Every service I've had here, including my fillings, have been fast and comfortable. Great customer service and surprisingly reasonable cost with insurance, especially for the quality of care you are getting.

Dr Basha has been my dentist for over 5 years and quite honestly, I would travel miles to continue to be in his care. He and the office staff are extremely professional and caring. I had a few appointments during the COVID period and the office has always been clean, organized, and sanitized.

Dr Basha worked on my elderly mom in her wheelchair. I've been going there ever since.

Everyone at Smile Design is terrific. The dentist does a great job with all dental work. The same goes with the dental hygienist and receptionist.

Great office. Mia is the best when it comes to working out schedules and billing. Dr. B is as gentle as you would like a dentist to be. No one like going to the dentist but I don't mind going here.

I had been going to the same dentist for over 10 years and was sad to need to find a new dentist since moving to the area. For years of 6-month cleanings and check ups I never had a cavity. Suddenly I go to this dentist and have 2. I told them I was a bit surprised that my last dentist never caught this and I would like to wait until the next year so that I could get on a dental insurance plan.

I scheduled an appointment 6 months out for another check-up and cleaning. Exactly 5 months and 29 days later I have a message waiting for me on my home voicemail cancelling the appointment with no mention of rescheduling. I thought okay, I'll reschedule only if they call back. Otherwise, I'll wait until I get insurance and see who the insurance company recommends in the area. Needless to say I never got a call back to reschedule.

Now that I have insurance the new dentist was happy to report I have no cavities. Dr. Basha may be fine if you already have insurance but after this experience he lost all credibility with me.

Five stars for sure and if there is a 10 stars I wold give it to this Dr. I have a crown that fill that was done long time ago with another dentist back in my home country. My insurance sent me to ANOTHER dentist as this Dr. Is not covered by my insurance, once I got there they started to try to rip me off by telling me I need a new crown even though my crown was with me and that I need lots and lots of work on this teeth and that with the insurance I need to pay over $1000 so I was strait forward with the Dr and told him you are such a lier and you should be ashamed of ur self.

I went home extremely depressed until my wife told me about Dr. Diaa at Smile Design. so I called and spoke to the sweetest lady ever and told her my story. She told me to come next week to see the Doctor, she did not make me wait for weeks like other dentists even though they turn out to be very busy. Met the Dr he looked at my tooth and told me no worries everything looks just fine. he cleaned it put the crown back and I was on my way. that was few weeks ago and I can't be happier.

I paid only $150 and left happier than ever. I immediately changed my insurance to be able to accept this Dr and from now in I will not go anywhere but to this doctor. Thank you very very very much Dr. Diaa for being honest professional and wonderful.

I hate coming to the dentist but after i start coming to this place i feel better when i have appointment, maya is very nice and call before ur appointment to remind u and in case u wanna cancel she doesn't get upset at all, the dr is very calm and nice keep checking on you and he takes it easy and doesn't rush

Had put off taking care of my bad teeth for over 45 years.ie until 2 months ago.after some research I came upon Smile Design & Dr. Basha.thanks to him and his entire staff for making this an absolute great experience.the care, comfort and attention to my needs was way beyond what I expected.pain? Never Happened!.Thankyou to Rosa, Mia and Dr Basha. I will continually refer them to my friends.

The nicest most patient dentist you will ever meet. You won't find a kinder dentist or office staff anywhere. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

My whole family has been going to Dr. Basha for a few years now and we will never leave. They have the best staff I have ever seen, they are attentive, compassionate and they always remember our names. You truly get a personal experience that is hard to find these days anywhere. Believe it or not I am actually looking forward to my next cleaning. THANKS guys! Highly recommend!

It's hard to find a good dentist/hygienist team, but I found them here! Although, I live in Alamo, I don't mind driving to Pleasant Hill to my new dentist. The staff is very friendly and Dr Basha is great. Even my super picky husband likes him and his work!

Very professional, friendly, clean. You receive a treatment breakdown that allows you to decide what you like to get done and the full cost of the treatment.

I just realized it has been 2 years since I posted my original review and I wanted people to know I'm happier than ever! I don't know if it is possible to look forward to going to see your dentist, but I am. As we get older, I've discovered that a lot of the old work that had been done years ago just isn't holding up any longer and needs updating.

I also realize that teeth need more care as we age. Dr. Basha continues to be the best dentist I have ever visited and I am a client forever! His gentleness, sense of humor, thoroughness and professionalism continue to amaze me and I am so grateful I discovered him. I've referred many friends to him and they too are very happy with the treatment he gives them. I whole heartedly recommend Smile Design!

He told me i need a gum reconstruction which would run about 1200. i went to a different dentist to get a second look and i didnt need it. nice guy and all but i have heard to stay away from shopping store dentists and ive found it to be true.
