All around a great staff and experience. I was new to the area and everyone made me feel like home. Susan helped me a ton getting the best time for my appointment so I would not have to take a day off work, and quick too! When I arrived everyone was so knowledgeable and professional. I am fairly new to Richmond and wanted a dentist similar to the one I left in Huntsville, AL. They recommended I look for a dentist who was associated with the Pankey Institute. I found the Steadman Family Dentistry and had my first appointment today. I could not be more pleased with the staff, hygienist, and the dentist. They all made me feel very welcome and comfortable.

I just left this excellent dental practice after having another pain-free cleaning. Julie is so caring and patient with me-I have sensitive teeth and therefore lots of anxiety around dentists. Dr Steadman (the younger) is cheerful, friendly, and also very kind and patient. He makes recommendations and discusses options, rather than badgering you into unnecessary work.
I ask a lot of questions and he takes time to answer them thoroughly, and never makes me feel rushed. He is just an excellent dentist and I'm so glad I found this wonderful place. If you are anxious about dentist visits, I highly recommend this practice.
