Personal information is being looked into by an employee of yours, she goes by the name of Jerica Torres. She is looking in the database for addresses of clients of other dental offices. She is not honoring the hippa guidelines and I am going to be pressing charges. She's done this before at the family dental on park street also dental office she worked at on new park Ave, both in Hartford. That is why she is no longer at those locations.

Awesome Team, Super happy with my dentist. Best visit, she made me feel comfortable and did an amazing job on my teeth cleaning. Super satisfied with their work. Also, Front desk was very helpful and friendly and informative.

I had an amazing experience. Chris was so attentive and amazing. The whole staff was pleasant from the moment you come in seeing Lori, to being attended by Chris to meeting Jennifer at the end. PLUS my teeth look great!

Recently had to change dentists due to a change in insurance and I'm SO glad I found this practice! My first visit was while pregnant and the staff was so attentive and accommodating! I love that my entire family can all go to the same practice. Chris was AMAZING with my 3 year old daughter - it was her first ever trip to the dentist and Chris took the time to show her the different tools and helped her to feel comfortable.

She involved my daughter and made it less scary by including her while explaining what she would be doing. Chris is wonderful and makes the experience enjoyable - the dentist? Enjoyable? That's saying something!

CHRIS IS A FANTASTIC hygienist! Very professional, knowledable and sincerely cares about her patient.

Omgosh from moment I walked into the building entire staff incredible! I'm VERY picky on my cleanings and I got a great one, Dentist was very friendly, front desk staff 100% helpful, cant say enough about then, I'm like an hr away but worth the drive

Really great first visit to Dr. Mark Hagopian. He is a true seasoned professional and is very personable. I would recommend him to anyone! I had a broken tooth and inside an hour, he drilled out the old filling, built up the tooth and placed a temporary crown. I was very happy with his work! Joyce Martin East Hartford

I love this place! Entire family has been going here forEVA! They have helped me through my fear of dental procedures over the years and now I am more comfortable getting my teeth worked on. Very friendly people who I actually look forward to seeing.

Visit was easy, comfortable and wonderful people to deal with. Since I have changed dentist to Dr. Hagopian, my oral health couldn't be better. Professional, talented and just good people. I used to hate dentist's that has now changed 180 deg.

This is something you rarely ever hear when you visit a dental office but I had the best time having a needle stuck inside my gums to numb my mouth and have my teeth cleaned! Bibi who was my hygienist was an extreme delight! She made me feel comfortable, was very pleasant and humorous and she explained everything that she was doing step by step and afterwards explained what I needed to do in order to keep my smile looking like a million bucks!

Dr. Bebe is awesome I have learned a lot when I had my teeth done by her. She super nice, very knowledgeable, and nice to talk to. My family and I have been going there for years and Somerset Dental group is wonderful :. Shout out to Dr. Hagopian he's awesome!

Excellent Dentist & staff. I believe they genuinely care about every patient's dental health. If you just want someone to see and get in and out as quickly as possible do NOT go to this practice. If you want (and are willing to do your part also) a top level provider go here. Their newest hygentist, Bibi, is wonderful.

I have been with Kelly and Dr. Egan for 20+ years. I am grateful to Jan and Pat who make sure I get my early appointments. My Dental visits are the highlight of my day. My experience at the office has always been stellar from Gillett Street to Glastonbury. We have real conversations and share laughs every visit. I love my smile and the wonderful people who helped me to develop and maintain excellent oral hygiene habits. Dr Egan is the Greatest Dentist and Kelly is the Greatest Hygienist in CT.

Great office. Tasha was super at helping me understand my dental insurance and did my zoom whiting great job. Bibi was super! Highly recommend to everyone.

10/10 first impression at my first visit for a cleaning recently. The office is beautiful, very clean and decorated lovely for the holidays! Every single staff member was very friendly. They let conversation going the whole time so that I wasn't overly focused on the actual cleaning. They seem to really care about their profession and making their clients happy

I have nothing but good things to say about this office and would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends and family.

My family has been coming here for years and we feel this is a terrific dental practice. They're wonderful with our kids, one of whom is very shy and reticent about dentists. But Chris always makes her feel comfortable and doesn't pressure her, and it's made a huge different. The reception staff (especially Laurie!) is great - efficient and flexible. And Dr. Hagopian is fantastic. We highly recommend them.
