Sparta Dental Center

This past year we moved from Illinois to Wisconsin. I was looking for a Dental office which addressed COVID procedures. I checked their website and right away it stated what they do within the office. During my visit they took X-rays, rated my gums, and took pictures of every tooth in my mouth. My hygienist Tia was wonderful, and it was great to see when Dr. Knoll walked it to the room, she disinfected her hands in front of me. I'm very impressed with the Sparta Dental Center and would highly recommend this office to everyone.

Teeth feel so good! Lauren is awesome! Appreciate her thoroughness, questions, sense of humor, care of removing plaque and paying attention to detail. The clinic is always on the cutting edge when it comes to equipment. Also got to meet Dr Morgan for the first time! A great fit for Sparta Dental! When you walk into the clinic it is such a warm welcoming from front desk to cleanliness, decor and fall decorations and choice in colors and comfortable seating. Kudos to Dr Knoll and her team! See you next year!

When my 9 year old daughter broke off part of her permanent front tooth she was devastated! Dr. Morgan made her smile beautiful again and restored her confidence! We love you guys and can't imagine going anywhere else!

Dr. Knoll is quick, efficient, and terrific at putting her patients at ease. Her skill is unquestionably top notch and her chairside banter keeps my mind off of what she is doing in my mouth! I highly recommend her and her great staff.

Well to start, my hygienist Tia is ever professional, personable and a terrific clinician. My teeth feel marvelous! Dr Hannah Morgan made my exam a highlight with her jovial nature but thorough and concise exam. Both are a great asset to Sparta Dental Center.

We have been going here for about 20 years. They make the dental experience as pleasant as possible. The office is nicely decorated and furnished. Every encounter has been very professional, pleasant and thorough. Highly recommended.

My assistant used short negative statements in her responses towards me. With no friendly atmosphere. This is very unusual at Sparta Dental. I usually always have wonderful service and Dr Knoll's team is usually amazing. I have been going here for 17 years.

I have dentists in my town 35 minutes away, but chose to check into Sparta Dental Center because I've heard great things. Years later, I'm still going back and love the positive, calm atmosphere as well as all of the staff I've experienced. Each time I've felt valued and respected and sometimes, that's hard to find! Love this dentist, Jennifer Knoll and the team she has. Definitely recommend.

I have been coming to Sparta Dental Center for at least 18 yrs now along with my children. We have always enjoyed coming here. We have never had a bad experience and look forward to the next visit. The staff here feels like family.

Gotta say it, these folks are professional, thourough, jeyful to be around (I said that about a dentis and staff) and just plain nice. Only dentist I've had in my 65+ years that I can say I am totally at ease with.

Apparently u will be denied service if ur too busy with life & forget to make an appt. no other place have I been denied service! horrible. do not recommend.

The staff is great! I went in to have a tooth pulled today and Chris and Dr. Brown and Barb were all very helpful and reassuring. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because it is a bit over stimulating. The receptionist was very nice but very loud. Once you go to go back to a room there are people everywhere. Maybe for most people theae things wouldn't be an issue? I'm very happy with the care! The staff were so caring, informative and calming! Thank you for taking good care of me!

However, I had been having trouble getting an appointment closer than 4 weeks away, with my dentist, to solve a lower denture problem that made it more like a torture device. Sparta Dental gave me an appointment the morning after I called and solved my problem withing 10 minutes. My wife is in need of new dentures, we will definately call Sparta Dental.

Sparta dental is pretty thorough, and the last hygenist I had was nice. I'll give them that. However, when it comes to the billing portion, good luck! I've been there for three appointments and every time they mix something up. Their receptionist is completely clueless when it comes to the billing portion. In my latest visit, they could not come up with a correct total right away, so I asked them to bill me.

This was because I asked the hygenist, doctor, and the billing lady how much the cost would be, and I received three different numbers. They billed me incorrectly three times in a row, and now are not willing to email me a receipt of my recent work done. They are very, very difficult to work with!

My recent appointment at Sparta Dental was possibly the best dental experience I've EVER had. As one who is “dental phobic” Dr Jen suggested that I use a process known as conscious sedation. I literally slept through the entire procedure which lasted several hours. My wife drove me home put me to bed that afternoon and I woke up the next day. I didn’t have the throbbing pain I’ve experienced in the past at other dental offices.

On a side note, it was the best night of sleep in my life! Honestly, I don’t remember much after sitting in the chair, but my wife said the staff treated us with kindness and compassion attending to her needs as my driver as well as mine as the patient. If you have dental phobia or have anxiety in the chair, I highly recommend you ask about conscious sedation for your procedure at Sparta Dental. What a wonderful experience.
