I was charged $5 every visit for covid testing fee. Seriously? Nothing fancy, just a thermometer testing on the forehead.

The staff is very kind and made me feel comfortable. Love coming back here.

Avoid coming here. (-) star if available. Not a good place for dental works, Tooth fillings come off quickly and used poisonous materials as fillings, didn't recommend better materials. They care about the money but not the patient.

Love coming here. I use to come here when I was a child and I'm happy to bring my kids here now. Never had a bad experience and I always recommend this place to my friends when they have any kind of tooth pain.

I have been having a bad experience at this office on and off for that past couple years now with poor communication on there part. The front receptionist is terrible, rude and struggles to do her job( Spanish lady). The last visit and yesterday was the topping the cake, they have been trying to charge patients especially Medi-Cal patients a extra co-pay for the past year of $5.

She first called it for medical supplies, yesterday she called it a good gesture. We as Patients are not obligated to pay any additional fees other then what your insurance pays for. The front receptionist tried to get huffy and puffy carrying on, oh we have to pay for this and that. That is not the problem or the responsibility of the patient to pay.

Unfortunately i had to put her in her place by getting a bit loud and remind her under my insurance policy what I am obligated to pay. Good thing I checked before my visit with my provider what I am obligated to pay. She was rude and refused to let me talk to the head doctor or manager. I do not recommend this office for anyone!

If I can give a negative I would worst customer service Understand there is procedures and rules but the inconsistency of them taking appointments is unbelievable and I understand during Covid it's definitely difficult but with someone waiting over a month and having inconsistent information it's quite Frustrating it's probably not the dentist herself but management is horrible

Rude staff and poorly trained / extremely unknowledgeable doctor. Save your time, money, and energy and avoid this place at all cost. The lady that cleaned my teeth did a good job but the assistant who polished my teeth did a half ass job. She literally pasted the toothpaste on each tooth and there was no "polishing." The doctor, Dr. Tran does not know how to communicate clearly and does not give proper consultations.

She just kept saying "idk" to all my questions. I asked her about the repercussions of not repairing the chipped filling since I was not experiencing any pain or sensitivity, Dr. Tran repeatedly said "idk." She did not have the knowledge to address any of my concerns lol I was so shocked by her lack of knowledge and communication skills as a "dentist." I asked for a receipt for my copay and the front desk staff smirked and said, "we do not give receipts for a dollar." Lol a dollar or not, I have the right to get a receipt for my payment.

Her snarky comment and attitude really topped everything off. I do not trust this place at all and I definitely will not be returning. If you care about your oral health, go see another dentist, trust me.

First time coming here I was recommend by a friend, was able to schedule me next day for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction. I didn't mind much what I had to pay even though I didn't have medical they seen me and did a great job. I hate going to the dentist, but I was numbed all the way it was in less time than I expected both top and bottom wisdom were pulled out quick and painless. I do recommend this dentist office friendly, kind, and calm to get a job done.

My Family and I have been in the care of Dr. Tran for several years now. Dr. Tran is so gentle and kind with my 12 year old -- she is fantastic with children (and adults alike). Dr. Tran's assistants and front office staff are very friendly and courteous. They actually make going to the dentist a positive experience that I wished I had in my earlier years (especially with all of the dental work I have had)! We drive from Los Altos to see Dr. Tran and its well worth the long drive to see such a skilled and trustworthy dentist.

First time visiting this dentist and dental office and it was a great experience everybody were very nice and sweet doctor was super nice and very kind Highly recommended would definitely come back when needed

I love Dr Tran I've been coming to Dr Tran's office for about 18-20 years. I know and love the whole staff. Keep up the good work.

The most rudest front desk I've ever met! I was supposed to be seen by this dr because close to my house and also my sister was being seen by them. They charge 1$ copay even to the patient who doesn't have any copay! Why I'm supposed to pay 1$copay if I don't have any copay and plus you guys charge also the insurance company? For not forgetting that if patient wants medical record they will charge patients 25$.

My sister as their office dr said needs to get braces and they will charge 4000$ for it. I asked why does she needs braces? No answer! I called them to cancel my and my sister appointment. They said for me it's cancelled but for my sister I will need to call back again and the front desk lady didn't let me finish talk that she cut the phone on my face without letting me talk for a second! I thought this will be a good and nice dr but I was completely wrong!

I've been going to this dentist practically my whole life for about 15 years I am now 18. I have always had great service and is always complicated.

I personally hate the dentist because I went a lot as a kid and every time I was told I had a bunch of cavities. LOL. But out of the many dentists I've been to, Dr. Tran is a reliable one. Call ahead to make an appointment! I was able to schedule a last minute one that week of. The front desk receptionist is very sweet and tells you everything you need to know. Dr. Tran is very relaxed as she's cleaning your teeth.

She talks in a calm voice which helps when she's asking you do to something (i.e.: opening your mouth wider). I've had a dentist in the past use a clamp in my mouth to force it to stay open wide. X_X She works quick, but she was irritating my gums a bit when she was cleaning off the plaque on my teeth. I'd give this place a solid 3.5 stars.

Extra points for their upgraded x rays! You no longer have to shove a small tab into the back of your mouth. Thank goodness LOL my strong gag reflexes hates that. They have a different thing now that you bite down on it without having to put it all the way in the back.

I went for the first time for a cleaning and check up witch went great people there was really nice but after that a few months pasted I had to get a tooth pulled mind you my first x-ray showed I had a hole I'm my tooth (the one I need to get pulled) but they kept trying to convince me to get a root canal. everytime I made a appointment they want to charge a $50 fee for any medication or an x-ray that needed to be done (again I have medi-cal) and charge for a co-pay (witch I shouldn't have) witch is $1 (its not a lot but still it should be FREE) everytime I came in. I HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLAVE TO ANYONE.

Very friendly people working here! Employees were kind, easy to talk to, and very professional. Cybellle Tran does amazing necessary work to your teeth and does not overcharge. Trust me, she has many customers so sometimes the wait might be a little long. However, this is probably one of the best dental place around this area!

Very friendly and quick. The employees were all kind and welcoming. The cleaning took less than 10 minutes. I was very pleased with my visit and highly recommend everyone to come here.

I was making an appointment, told the who ever picked up my call my insurance and she told me info and she told me it wont be able to cover it and what offended me was when she said GOODLUCK ON FIXING YOUR TOOTH. Yes I know it's expensive to fix teeth when you don't have any insurance but you don't have to be so rude! I have dentical but that doesnt mean i don't have savings to pay for my tooth!

I have an appt soon but im going to another dentist in san leandro and not even gonna go to this one at all! Cancel my appt! At least there they are so nice and willing to help me out! LE CHABOT AND DR PARVEZ TAYLOR are awesome!

Dr. Tran is the best! she has been my dentist for about 16 years now, as well as many of my family & friends go here too, everyone in the office is very friendly! Their service is great & there hours are very flexible! Dr.tran is also great with kids!

I've been coming here since I was 9yrs old, so for the past 22yrs! Now that I'm a mom of two, there was no other place I would take my own children but here! I love there service and there flexibility, there GREAT with kids too!

Very happy with the service! :) Dr. Tran is such a humble and nice person, loves her job and the people who she gives service to. First time I heard of her was through one of my coworkers and they said she was their family dentist, very comfortable and always in a good mood. The dental assistants are so kind and so professional. Also front desk, two or three Latinas that I've conversated with are very kind and focused on their job and always in a great mood. I'm so satisfied with her work and her office service.

I recommend her! It bothered me that one person had a bad experience with her, from the rest of the reviews I've read. I couldn't believe their story, I never heard of any complains so maybe they were the ones making it it a bad day for themselves. Much love and respect to Dr. Tran and her workers! :)

Very unpleasant experience. The wait was long. I arrived a little early for my appointment. The front desk receptionist did not bother to look up or greet me as I entered. Waited for over an hour to receive basic cleaning for my teeth. The cleaning took no more than 20 minutes. The dental hygienist was less than considerate; she was nice enough to want to chat with me, but how did she expect me to answer her with all the tools stuck in my mouth?

After the cleaning, my teeth did not feel "clean" at all. It was too brief, totally felt like a sloppy job. I just wanted to leave right away.but guess what, more waiting for the dentist to see my teeth. But really, after 20 minutes of waiting for the dentist to show up, I got up and was ready to leave. One of the employees stopped me and said that Dr. Tran was coming. Well, she showed up without asking me if my teeth were bothering me.

She just went straight ahead to sell me her pricey dental treatment. Thank goodness it was short. But NO. At the front desk, she insisted that the lady bring up an estimate for my "potential" treatment. Another wait.*sighs* What a waste of $$ and time.

Everyone in the office is very nice. They helped both of my daughters who are very afraid of seeing the dentist feel better about their appointments. Dr. An and Dr. Tran were very nice and everyone felt at ease with them
