I am relatively new seeing Dr. West but my experiences so far have been very positive! I recently had two old fillings in my front teeth replaced and he did a beautiful job! He is calm, kind and professional and his staff is so kind and responsive! Lovely people and lovely office!

I was rescheduled as my hygienist, Karen, was out sick, but I was asked if I could see another technician. I really wanted to keep my appointment! Well, what an unexpected delight. Jordyn is the most professional, empathetic, technically exceptional young lady. Just a joy of a visit. Love you all too.

Dr West and his assistants are calm, skilled, near painless, obviously honest and 5 star when it comes to patient care. Makes you feel like you're the only patient in the office and treated like a king. Awesome group.

Pleasant office staff, very welcoming. Dr. West is thorough and explains any issues in a calm and reassuring manner. As a doctor myself, I only seek out the best for my health and dental needs.

Westlake Dentists has taken care of our family for at least a decade. We couldn't be more delighted with the care the staff provides. Lori did super work with my teeth cleaning, as always. Dr. West's exam was thorough; his advice, solid. I highly recommend this practice.

I don't think you could find a friendlier, caring or more competent dental practice anywhere. The front office staff, Karen (my hygienist), and Dr. West are all five star! I am very pleased they are a part of my health plan.

I highly recommend Dr. West. I've been going here for over 6 years. The staff is amazing, friendly & caring. I recently had to have a crown removed, I was feeling anxious. Dr. West & Liz were very compassionate & the whole procedure went very well!

I have severe phobia when it comes to dental work so I was not sure what to expect when I had my first appointment with Dr West. I went in with the mindset of 1. Remaining phobic 2. Requesting that the treatment plan not be discussed with me 3. That whatever we do it be done under any type of anesthesia available. But at the age of 44 and many dentists later, I came out of his office feeling very much at ease.

Him and his staff were all very gentle and caring and the most important thing of all was that they listened and understood that Dentophobia is real for those that experience it.

I always have a great experience at Dr. West's office! Juliana and the rest of the front office staff are very friendly and helpful and always know me by name. My hygienist, Karen, is awesome and I've been going to her for years for the best experience in teeth cleaning. Dr. West and his team take great care of my teeth and I couldn't be happier. This is a first class office!

Everyone who works at this office is so incredibly kind and compassionate. Barbara cleaned my teeth and she made me feel at ease, relaxed and comfortable. That's not the easiest thing to do for me, since I have a mistrust of dentists. They are very transparent and explain information plainly as they are working on you. Dr. West was gentle and seems to have good bedside manner. I only met with him briefly, but I look forward to continued care in the future. I'm happy to say that I think I've found my home dentist.
