I can honestly say they have good customer service but that can't put weigh the poor work that I've received servers times. I have filling out in there two weeks later I had to come back and get a root canal on the same tooth that they filled. I had the root canal done and I had to go another dentist to redo the root canal because some the nerve was left in the tooth it was not filled properly. I current have to have my filling redone by another dentist. Their good customer service can not over shadow the incompetent work done. I'm so disappointed!

Friendly, Fast, and Efficient. They were able to get me in on a cancelation list appointment for the day I needed. When I arrived they were able to make me feel like not just another consumer but family. I love the ambiance and tranquil atmosphere of good soothing music. It went so quickly I was out in less than an hour.

I was sent to Dr. Towns by my dentist whom I love to have gum surgery. From my consultation, I felt safe and warm. Dr. Towns is gentle and thorough. Yesterday was my surgery and I got to appreciate the staff even more. They were amazing with me. Stephen was the surgical assistant working with me who ensured I was comfortable the whole time. Dr. Towns was nothing short of gentle and loving.
The call from him later that night was the cherry on top of a wonderful experience. I haven't met a person who enjoys dental procedures especially oral surgeries, but Dr. Towns and his definitely knew how to make this girl comfortable! I highly recommend Sonrisa for your dental needs!

Despite having an appointment scheduled I still had to wait 45 minutes. Those working in the office seemed unsure of what they were doing both at the front desk and those working with the patients. My time spent there was in pain as the doctor paid no attention to what she was doing and therefore caused my gums to ache for days after. I would completely avoid and try to find another office and dentist.

Dr. Towns and all the staff at Sonrisa Dental are the best! I have had an implant placed by Dr. Towns and can honestly say it was painless from start to finish. Had to have a loose crown on another implant investigated today and, much to my relief, the crown only required recementing. This office is staffed by kind, competent, truly compassionate folks. For top of the line dental care, I highly recommend Dr. Towns and his staff at Sonrisa Dental.

Had my 1st experience there todayand it most definitely will NOT be my last! Not only were they professional, courteous and thorough with my appointment, but they were very informative and pleasant. Dr. Roberts was more than helpful and assisted me with no discomfort at all. And the offices look amazing. Parking is a lil suspect, but they have a decent system in place at a lot across the street. I'm looking forward to getting both me and my sons dental needs taken care of at Sonrisa! Glad I finally found a great dentist here in Indianapolis.

Dr. Towns is awesome and so is Melissa, Lyndsey, and the rest of the staff! I had several surgeries for perio disease. Dr. Towns calls personally to check on me afterwards each time. Everything is always explained and he "suggests" what I need to do but also states items that I may not necessarily need (helps me save money I don't need to spend). Melissa also explains and provides a breakdown of my charges anytime I need it (before or after a service is provided). They treat you like family and I will be going here for all of my dental needs!

We recently moved to Indy and needed to find a new dentist. We are so glad we found Sonrisa! Everyone is very friendly and the establishment is very clean and inviting. Dr. Voegele is our dentist and she does a great job of answering your questions and explaining what she's doing. They are quick and do a great cleaning as well. There's parking available, so make sure you add in a couple of extra minutes before you arrive to get the parking pass and save yourself a few bucks on the meter!
