Mint Hill Dentistry has proudly served the Mint Hill community and surrounding areas for over 35 Years. We opened at our location on Lawyers Road in 1981 and changed our name to Mint Hill Dentistry in 2006 as we prepared for the move to our current location in downtown Mint Hill. Locally owned and operated, we have always focused on building a personal relationship with each of our patients.

The dental practice was founded in 1975 by Dr. Earle Sullivan, when he joined practices with his wife, Dr. Leigh Hutchinson. Sullivan & Hutchinson, DDS PA, was built on Lawyers Road in Charlotte and was originally designed on a napkin by Dr. Sullivan! In 1987 Dr. John Burd joined the practice as a full partner after he and his family moved from his practice in Louisville, KY to become a part of Sullivan, Hutchinson & Burd, DDS Partnership.

The staff is awesome! Dr. Roupas and Tisha are personable. We share family stories and family life. My mom was visiting from out of town and chipped her tooth and they were able to get her scheduled while she was visiting. My mom was so thrilled to get an appointment with in 48hrs. Thanks for all you all do from check in to check out.

I have been a patient for years and I have NEVER had a negative experience. The service is top notch! Everyone is always professional, upbeat, the atmosphere is clean and pleasant, knowledgeable and service is always on time. In the past I have had dentist tell me there was something wrong with every tooth in my mouth (price gauging) only to come here and learn that was not true. They offer you exactly what is needed and options if you cannot afford it. Best dental care EVER!

I will not say going to my 6 month routine cleaning at the dentist is the thing I most look forward to, I will say they make the visit as pleasurable as possible. The staff are very professional and friendly. My hygienist Voda is exceptional and I appreciate her abilities. Dr Sullivan is also very friendly and experienced.

Absolutely fantastic people work here! I've been a patient for years, I took my toddler for his first dental visit and Susie the hygienist was so attentive and kind! She took time to show and explain everything to him, it was amazing. Dr. Vollmer was incredible with him also! Thanks for being awesome

Dr. Sullivan was the best! After having a bad experience from a previous dentist with my All in 4 Implants he really came too the rescue. Within 48 hours I was back in commission. I had the best experience with him and his team. They are truly the best with implants. I should know after going through this for 4 years with rookies with 2 different practices and he got it right in 2 days. He is my everlasting savior. Thank you so much

My family and I have been going to Mint Hill Dentistry for many years. I started with the practice in the late 70s. I've followed them to different locations and watched the practice grow into what it is today. I have always been impressed with the professionalism of the staff. Everyone there has always been kind, friendly and helpful. They do an excellent job and make you feel like they really care about you. I highly recommend this practice.

Cleanliness and professionalism 100% -still. I have been going here since they opened. I love my regular hygienist- she is so personable and knows my entire family. She has great technique. Today, I went on a reschedule (my fault) and the hygienist was so incredibly thorough, educational and we laughed too. I recommended this business years ago and still do to this day. No reservations with recommending this business. Shout out to retired Dr. Burd- we miss ya! But these dentists are great too ! Super happy with this place!

I love this office. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help. Dr. Sullivan is the best dentist in my opinion. The practice does have other great dentists but Dr. Sullivan has always been my favorite. Susie is my hygienist and she is incredible. She is very personable and funny. She does a great job cleaning my teeth. This will always be my dentist office.

This place is awesome! So I am originally from Greensboro and moved here about three years ago. I had a great dentist back in Greensboro but I didn't want to keep making the drive, so I decided to find a new dentist here in Charlotte. I heard only good things about this place so I gave it a try. I was greeted by kind staff who made me feel welcomed.

1st time visiting. The office was clean and comfortable. Everyone was genuinely nice and I could tell that they liked to work with each other. The hygienist I saw Christina was amazing! The Dentist Dr. Tremont has a great demeanor. Easy to talk to and a great listener. Took time to get to know me. Everything about this office was spot on.

Usually when you find a dentist to treat an emergency, you expect to be taken care of. I was and found a great dentist at the same time. Dr. Sullivan was caring and gentle. He was done with the procedure and I didn't even feel it. Leah and the staff were very friendly and concerned with taking care of my problem. They met all Covid guidelines. Also a positive, they were very reasonable with their prices. Overall, great doctors, great staff, definitely worth visiting when you need a dentist! I highly recommend them.
