Dr. Sowders is a West Texas native, born and raised in Midland, Texas. He graduated from Midland High School in 1988 and received a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University in 1992. In 1996, Dr. Sowders earned his DDS from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio. He practiced with Dr. Mac Lee in Edna, Texas for two years and then returned to Midland in 1998 to open his own practice.
Our patient rooms are equipped with all the bells and whistles so that we can provide you with the most advanced dental treatment available. In addition, we wanted the space to be comfortable and cozy with a waiting room that is more like a living room. Our walls are adorned with West Texas artwork which was painted by Dr. Sowders' grandmother, the late Edna Cox.

Dr. Sowders is a wonderful dentist. He is my entire family's dentist. He is courteous, and he listens to your concerns and opinions. His office is clean, and you can watch TV while they are cleaning your teeth. I have never had any problems with his services or his hygienists. I highly recommend his office!

I cannot believe no one else has written a great review about this bunch! Dr. Sowders has spent a ton of time, patiently working on my bite. He had it perfect, and I messed it up by getting hit in the mouth by a horse. He has been the perfect gentleman in hanging in there with me, and doing the work all over again, with a smile on his face each visit! AND, Shae (the office manager) is a darling of a woman who always helps where she can.a true sweetheart! Best dentistry practice in the Permian Basin, and I've been a patient of quite a few!

Unfortunately, I can not review this dentist since I never got past the rude office manager. After insulting me in front of other patients, I left. Dr. Sowders was recommended through a mentor of my former dentist before I moved. He probably does very good work but I could never go back due to the office manager.
