I went here to get a molar extracted. I am very happy with how I was treated and the professionalism that everyone showed towards me. I feel like I got excellent medical care and would recommend them a s well as use them again for future dental procedures.

Let me start off by saying I can only give one star because it will not let me give none. I had a very traumatic experience with this office. I was there to get my wisdom teeth out, and they were preparing to start my IV. I told the nurse I was terrified of needles - an issue I've had since I was young - and I preferred to have the IV done in my hand where bruising and pain would be minimal.

She said, "No, we will be doing the IV in your arm. Make a fist, release and repeat." I continued to do so until the doctor came in. He did not acknowledge me, went straight over to my arm, and tried to start an IV. He tried my right arm four times with total incompetence. My left arm had just had blood taken from it a week prior, but he tried anyway, even though I was bruised.

He attempted the IV in that arm three times with no success. Finally, and after using the SAME needle each time, he got the IV on the first try in my left hand. By the time the doctor was done trying on my right arm, my heart rate monitor was beeping very loudly, I was crying, and my body started falling asleep (like your legs sometimes do). I was getting this feeling in my head, neck, chest, arms, and legs.

He went over to try my left side and was telling me to straighten my arm. I was in the middle of a full-blown panic attack and on the verge of passing out. My arm was actually immobile, I couldn't feel it, and consequently, I couldn't straighten it. I couldn't express this because I was crying and hyperventilating. The nurse was holding me down and trying to straighten my arm at the same time.

I woke up with a bruise on my collarbone from her lack of professionalism. The staff did not care about my physical or emotional state as they all stood there, standing the entire process and making the situation worse. This should've never happened. I am currently in nursing school, and I've learned a few things about this. 1) the same needle shouldn't have been used all 8 times I was poked. 2) ALWAYS listen to the patient, if you can.

Who knows better about the patient, than the patient? 3) nurses (and all healthcare staff) should be kind, caring, considerate. The staff never thought to give me a second to breath or anything. Worst experience I have ever had. I included the picture of my left arm, bruising from both bloodwork and the attempted IV.

I cannot say enough about how kind their staff was during my procedure. Everyone worked toward my benefit and made sure I was comfortable. I was very nervous about having this oral procedure and they made sure that it was as easy and simple as possible. Extremely kind people.

The entire staff was wonderful! I felt very well taken care of. My lower wisdom teeth were causing me some pain, and Dr. Dugan and his staff got me in for a consultation AND the extractions THE SAME WEEK. The office staff are so polite and efficient and looked into my insurance and got me an estimate right away. Cherri the assistant made me feel very comfortable and less nervous on the day of the procedure which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this office.

Great people with a great attitude. I had more than one procedure done. Mostly dealt with Dr. Dugan and he is a good guy. The only reason i gave 4 stars not 5 was that an appointment for an implant consultation was 3-4 months in the future. Ihad to canel once for a work trip and it would have been another 3 to 4 months. So 7 to 8 months for a consultation is a non starter.

Meanwhile I'm wearing invisalign and they have a much shorter shelflife than 7 months. Got an appointment with another practice one month out. I highly recommend them and this lead-time issue is solvable if they want to solve it.
