Friendly people and great service. I got my wisdom teeth extracted here twice and felt very little pain and was also given a prescription for afterward. My teeth were difficult to extract (no fault of the dentist my teeth just grew weird) so there was some struggle but other then that there was no other problem and the procedure was a success! Thank you Steger Smiles!

An amazing place. You're told up front what needs to be done and it's done quick and painlessly. They also have great hours so you can get in after work. Thank you to the entire staff for a pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

This dentist facility is great, every time they seem to do something better. It also has new equipment. Awesome staff, that make you feel at home.

I love Steger smiles. Dr Gaglani is the most compassionate dentist I have even been to. She cares a lot and does dental treatment the right way. It's nearly painless when she works on you as she numbs you perfectly. She gives proper advice and treatment and does not try to rip you off like some dentists I have been to who advice you to go for unnecessary procedure.

Just wanted to say that my visit to Steiger Smiles was pleasant and a very good experience. I was nervous about a tooth extraction and the dentist walked me through and put me totally at ease. I look forward to my next appointment.

I had an appointment for 3:00 and arrived 10 minutes early but had to wait until 3:20. then got on the chair and waited for the x-ray for nearly 30 minutes. I have been to many dentists and have never seen such a noisy place like here. And after waiting until 4:20 the doctor came to see me and told me that I couldn't do a basic cleaning and i needhad to deepclean ($ 1700 for cleaning my teeth).

I said I would to keep basic cleaning because I can't afford the money, but they disagree. I left and was not satisfied when I gave 1 star on google review and they called me by Nicole. I didn't answer the phone, they texted me and said they would give me my money back if I answered the phone. I say NO Thanks because I feel so bad when they just want to take a lot of money from the customer without caring about what the customer wants and the customer can do.

The best dental experience I've ever had! They really know what they're doing, and they treated my kids like their own. I've never had such professional treatment. They really take their time with you despite being super busy. I'd rather go to a dentist who is busy, wouldn't you? It seems like all the 5 stars are right and the ones they aren't 5 stars - well, let's just say people leave things out when they don't get what they want, don't they! 10 stars!

My experience was excellent. The work was done by Liz. She is great. Down to earth. Definitely recommend Smiles for a better smile.

Great service here. So first off, they called me to reschedule my appointment because I was late. Turns out they were still able to get me in. Much appreciated accommodation. Liz was my hygienist. She was fabulous. Great personality. Patient and informative. She went to work on my smile for real. Was considering a whitening, but Liz got me sparkling like a diamond out here. So happy with the service I received here. Already scheduled my follow up.

Steger smiles has been my go to place for all my dental work. They have made sure that I'm aware of my appointments. Which has been a great help for someone as busy as me. The services has been top notch from extractions to dental cleanings. I have yet to have an issue with the work that been performed as a customer. I would recommend Steger smiles to family and friends. I first enter steger smiles in pain but two crowns and a bridge later. I am in great shape.

I've been a patient of Steger Smiles dentistry for a few years and have not been disappointed. The staff is very professional and friendly. They have flexible appointments and offer a payment plan for dental work that tends to be costly. The office is clean and inviting. Give them a try if you're looking for a dental office.

Stay away from these peoples! I should have known when they did a pressure sales tactic on me that these peoples were crooks. I was suppose to get dentures but my insurance denied it. Steger Smiles pressured me into giving them $400 down payment while I was getting treatment in the dentist chair. After I was denied by my insurance Steger keep calling me threatening me to pay for the rest of dentures even though all I ever received from them is getting fitted. I never received dentures in fact I asked if they had the dentures and they never ordered them. Stay away!

I chose Steger smiles because I had gotten their flyer in the mail and wanted to try them out since it was close to home. I really liked the atmosphere being there. Reception is really nice (which sometimes you don't get nice attitudes from reception at other places) All the staff I encountered was nice and knowledgeable and made you feel at ease and comfortable. The only bad thing was they don't accept my insurance but I wish they did! I don't mind paying out of pocket just based on the service I got at steger smiles

I have never had trouble with my teeth in 64 years but for first time had cracked molar and had to have cap put on. The staff is very friendly and made it as painless as possible. Very happy with my new tooth.

I was looking for a new dentist. Mine has just retired. I tried Steger Smiles. I had a very positive experience when I went for my first consultation. The hygienists were very helpful and friendly and the doctor whom I spoke with was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer the questions I had about my teeth and their care. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely go back to Steger Smiles for my dental care.

I always go to Steger Smiles for my routine teeth cleanings. The women are always very nice at the front desk and the hygienists are also very good as well. It's also typically a very short wait from start to finish. This last time I went, Liz was my hygienist. From the start she was very nice, upbeat and professional. She talked me through the whole process telling me each step she was taking.

She also made small talk and made me feel very comfortable. She was also very gentle with my sensitive teeth which I'm grateful for. I'm very happy with the care I received. Thank you Liz and the rest of the Steger Smiles team!

Very nice staff and a great dental experience. Very detailed and hard working. A lot of care and time was given to ensure I was taken cared for appropriately.

I wouldn't recommend going to a place like this. VERY unprofessional and lets talk about there office manager and management! Very disrespectful in how they proceeded. There's only ONE assistant in this office and they can't even seem to get people to work for them. They seriously lie to you about cost and try to make play it cool. Don't follow guidelines put intact for covid.

Literally make SURE to look at expiration dates! They're probably using thing that are EXPIRED! Please be aware of how they do things and what they're really doing. "5 stars" is sooo BS that is sold to you. Please, go to a place with better staff and even a environment that makes you feel safe during a pandemic. Be aware that they also have many locations.

They're doing this with ALL.They lie to you about almost anything. Make sure that as a patient you know what you're getting yourself it. Its NOT A PLACE TO BE IN OR EVEN WORK. Take your money, to a place with a better cost and even better evaluation! They will scam you & say you need "this and that" when you DONT.

By far the best dental office around. The office staff is great and give the best customer service. Dr. Gaglani is the best. Great bedside manner. I have A LOT of major extractions done and she does the best job. She extracted 5 teeth today and did a wonderful job. I will highly recommend Steger smiles to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I was a long time patient of Dr Grabow's - almost 35 years. It was very scary to have a new dentist take over, but I am incredibly happy and beyond relieved! The office looks gorgeous (they did a complete remodel) and the doctors are so kind and wonderful, as is the staff!

This dentist is just the best. Dr Raj and Dr G are both very caring and professional. Dr Raj has amazing bedside manner and he is amazing at what he does. I had no pain after getting my wisdom tooth removed and was done in less than 2 minutes. Very convenient appointments and the best part is I am able to schedule my own appointments online on their website. The staff is very good also, I will be referring all my friends and family to this amazing dentist!
