I have been treated for dental work by Dr. Chau for at least 10 years. Without any hesitation I can say she is the best dental practitioner I have ever been involved with. I have received professional dental treatment by several dentists over 60 years, all of whom I thought were quite good. Dr. Chau is at the top of my list of greats. It is not only her scrupulous attention to detail that captures me (and I come a long distance to be treated by her), it is also the manner in which she has arranged her entire practice.
Everyone in the office treats clients with respect and listens to their concerns making appropriate notations. It is hard in any business to hire and retain quality people at any level. I suspect the people in Dr Chau's office stay with her because they respect her and her practice of dentistry. I unreservedly recommend Dr. Chau's dental practice.
