Dr. Christina Simonette received her dental degree from Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha, Nebraska and her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota-Duluth.
She is a member of the American Dental Association and the Minnesota Dental Associaton. Christina grew up in North Mankato and resides in St. Peter with her husband Marty and children Courtney, Luke, Drew and Noelle.

We will also take x-rays, which includes the panoramic x-ray for proper diagnosis of the anterior (front) and posterior (back) teeth as well as the bite-wing x-ray series for proper diagnosis of proximal decay of posterior teeth.Implants are synthetic structures that are placed in the area of the tooth normally occupied by the root.

I have a lack of dental experience. I have only ever needed cleanings (lucky me!). However, my luck ran out and I had to get a wisdom tooth out. I was so nervous and scared since I had no clue what to expect. Dr. Wong was WONDERFUL. He explained it all to me, every step of the way and my hygienist was kind and understanding. Even the front desk staff asked me how it was (they knew I was nervous). 100% recommend.

Hands down the best dentist I've ever experienced. The office staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. At this dentist office, they are empathetic and understanding. They truly want to help! Also, the dentist is extremely competent and good at his job! Even my experience with the dental technicians was positive. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They're not just the best dental office in the city. They are hands down the best dentist I've ever found. Try them. You'll be glad you did!

I am in the process of getting a second implant. I am not sure if it my good fortune or if it just the nature of the process - but both so far have been pain free. Of course there is the typical discomfort of anesthesia and dental work, but after the first part, there is really no pain. If you need an implant but are concerned that the process is painful - it is not. Thanks Dr. Haugen!

I've been here for a cleaning as well as to get fitted for bleaching trays. All of the staff was fantastic. The front desk staff were bright and chipper, even though it was before 7:00 AM when I was there. The hygienist was nice and made sure to check in with me frequently during the cleaning. Dr. Haugen was great during the consultation. I would recommend this dental clinic to anyone in the area.

I'm not a fan of the dental chair. I went several years without seeing a dentist before I came in to see Dr. Haugen. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Dr. Haugen provided exceptional dental services in a way that eased my fears about dentistry. Dr. Haugen filled a cavity in a difficult spot along the gum line without issue. Folks in the St. Peter area, you are very fortunate to have such a skilled dentist like Dr. Haugen in your community. I highly recommend Dr. Haugen and the wonderful staff at St. Peter Family Dental Center.
