The dentist who did my extract was AMAZING! He talked me through everything and was patient with me and understand I was nervous. However his assistant not so much, she was rude, talking fast when explaining the consent papers to me. I never had a tooth pulled so I had question, she was not interested in answering, she answered while walking out the room.
I still get any answer to my questions. Overall she had terrible patient care. I was pleased that another assistant came in to assist with the procedure. I give the Dentist a 5 star!

Southfield Dental is the best and has some of the best dentist in the state! My favorite dental assistant Michele F. is my all time FAVORITE! She takes great care of her patients and is always a phone call away if you find yourself in some sort of discomfort. Michele is thoughtful and loves seeing her patients HAPPY!

Very pleasant visit. Check in -and check out-were quick and pleasant. Went for a cleaning, but was able to get two crowns finished today due to someone canceling last minute. Mary, who cleaned my teeth and Debbie, who assisted the dentist with my crowns were very nice, and totally focused on my comfort. Dr. Rajab(?) completed both crowns with no pain for me, I would definitely recommend this office to others!

My 9 yr old daughter has been treated at Southfield Family Dental for over 5 years and she has never had a bad experience. The dental staff are very welcoming and her experience could be much different but I think it's because of the staff and how they interact with children and adults too! My daughter enjoys going to the dentist! Thank you to the staff for your patience!

I was very happy that I choose this dental center. The staff was very friendly, the dentist with whom I had the consultation was very knowledgeable, explaining me clear and honest my dental situation and the options. Southfield Dental and it's phenomenal staff was highly efficient, professional, knowledgeable & caring regarding ALL of my dental needs. I had a time line to meet; and the team coordinator Anicia not only scheduled my appointments within that time zone; but went the extra mile inquiring, & assuring everything was in order via my insurance billing. I've been a patient of Dr. Levy since 2012 and HIGHLY recommend this establishment to ALL in need of dental care and services.

I love the dentists and the other staff at Southfield Family Dental. They are so professional and the work they do to restore your smile is impeccable. I got my permanent bridge put in a few weeks ago and when they said I would be happy with it, they were exactly right. I am so happy with the work they have done on my teeth thus far. I still have more work that needs to be done, but I know I am going to happy with the way my teeth look, when it's all over with. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Southfield Family Dental!

I have extreme anxiety about the dentist, but I CANNOT WAIT TO COME BACK! Everyone is so kind, and they went out of their way to put my mind at ease. Not only that, but I got a discount on my cleaning and exam, and then they realized there might have been an error, and they fixed it while I was still there and refunded me the difference, happily! Every single person I encountered was joyful, kind, and professional. I will never go anywhere else, and I made everyone I know start coming here!
