I have been going to Soft Dental for 15 years. I would highly recommend this place for your dental needs. The staff from registration to hygienists and both Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Saari are courteous and knowledgeable. From personal interactions with staff, it seems that employees enjoy working here. The hygienists do a fantastic job cleaning teeth!

My recent visit to soft dental was to get a crown and a cleaning. Dr. Safari did a great job explaining to me what he was doing during the procedure. He made me a nice temporary crown to have until the permanent crown was made. His assistant was amazing! They had music playing in the background to help relax my nerves. The hygienist was very easy to visit with during the cleaning portion of my visit.
I believe her name was Krissy. The front desk people were very friendly and caring as well. It's nice to have a first class dental office right in Rush City. Thank you, Soft Dental

I give more than 5 stars! I don't even know where to begin. Dr. Nguyen and staff are awesome! My husband works for the railroad which he travels and needs a lot done to his teeth. Dr. Nguyen and staff have gone above and beyond to get half of the stuff done (consultation, deep cleaning, crown prep and finish) before he leaves in less than two weeks.
The other half has to wait until late fall( pull teeth, surgery to smooth bones in gums and eventually upper dentures) due to him being gone. We've only been up in this area going on 5 years and I myself hate change but I am transferring my dental stuff to Soft Dental! Highly recommend Soft Dental Andi

We would highly recommend Soft Dental. Our family has been going to them for years and they are just simply the best. Our little kids actually get excited when we tell him that they are going to the dentist because how great they are treated. We wouldn't even consider taking our family to anyone else.

Who knew this gem of services is right in my backyard? When I needed an emergency tooth extraction, and other places were three weeks and more before I could get in, I was in pain and desperate to get relief. Friendly and helpful staff from my initial phone encounter and then upon arrival for my appointment. Dr. Tuyen Nguyen was very thorough in his evaluation of my situation, and explained in detail each step of the way. Rachel assisted the doctor, and was polite, caring and helpful during my visit. Thank you to both!

I went to Soft Dental to possibly get a root canal on my molar and they were so friendly and cared so much about how I was feeling and made me feel so comfortable every step of the way! The Dr. Nguyen was on top of his game I could tell shortly after he did a few tests that he would be qualified to tell me a definite answer to save the tooth or do a root canal.
He actually called me himself not an assistant to let me know my cracked tooth was too far gone to save. That could have been an extra $2000 for him to make but he chose to be honest! I absolutely love Soft Dental and would recommend it to anyone looking for a caring professional and qualified dental clinic.

Soft Dental was recommended to me by a friend, and I couldn't be happier with their services. Before going to Soft Dental I had numerous negative experiences with dental offices, so I was nervous about trying another dentist. I'm so glad I did! I had a very nice visit at Soft Dental recently when I had a broken tooth pulled by the dentist there. Everyone was very helpful and friendly which made me feel at ease with the procedure. I was happy with the outcome and felt it was done with all the right decisions. It was nice they followed with a phone call after I had the work done to check on how it was doing. I would gladly recommend the dentist and dental facility for anyone looking for good dental work.

Excellent experience! I was scheduled to have a consult on a couple teeth that have been giving me trouble for over a year, and I was surprised and happy to have the problem fixed within a couple hours. Pain free and no anxiety issues like usual. Unfortunately they won't be taking United Concordia Dental insurance after 2021 or I would continue their services. I still Highly recommend them!
