I've been going to Smile Now Dental since 2016 and would definitely recommend Anyone who needs dental work done, to give these awesome women a try, Dr, Cruz, Cindy and my new friend Sarah, the dental hygienist (Sarah) did such an awesome job, I've never had my teeth cleaned like that, and I'm 54, she's awesome, I'm also starting my veneers work, Dr, Cruz and Cindy were able to squeeze me in at the last minute, those are some had working women, appreciate them so much, can't wait for second phase of veneer treatment.

My husband and I are very happy with the services provided by SmileNow Dental. The office is very clean and inviting. The entire staff is friendly and puts you at ease. They are great about working with our busy schedule. Dr. Cruz is awesome, my husband loves his new crown. Overall, they are professional and really care about our health and happiness. Highly recommend!

It is a very clean place, the people there are very nice and you do not have to wait long to see the doctor.

Dr. Cruz and the team are fantastic! They truly care about your treatment and works diligently with relieving any pain. Cindy is always a great help and has great customer service. Honestly, it's always a rewarding experience going to SmileNOW Dental! I go there for both my regular dental appointments and orthodontic treatment, and I totally love the service I receive. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, and everyone is always so nice. They also always give me the best recommendations when it comes to my smile, and I never really feel pressured to make any decisions. This dental office and the staff is the best. Every time I attend they make me feel comfortable and like family. The staff always have me smiling before and after my appointments. This is the first time I have reviewed on yelp. I have a small mouth opening, and had some chipped teeth. I went to another dentist in town and was told they couldn't help me. I went to Smilenow for a second opinion, Dr. Cruz, Veronica, and the rest of the staff are amazing. They're friendly, caring, and professional. I didn't realize how self conscious I was about my smile, until now. I love it, thanks to everyone at Smilenow.

Best dentist in so cal! I love Dr, Cruz and her staff. Everyone is super sweet and nice and you can tell they enjoy what they do. I drive from Los Angeles for them so trust me it's worth it

This office is very friendly but beware, as the office is contracted with my dental plan, their specialists are not and they will not tell you that! I learned after the hard way! $800 out of my pocket! I will never go back! I asked why they were charging me so much out of pocket and not once did they tell me the specialists were not contracted with my insurance!

And they even refused to clean my teeth! So please always ask if the dentists and specialists are contracted! Because they will take the PPO insurance but if the are not contracted they charge very high co-pays! Just got off phone with my dental insurance and they explained what happened! Bad review as they did not honestly answer my questions when I asked them why the co pays were so high!

Dr Cruz and her staff are amazing, when you walk in the door you are greeted by the sweetest person, Liz and she is very prompt with scheduling you in when you need an appt or helping you with any questions within her realm. Cindy is Dental Assistant/back office (sorry not sure )? she will always be up front with you when working out the financials. Cindy is also calming and has a warm personality and will always check on you when your in the chair to make sure you are comfortable. I'm very nervous when it comes to dentistry, but also due to heredity of bad teeth and many bad dentist, but Dr Cruz herself is the sweetest, very professional and has a great bedside manner, she also has a light touch when working on your teeth, so no fear when getting your teeth worked on. She is very patient when working on your teeth.

Hmm some great reviews but I can't even get a return phone call. What's the point of having an answering machine or an online appointment request if the messages are never returned. I'll take my business and good insurance elsewhere.

I had the most amazing experience here today. I was extremely nervous going to a brand new place in an emergency root canal situation and not knowing anything about the office. All of the staff made me feel completely comfortable and were extremely professional. I was the last patient of the day so I can imagine that they were looking forward to going home because I know they were not planning on the amount of time I was there.

But Dr Paula Elmi took her time with me and I am sure stayed way later than planned. She took such good care of me and I am so grateful. She listened so well so all of my crazy descriptions of my pains and what I was feeling and understood in a heartbeat. I highly recommend this place and I highly recommend her, she is amazing and came to my rescue. Thank you so much Dr. Paula Elmi for your time, patience, professionalism and care. I am so grateful.

Been going here for years and have been completely happy with Dr. Cruz. I have had my cleanings by done her and the hygienist to keep my teeth in good order. My daughter currently has braces and she is so excited to come to each appointment so she can choose a different color bands so she can show her friends at school. I would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends.

Amazing caring service! From scheduling to actual treatments Dr. Cruz and her staff really understands putting the customer first. During my recent visit I was nervous and Dr. Cruz and her assistant stopped several times and asked if I was okay. They explain treatment options that I understand and recommend treatments that are crucial at the time. After 17 years of this type of service SmileNow is the only dentist I will ever use.

This place is awesome. Elmer has been making my mouth pieces for my last 7 fights and the have been awesome. So comfortable, and the stay in. He made some pretty cool designs for me to. :

Had an awesome experience with SmileNOW and thought Id share it on Yelp! Extremely professional and pleasant in nature, SmileNOW is a great Dental office. I actually had a custom mouthpiece made which was a little difficult. I didnt make it easy for them due to my gag reflex but they took the time and patiently worked with me. Everything turned out great so thank you again!

Love this dentist! Great with the whole family. My 9 year old daughter has had to have extensive work on her teeth, and they have done a great job every time. Thank You SmileNOW. My 14 year old son has Braces and they do a Wonderful job at that also.

I hadn't been to the dentist in YEARS, and finally went last year. I definitely needed work done as far as a deep cleaning, and I was super scared/nervous, but they were great with me! It was all over before I knew it, and it was like I had new clean/healthy teeth again (without needing any severe work done like I thought was going to be the case).

No cavities here, surprisingly! I also needed my wisdom teeth pulled out, and I was a total wreck when I came back for that appointment. Turns out I was freaking the heck out over nothing, lol. They were so patient with me & their entire staff is great at what they do!

Had a great experience here. Everyone was very nice and they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They took the x-rays and then went over everything with me. They didn't try and upsell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. Great experience.

Watch out for this place Hard to find someone that speaks English. Took 5 hrs for exrays and have two teeth pulled. Billed insurance wrong and over charged me! Run

Got a deep cleaning from Veronica today, she was very friendly and thorough. I needed a deep cleaning which did a great job of spiffing up my teeth. They have a computer infront of the chair that allows you to watch one of many dvd's they have pre loaded. I had them put on I am Legend, so I hear a crazy zombie movie reminding me getting my teeth owned with a mechancial device on a thursday night could be much worse haha. Funniest thing was her quote, "smell your floss, " for anyone who ever wonders why your breath stinks this is her answer.

They worked really well with my delta dental insurance hooking me up with a REALLY great price. I highly reccomend SmileNOW in Corona, they have a nice clean facility with a beautiful salt water fish tank in the lobby.

This is a review on excellent customer service only! I haven't had any work done as of yet, but just the promptness and courtesy that I have received from this dental office deserves a shout out. I have called many times and I have never been placed on hold let alone hung up on! I have spoken with Nicole many times (Yes, I am the one who calls what seems to be everyday with the same extraction questions).

I also emailed Dr. Cruz directly with my concerns and she responded ASAP.I didn't expect her to respond at all. She answered my question and then some. This dental office was highly recommended by 1800-Dentist. And for those of you who go to the dentist expecting the RITZ CARLTON, do all the yelpers a favor and just go to the RITZ CARLTON. It's a dental office, so far the reviews are just "oh it looks dumpy" "oh they left me on hold" how are these reviews helping? What about the actual dental work? Or the dentist? I am making an appointment and will provide a follow up review to this one. Until then folks!
