This marks my initial appointment at the Wilmot clinic, despite having frequented the Oracle clinic for nearly two years. On this occasion, I encountered a new dental hygienist. I was genuinely taken aback by the level of care, meticulousness, and advice provided by both Jodi (the hygienist) and the doctor. The personnel exhibit remarkable affability and competence, significantly enhancing the overall experience of the visit. Your commendable efforts are highly appreciated!

I wholeheartedly endorse Dr. Stratman and his entire team, with a special mention for Allison, who has been diligently tending to my dental cleanings for a considerable period. She is gentle, meticulous, warm, and exceptionally personable. I have been a loyal patient here for years and have every intention of continuing. My heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care!

Typically, I have an aversion to visiting dentists. However, my experience at Stratman Family Dentistry surpassed all expectations and stands as the finest service I have ever received. I extend my gratitude. Having undergone various procedures, I can confidently express my utmost satisfaction. Notably, Allison Topping RDH exhibited remarkable gentleness during the cleaning process. Wonderful experience. I thought for sure I chipped some enamel off a front tooth and Stratman Family Dentistry got me in quickly. X rays and a full exam and it turns out I am just fine, but I was full of anxiety. Dr. Levy immediately put me me at ease and assured me that my teeth are in good shape. Everyone there was wonderful and I thank you all for being so kind and accomodating.

These people take advantage of vulnerable people who go in for help, especially if they're cash paying customers. My wife had a brain hemorrhage shortly after giving birth to our baby. She suffered long term effects and was often hospitalized for severe seizures. Due to this she lost her job and was placed on disability, losing her dental benefits as well.

Heavily medicated and very ill, Dr. Levy along with Selena (all approved by Dr. Stratman) took advantage of my wife's situation, told her she actually had another tooth that needed filling that was not on the original estimate, never showed X-rays. Selena lied and said it was. My wife trusted them and agreed, feeling pressured. They used so much novocaine only in that one unlisted spot, not on any of the other areas she supposedly needed fillings, my wife was numb for more than 24 hours.

When she went to leave, the office assistant said she now had a new bill because that was never on the original estimate. While my wife was crying, feeling stupid and hustled, Dr. Levy came out acting like a hero and ripped up the bill, thus destroying the evidence? Well guess what? That tooth is now broken. Do a little google digging of Arlyn Levy.

She has a list of cases against her for sketchy work. It's amazing Stratman would bring her in here. Be very careful operating this way "Doctors", because the karma shark will come for you, and it won't be for dental work. That's just the way of the universe. My family trusted you when my daughter's mom was at the lowest point in her life and you took advantage of her and added to her severe PTSD.

I hope that money you got from her dad helping us out was worth it. Not sure how you sleep at night treating people this way. A good example is a response to a review where you tell a patient their insurance was garbage. What professional business would disparage their client AND an insurance company they work with? You've been warned.

Stratman Family Dentistry is literally the best. I've been a loyal customer for over a decade. With two locations in town, their staff is top-notch from top to bottom. Their scheduling staff does a great job getting you booked and addressing your billing needs. The hygienists are professional (I've worked with four of them) and friendly. Rachelle, Catherine are fantastic.

And finally, Dr. Stratman is what you're looking for; a consummate professional who does an excellent job managing his team of professionals. I've had 4 root canals and many cavities filled, most before I can into their care, and no one has been as gentle to my teeth than Dr. Stratman. Consider yourself lucky to have them on your side.

I have just begun receiving dental care at Stratman Family Dentistry. My first visit was for an initial consultation and my second visit was for a deep cleaning. Thus far, I am very happy with everyone at Stratman. From Dr. Levy and Shannon to the receptionist and staff, everyone is friendly, helpful, and seem very focused on helping their patients. My consultation and cleaning went well and I look forward to continuing to receive great dental care from this office.

I have had some REALLY terrible dentist visits in my day. That stopped completely when I started coming here. ALL of the staff is friendly from the moment you walk in. They are kind, understanding and don't pressure you into anything, yet will give you the whole rundown on what you need to know. Big shoutout to Dr. Arlyn Levy for being not only the best because of her bubbly beautiful personality, but also the best skills.

She makes it as painless as possible and does her best to make you feel comfortable. Even if that means blasting Backstreet Boys. She is heaven sent. I can't recommend this place enough. They are also super affordable and super easy to schedule with. For someone with terrible dental anxiety, or if you need any dental work done, you MUST go here. This team is the best in Tucson.

I have always been a little uncomfortable at the dentist, largely due to having lifelong gum issues and mouth sensitivity. I went to Stratman Family Dentistry because I heard they are a "judgment-free" zone and are also pretty gentle to sensitive mouths. I had not been to the dentist in almost six years, and so was naturally very apprehensive, but Dr. Levy and the staff there made me super comfortable and eased my anxieties.

They offer blankets, TV and music to help calm nerves (I didn't need it, but it was nice they offered) and the work I had done was quick and relatively painless. The office doesn't try to sell you things you don't need, they let you know recommendations but you are never pressured to sign up for anything you're not comfortable with. Everything about this visit was great, and I am happy to say I have found my new dentist. Ask for Dr. Levy!

The nicest dentist I've ever been to! Dr. Levy & Miss Paloma we're awesome! They both made me feel super comfortable! Highly recommend them to anyone who has a fear of the dentist or is looking for a new dentist office in general!

I saw Samantha today at Stratman Family Dentistry! It was an awesome experience! I used to be very scared of going to the dentist as a child. Being in my early twenties now, it was nice to have such an energetic and kind hearted person take care of me. I won't being going anywhere else!

There are no words to describe how amazing Dr. Stratman is and his entire staff are! In my 50 years of life, I have never felt so safe, comfortable and welcomed by any dental office! Fair, affordable, professional, clean, safe and thorough! Shannon was my hygienist and made me feel so at ease and did the most thorough job anyone has ever done! My boyfriend had upper and lower dentures done by Dr. Stratman and couldn't be more satisfied as well! Thank you!

This is my first visit to this dental office. I recently located to Tucson. The staff is very friendly. Randy assisted me with my insurance needs. Tammy performed my initial dental screening and I met with Dr. Stratman briefly. Catherine preformed my cleaning and was very gentle. I am very pleased with this office and their professionalism. Would definitely recommend.

AH-MAZING staff! Absolutely overwhelmed with their kindess. I had a singular wisdom tooth still lingering that broke in the summer. It hasn't caused me much trouble until a few days ago. The entire left side of my face was screaming in pain. I was using 6 different OTC medications, creams, gels, sprays, and patches all at once to try to get through, hoping it would stop on its own.

Unfortunately the pain did not stop and I called around desperately trying to get an emergency extraction. Most offices could get me in but not until the afternoon the following day, understandably. After not sleeping and crying exhaustively, I didn't think I'd make a later appointment without having a panic attack. Then I found Dr. Stratman's office and they were able to get me an appointment the following morning!

I was kindly greeted when I arrived and was taken care of within 30 minutes! I was so relieved to have found their office! Thank you! Definitely bringing the rest of my family in to be seen here. I HIGHLY recommend anyone considering their office to just go ahead and make an appointment with them!

This is hands down the best dentist we've had the pleasure of going to. My husband needed two teeth pulled and they were quick, efficient, and so kind. I am so glad I read all these wonderful reviews and made the choice of booking them over another dentist that had horrifying reviews. These reviews do not lie! They are amazing!

Great dentist office. I had never met Dr. Stratman before. Had big day planned. Six extractions and three implants. Dr. Stratman made me totally comfortable. I felt no pain throughout the procedure. Great work, very clean and very professional. I recommend this dentist office.

We were looking for a dentist office that was friendly and convenient. We read the reviews on Google (that were amazing) and called. From the first call to the visit my husband and I just had (with the assistants/Doctor/office staff) it was what everyone said. We left there both saying it was comfortable and friendly and look forward to continued care by Stratman Dentistry.

Got scammed! I went in for a simple denture reline because my denture was a bit loose. Stratman's untrained staff over-adjusted and ruined my denture where it is falling out and there is no longer any suction. Stratman refused to take responsibility or refund his fee for my ruined denture or this incompetent service and advised me to use glue to keep it in place!

Stay away! I went there for root canal work and was grossly overcharged even though I have insurance. Then 3 months later, after everything had been paid for, (and of course I paid out of pocket for what wasn't), they sent me another large bill claiming my insurance didn't pay. I talked to my insurance company and found there were major discrepancies.

I wouldn't trust these people any further than I could throw them. The girl that does billing was rather nasty and short when I questioned her about it. I will never go back and would advise anyone looking for dental work to look elsewhere.
