THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE. Waited for 3 1/2 hours. The dentist finally came in to start filling two teeth, only to have some troll hygienist come in and tell me she "wasn't prepared to do that today." Needless to say, nothing got accomplished. All you'll get is a wasted day and nothing to show for it.except a $200 charge on your credit card.

Smile center people are amazing very professional. It was easy to get in and out in they keep their work area clean & very minimal patient, that tells you that they care about your Health and they are very aware about the Covid situation Although the guideline is a little bit loose or than it was before

I had a cracked molar which was cutting into my tongue and causing a lot of pain. These guys got me in asap and resolved the immediate problem while wonderfully explaining options for a better long term solution. Friendly, professional and competent. That's the trifecta of dental care right there!

Around 9/4/2020, I broke a tooth in the back about 0100 in am. No 24 hr dental was open, but this office had a voicemail for emergency. I left a message explaining and the next morning Dr. Jones called himself. His office had sent a message to appear in the office by 1130. The first visit was wonderful. The first time in 45 years no pain other than the little pinch to numb.

Any other place has numbed me right the first time. This office did, used mouth guard with holding open device, and took very much care and concern. Other than a little tenderness after the procedure for root canal and filling, I was great. Few days later, temporary crown placed because I was too tender for permanent and to make sure not other complications.

Thing is I am a travel nurse and retired Army lady and I am here from MS. I am on COV19 assignment in Raleigh, NC. I was so happy and impressed. I am even thinking of returning for implants that I need. Great place and wonderful people at this office.

Would not recommend whatsoever. Went in for a standard cleaning and prepaid for two cavities, but dentist only filled one. Showed up at the scheduled time and told I would have to wait because everyone was going on lunch. Came back for a sedation consult for my wisdom teeth, and was told I'd owe nothing. The entire point of the consult is to get a quote for wisdom teeth removal. Waited in the chair for 20 minutes at the appointment, but was then told they were too busy to give me the quote and it would be emailed to me.

This never happened. I then receive a bill in the mail and spent 5 months trying to figure out what is was for. Sent multiple emails and messages and get no response. Finally get a response and I am told that they do not know what the bill was for. Also told that they were never going to be sending the wisdom teeth extraction quote. Extreme attitude throughout each visit and process and very very frustrated with the customer service. Both bills and the one email response I did receive had multiple misspellings and grammatical errors. It was shocking.

If you like being in pain after a dental visit, this is the right place for you. Seriously, find a better dental office. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! These fools messed my teeth up. I spent a lot of money and time trying to fix the damage they done. VERY unprofessional place! They made me pay a different dentist and a specialist to fix their mistakes. THEY WILL LEAVE YOU IN LOTS PAIN!

Honestly this is the worst dental experience I've ever had. I wish I could give them negative stars. Had a filling replaced in my molars and it's the cheapest filing I've ever had. I can feel how fake it feels in my mouth. On top of that I was in debilitating pain for weeks afterwards which I've never experienced from a filling. To top it off I also needed a new crown.

The lady drilled my tooth until there's almost nothing left around my stud from my root canal. The temporary crown I got was the worst I've ever seen and was longer than my other teeth, orientated in a different direction than my other teeth and round. It fell out within 2 days. I put up with it because I figured the permanent would be better. Low and behold my permanent crown fell out after 2 weeks.

What is left of my tooth is crumbling away now (due to it being so thin in my opinion) and I dont even know if it's worth it to pay for another crown anymore as its going to fall out as my tooth continues to crumble. I regret going here every time I look in the mirror as this was my top front tooth. Before i went there i could use these plastic molds that would grip my tooth and looked pretty realistic.

They wont grip my tooth now so I'm stuck looking like a methhead now. I paid all that money and I feel like to a degree they ruined my life. I cant confidently smile. Girls grimace and walk away when they see my tooth. I cant even imagine the next time I'm looking for work and have to do a job interview. I'm afraid my only option now is to have it pulled and have a screw put in. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

My experience is always pleasant from the staff up front to the assistants and the dentist. The office is clean and professional and I have always received quality service. 2021 update - The work has been consistently great, however, the appointments are not adhered to. My only issue with this office is that they don't start the work at the scheduled time.

For example, I had a 10:00am appointment for what is suppose to be a quick appointment (try on bleach trays and leave with them) it is 10:26 as I am writing this review from the patient exam room. I find that they let you in for your appointment but then have you waiting to be seen! This is not the first time this has happened Changing my rating from 5 stars to 4 because my time isn't valued.

I had immense tooth pain and Dr. Jones was able to see me on an emergency basis. I needed a root canal, and they were able to take care of me a week earlier than I expected to finish the procedure. The whole staff were patient, kind, professional and great to be around - even when I got really scared! - and they continually let me know what was happening.

I went back for a cleaning, and the hygienist was able to tell me excellent tips for better cleaning and flossing - above and beyond what anyone had ever suggested. I really love this place, and they make going to the dentist a pleasant experience - a truly great team.

This place does not take your concerns seriously. I chipped a tooth back in Feb. Even though I didn't feel pain they recommended a root canal and a crown. It took 8 months and $1200 to finally have this completed. When the crown was installed they left a weird gap between crown and tooth beside it. Food would get stuck after one bite. Regular flossing would not get it out.

When I mentioned my concern I was advised to get a water flossed. I bought one for $120 and it wouldn't get the food out. I was then advised to use a wire Flosser. After using one my mouth would gush blood. I've been using a wire flosser for 3 bloody months now with other options. I brought my concern to them again and advised they remove the crown and replace it with one that fits better.

They said they would do it for a hearty price, more then what I paid originally. Another option was to to remove the tooth beside it, which made no sense to me because I didn't want to remove it. Then the last option was to use filling to cover the gap. These are all shortcuts and they refused to correct the problem unless I paid money. I will no longer visit Dr. Jones' office and if I have to pay to have this horrible crown replaced I will find someone willing to do it right.

The dentist Dr. Jones is very caring, gentle and talented. He explained all of my options and helped me understand what would be best for my health and long term needs. His staff is knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend them to anyone. I've never seen a dentist who had so many certifications and qualifications. This is a premier health provider.

I made an appointment with this group because they were in my insurance network. I walked out soon after checking in and good thing I did. The office manager insisted I give my social security number to look up my insurance. I refused this information and gave her the insurance card to make a copy. She had all the info on the card to look up my plan.

The office manager was very unprofessional in her rudeness and insistent that I hand over that information. I called the insurance company to see if this was needed and they advised not to give my social security Number. Because of rudeness and attitude I walked out. I have been hounded with phone to reschedule.
