew got his wisdom teeth pulled out! He offered suggestions for a faster recovery! He really cares about his patients! :

Dr. T, Was so helpful, and honest, and gave me very good advise. He also calmed me down by telling me a funny joke about the lady who went to the dentist.

Dr. Michael Teitelbaum is just simply amazing! My girlfriend's tooth cracked on a Friday evening, and not only was he available, but pleasant and helpful. We left him a message and he answered within minutes. He talked her through what to do until she could be seen. He was kind, calm and On a Friday evening when all other offices were closed, he wasn't and that puts his services in a league of its own.

I hate going to the dentist. Most dentists although nice, make me nervous, however, Dr. Teitelbaum was amazing and put me at ease. Took a scary situation and gave options that helped me feel more confident in his treatment.

I wish I had read the reviews before I went here. Horrible experience, I agree with the person who said she felt like she was donating money and that there was a patient health risk. I became very ill after getting fillings removed here (which they talked me into). Please let my horrible experience and suffering be a lesson that can help you. Find someone else, please.

Please don't be fooled by good review on this dentist, he leaves out prizes for people to leave reviews. In addition, very soon after he placed a crown in my mouth it became infected. He charged me $200 dollars to follow up on that tooth, I had already paid him close to $1600 on. He called in 2 separate Rxs for antibiotics with zero improvement I got 2 second opinions with an endodontist and a DDS. The cap was very bad and needs to be surgically removed. There are very qualified dentists out. So do yourself a favor and find one.

I had a phone consultation because I had conflicting opinions from two dentists in Austin, TX. He was kind enough to let me email my X-rays to him and he gave me his recommendations at no charge! I had a lot of questions and he answered them all. I have been to a lot of dentists over the decades and it was obvious to me from our phone conversation that he has the clinical experience, knowledge and is honest, qualities I have been having a hard time finding in a dentist, especially the honesty part. I wish he was in Austin.

Dr Teitelbaum is a very pleasant kind man and his Secretary Diana is as well. My experience was awesome Dr T gave me a tour of his office and introduced me to his staff. Overall I gave him five huge stars enjoyed my visit. Dr T has a wealth of experience and has a calming affect on you. I recommend him highly.

They were all so nice. The dr. Was great. I would recommend him to anyone that is afraid of going to the dentist. No pain at all. He was great.

I have been a patient of Dr. Teitelbaum for thirteen years. Let me make a brief list of ten things that you may notice once you become a patient of this practice: 1) you will now understand what office efficiency looks like, as your insurance reimbursement checks will arrive with shocking promptness after you handle absolutely none of the reimbursement process and the office does it all. 2) the ceiling of your expectations for what clean teeth feel like will be shattered and raised to new heights.

Have you ever seen hunks of tartar pulled out from under your gum lines, left from "cleanings" you have had before? 3) your chair? It massages and has heat for winter. 4) long procedure? The longer you are with the practice, the fewer you'll have. The last time I had "serious work" done was 12 years ago. 5) going to the dentist feels like going to visit old friends. 6) you can patronize a business run by a moral and socially responsible person! 7) wanna know what employee retention looks like? 13 years in and no turnover.

This practice knows how to treat people, starting with each other. 8) do you have medical/dental anxiety? Who doesn't? I have never seen a medical practice more sensitive to it. 9) 45 minute drive to the dentist? Sure! How about 2 hours? No problem. Many of his patients travel great distances because they cannot find comparable care. 10) you cannot unsee. You cannot go back. Once you experience it, you will feel angry about every other dentistry you have ever had.

Excellent dentist and superb staff. Very kind and willing to work with you in any matter, financially, dates of appointments, payment plans, advice and anything else. I worked with many dentists in my life and this one is by far the best experience I've had ever had with a dentist.

Have been going to Dr. Teitelbaum for almost 8 years and have been pleased with his great service. Everyone in the office is great; Chris, Ruth Ann and Rachel are super nice and welcoming. Highly recommended.

I love this dentist. He is very thorough and knows his stuff. He is also friendly and has a great 'bedside' manner.

Dr. T has a wonderful beside manner and incredibly knowledgeable, a true master in his craft. And what can be said about the free jokes at each visit. The staff is a total delight, truly some of the finest people I know. Love the whole team. Thanks for being so caring.

Dr Teitelbaum and his staff are fantastic. I can't believe that I am happy to drive up from lower manhattan to have my mouth taken care of by him and his assistant rachel. I do not even own a car- thank-you for making dentistry an okay experience, its not an easy feat for me to feel secure in a dental office.

I LOVE THIS PRACTICE! Michael Teitelbaum DDS is excellent! I was so happy with my Invisalign, the price and the outcome! Chris bends over backwards to accommodate you! Ruth and Rachael are great!

My experience here was not the best but I'm giving three stars because I did not go here for very long and never had a cavity. I came here several years ago for cleanings which were average. However, the dentist added bonding to a tooth that chipped and it was the worst bonding job I've ever had. It took double the amount of time as my old dentist, the process seemed a bit dated and came off after a few months.

In addition, I was told I had "pre cavities", not cavities and he wanted to sand all my teeth down?! Of course, for a ridiculously expensive price. Needless to say I went back to my old dentist (who is very expensive and far but excellent) and they fixed the botched bonding job (hasn't fallen off since) and guess what. I still have never had a cavity and it's been over 5 years!

Dr. Teitelbaum and the Staff at DentistSpa are truly the best! Dedicated and talented professionals who care for you from the moment you walk in! They improved my life through the care and compassion they show me every time I walk in, and they're working really hard to also improve my dental health! I'm in really great and capable hands!

Great environment and friendly staff! Chris at the front desk is incredibly helpful and is the go-to lady that you'll speak to at the front desk regarding appointment reminders, dental insurance claims, etc. Ruth Ann does an amazing job as a hygienist and Dr. T is thorough and has a quirky sense of humor that is very warming.

Once again another awesome dental experience with Dr Teitelbaum and his team. I almost can't wait for my next appointment, this one was painless and fun!

Since I discovered, and became a patient of Dr. Teitelbaum, my teeth have gotten straighter and healthier as have my gums! Thank you Dr. Teitelbaum and Ruth. I should really thank the entire staff, they always take good care of me.

Seeing Dr. Michael Teitelbaum is the worst dental experience I have had yet! First of all, the location is not in any way a professional environment, (which should have been my first red flag), but I didn't want to judge by appearance, so I wanted to give it a chance. Well, it gets worse once you step into this old broken down home which he uses for his office and exam rooms. ALL of the rooms, from the patient waiting room, to the exam rooms are FILTHY!

Even his own lab coat looked like it was never washed! I'm afraid I caught something from being there and having him touch my mouth with his instruments, even though he claimed they were clean.ick! His rates are outrageously high and he didn't even fix my partial. I feel like I just donated $200 to him. He wouldn't refund my money and refused to make the required modifications. This is a very greedy person and his business should be shut down for dishonesty or simply because of being an environmental hazard or patient safety risk.

I have been going to Dr Teitelbaum for over twenty years and would never consider another dentist. He and his staff are consummate professionals. No detail is too small, no problem insurmountable when it comes to providing caring, compassionate and extremely competent dentistry. His knowledge of modern techniques and new innovations coupled with his solicitous manner and personal concern make for a very rewarding experience in an area not know for it.
