This is the best dental office in the area! Efficient, friendly, ready to help me when I arrived. I didn't have to spend a lot of time waiting to be called back for my work. Very skilled technicians and they really care about every patient.

I have always had intense dental anxiety. My dental experience since I can remember have been awful. However I was referred to Summerbrook and I had my first apt. today and it is seriously a whole new world. Everyone was so Kind, patient, knowledgeable and just amazing. My first time leaving a dental apt in a better mood than when I came. I loved how understanding they were with my dental anxiety and non judgemental with not having been to a dentist in a couple years because of my experiences. Qtruly great place & great people!

They haven't done the work yet, but I was impressed with the care and concerned they showed concerning my dental health. Friendly and amazing staff, offices well laid out and clutter free, and staff knowledgable. Thankful I found Summerbrook Dental Group & Dental Implant Center!

I enjoyed ALL of your staff. They were welcoming from the beginning to the end. That means a lot to me. Dr Craig was very friendly and knowledgeable, just as Valerie Hutchinson said. She thought that since you now take Delta Dental, she could return to Dr Craig for more of her dental needs.

I love Summerbrook Dental. so much so that even though I no longer work in Aurora and I live in Fort Collins, I still go there! Dr Craig is awesome and the staff is always so welcoming and friendly. They are upfront with cost and go out of their way to get valid and accurate estimates for upcoming work. I don't like going to the dentist but going to Summerbrook makes it easier! You can't go wrong with this practice! Their great!

Dr. Shall is by far the best dentist I've ever had! She was patient, thorough, and very kind even when I told her I was afraid of getting numbed. I didn't even feel the injection! Would 100% recommend Summerbrook Dental!

The initial visit went well. Even though I will be researching a loan to get new dental implants & dentures, for upper & lower! From the greeting at the front desk, was met with a kind, courteous, compassionate, & warm welcome to Summerbrook Dental Group! Then onto the Dental Technician, of whom was wonderful to be guided on the next steps/ x-rays, questionnaire, etc. Dr. Craig was great to have the next steps of the consult.

He was (is) very calming, explained the whole process, what I would be anticipating, procedures, to cost. Very much enjoyed the conversation! For something that has been very much met with great anxiety, dental implants/ dentures; was otherwise guided, and orchestrated with kindness, compassion, patience, professionalism, and empathy. It's good to be back in the old neighborhood. Connecting with Summerbrook Dental is a wonderful adi5tion to my new life in Aurora. The process to come in as a new patient was clear and effortless. My first visit was comfortable and only grew my confidence.

I was treated with kindness from everyone in the office. From the two receptionist, Dental Assistant, and my Dentist. Everyone in the office cares about you. I've finally have a dentist that I can trust.

Just like the website stated, Dr. Craig is one of the TOP DENTAL IMPLANT SPECIALISTS in CO! We moved from Des Moines, Iowa to Highlands Ranch couple years ago, and my online research lead me to Summerbrook Dental Group. I am going through the All-in-6 Dental Bridge procedure right now and for this we had to remove all my top teeth to be replaced with 6 implants and Zirconia dental bridge.

This is an expensive, but LIFE-CHANGING and LIFE-IMPROVING procedure that is worth every penny, and I could not be any happier right now! The implants were placed on November 17th, 2021. It took about few hours where I was under anesthesia and asleep during the whole thing. You just wake up with new temporary dental bridge that works like real teeth.

My brother drove me home since one should not drive after being under, and as soon as all that wore off was I surprised. There was only some burning sensation, not like the real pain that one has when tooth is extracted or infected. With or without the pain medication it was totally manageable, and the burning sensation was less every day and completely gone two weeks after.

Another surprising thing was that I could eat the same day that the implants were placed! Right now, about almost two months after, teeth feel great with no pain at all and it really does feel really close to the real teeth. Now, the next step is to adjust this temporary bridge to prepare for the final one made out of Zirconia which is done over the course of six months and will update the review appropriately. Like I said, this was a life-changing event for me and I am one very very happy man right now! Thank you Dr. Craig and Dr. Lindsay!

I have been going here for about 18 months/3 visits and I'm more and more disappointed in every visit. There is a huge lack of professionalism and respect from personnel and dentists there with every visit and phone call. The first visit was awesome and then it gradually declined. The last time I went for a teeth cleaning it took 2 hours to get out of there and I had 2 minutes max with the dentist.

They rely too heavily on the technician cleaning your teeth to tell the dentist what they saw while cleaning. Sorry, but they are not dentists. The dentist should be more thorough; I felt that they barely looked at my teeth and when I asked to see the X-ray progression of my cavity, I was ignored. What is the point of having an appointment for a routine procedure if it will take 2 hours and the dentist is too busy to see you anyway?

For a follow-up appointment to get the filling, they called me twice to reschedule me because other patients with more important issues were coming in. Again, what is the point of an appointment if it doesn't mean anything? I am a professional, I have a life, and I have a schedule. The impression I get every time I go there is that they have no regard for me as a patient, all they care about is making a buck.

I went for my last visit and my grind guard fits horribly and WAY TOO TIGHT and doesn't even fit around my teeth. I am horrified that the doctor didn't even come in to check the fit, only a tech was involved. Again, all they care about is money and they rely WAY TOO MUCH on technician opinions. I will be getting new mouth guard that actually fits without creating sores in my mouth from a new dentist. I would highly recommend finding a different dentist.

I switched practices because of some dental anxiety and was very pleased at the variety of treatment options available at Summerbrook to accommodate patients. The overall experience was much better and I will be glad to continue my care with them.

I enjoyed my visit at Summerbrook. I mean, as much as I can sitting in a dental chair. The staff were polite and friendly and took time to explain everything. Dr Craig seems nice and I hope it works out well. I feel enthusiastic about it so far. Because of their protocols, it was discovered that I have severe sleep apnea and am now receiving appropriate treatment for it.

What wonderful office! Clean and organized, modern and comfortable. The nicest people at the front desk, my tech, Alice, was wonderful and did a great job of cleaning and polishing my teeth. Dr Craig was so friendly and professional. I was impressed with the ability to schedule all the work I need done in one more visit. I expect to be just as pleased with that visit.

The team at Summerbrook Dental is so professional and friendly! Anita, the hygienist I got during my first visit did a fantastic job with my cleaning and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I was even surprised to receive a first-time-patient bag that included a metal water bottle! (Thank you Summerbrook Dental, that was kind.) I later got a filling done and had the pleasure of working with Promise and Dr. Lindsey.

Both of them were so friendly, quick and efficient I felt like I was in good hands. I really recommend this office and will be seeing the Summerbrook team again for future appointments.

I just moved to CO recently and was in search for a good dentist. Dr. Craig was highly recommended by one of my friend from an exercise class. She was right, everyone in the office is nice and welcoming. I had cleaning done and X-rays. Very pleasant experience. Dr. Craig came in afterwards, checked out the pictures and recommended future actions. I am glad this office took my insurance and I am looking forward to come to Summerbrook Dental Group maintaining my dental health. Any time I called the office always picked up by a knowledgeable, friendly person, who was able to answer any question I had. Thank you very much.

Always courteous, kind, clean, calming environment. Had cleaning done today apeil 7th 2021, by Trish. Very thorough and let me know what areas I need to work on as far as flossing and brushing.and as always Dr. Craig took a look in my mouth and took a personal interst in how i was. Can't get any better than this practice. Marlo was also very welcoming. Thank you for taking great care of me!

I've been to a lot of different dental groups in my lifetime, and I must say this is hands down one of the best dental groups I've experienced. Great facility, amazing staff, and quite frankly, I don't see myself going anywhere else. And to top it off, they have cookies! They really do outshine the rest and in my opinion, they are the best around. Thank you Summerbrook Dental!

Consistently professional and caring! Summerbrook consistently provides excellent dental care and customer service. A special thanks to my dental hygienist Cassandra! She makes trips to the dentist suck "less". Further they make it a point to know/learn about you personally. That's an extra special (and rare) touch!

If going to a dentist scares you, and it has for sixty years. The whole office staff and drs were amazing! They made me so comfortable, that it eased the pain before the meds. I wish I could have found this place sixty years ago.

Once a person has experienced the best of something, it's hard to go back to the 'old'. My Wife has severe sensitivity and a resistance to pain meds. She is happy with this Practice and I am 'overwhelmed' by the Superior level of communication and empathy portrayed by this Team. Who knew you could get a crown in one day? In an HOUR! Pain free, and so nice not to have to require multiple visits and time and takes away the worry of losing a temporary crown over the weekend or while traveling! Staff and business with customer car is top notch! Highly recommend!
