Sing Orthodontics

I have been coming here since January of 2022, and they have been nothing but a positive orthodontist office! Affordable pricing, and have been very attentive to my journey. I have nothing but great things to say about the orthodontist himself and his customer coordinating staff!

Staff is always so nice, happy and helpful. I have gotten my braces here and now my kid is going through her invisaline treatment. It's nice when you go in for your first consultation it's free. To see if you would a good candidate for braces and bonus you get a goody bag! Highly recommended

I had such a wonderful experience at this Sunset Valley location! To give some context for this review, I had braces way back in 2013 or so and went to the Gattis School Road location at the time and always received impeccable service! I came back for this particular visit to have my permanent retainer repaired after some glue came off. The staff welcomed me with GENUINE smiles and care when I walked in, and the technician who helped me, Melanie, was an absolute sweetheart.

Her and Dr. Harris (I think was his name - sorry if I got that wrong!) were so detailed and meticulous to be sure my retainer had the best chances of staying on long term. Now that I live in San Antonio, the Gattis School Rd location is a bit far, so I will definitely return to this Sunset Valley location if there is ever a need to do so in the future. Thank y'all so much for everything you do to take care of your patients. It does not go unnoticed! God sees you!

I love coming to this office. Everyone from the moment you walk in the door are very pleasant. I wish there were more offices with these kind of employees. Even my granddaughters have made positive comments and they really don't make comments when we are at any appointments.

I have always wanted straight teeth but kept dragging my feet because it seemed so difficult. but Sing Orthodontics made it so easy & Dr. Singh was amazing! They worked with my insurance to make it affordable too. The whole staff was welcoming & informed & helpful. Would highly recommend

Everyone is so friendly! Such a happy environment with a beautiful office. Cheap prices yet the quality is very high maintenance.

I got braces with Sing Ortho back in 2013/2014 and attended the A. W. Grimes location for all of my appointments. ALWAYS had a good experience there. Today I attended the Lakeway location for an emergency visit due to my permanent retainer detaching from 2 of my teeth. I'm grateful I was able to get an appointment to fix this before Thanksgiving!

I was in and out of the office literally in 15 minutes. I was not in any rush to get the work done, but it seemed like they were - or at least the lady who fixed my retainer was. As a result, the customer service she offered was very poor. When she called me from the lobby, she didn't call me by the right name (so this gave me the impression she didn't pay much attention when reading it off my account).

I was not really greeted by her. When I was explaining what happened to cause my retainer to break off, she was walking away; not looking me in the eye or giving much attention to my response. She came back with the appropriate tools, and started on the work. When she finished, I mentioned my interest in Invisalign and we talked about that briefly.

After my appointment, I saw online that they're offering a big promotion for $1000 off Invisalign, so I'm disappointed that she did not mention that while we were talking about it; I would have asked more questions. She quickly walked me and my husband back to the front desk and did not give much of a goodbye. While this may not seem like a big deal, it was vastly different from the exceptional customer service I received at the other location. I was disappointed to not receive the same intentional care as I did by the staff at the A. W. Grimes location.

I wanted my teeth straightened.and Sing did not disappoint. The whole process was painless (literally and figuratively) and everyone in the office is incredibly sweet and kind. They did not accept anything but the best when straightening my teeth and now they are perfect - and I am beyond happy with the result. Sing made my Invisalign journey a wonderful experience and I highly recommend!

I had been searching for an orthodontist for my child for a few weeks when I stumbled on this office. From the very first call I made to setup a consultation up until now it has been great. The staff is amazing, the orthodontist is super sweet. Everyone is very caring and really put my child at ease through the whole process on putting the braces on. I cant say enough about this office. They are really warm and inviting. I'm so glad I found this office! I definitely recommend!

The staff here has been great! From the start I felt a warm friendly welcome as they broke down both treatment options for me (Invisalign and braces) with great detail! I got second opinions from different places but this was the one! The level of detail and attention to their patients made me have more peace of mind going in. The day of treatment was smooth and easy felt great!

I started my braces here about 6 months ago and this has been the best experience! Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable and they all remember my name every time I come in. They are also very good about scheduling and respecting your time. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the lobby for my appointment time, which is a big deal. I would highly recommend.

We interviewed a few places and they were fine but as soon as I met Dr. Sing I knew this was the place for us! Everything was explained perfectly and they made sure no teeth would be pulled thank goodness. We are always greeted with smiles and a nice waiting room with drinks and Second review 1/23/20 It's been two years now and I could not be happier with Sing. The staff and doctor are all amazing and the attention to detail is beyond amazing! my daughter's teeth are beautiful thanks so much Sing!

We have had a great experience at Sing Orthodontics! My daughter got her braces here and the staff is the best. Dr. Sing is one of the nicest people I have ever met. Sam, who is part of the clinical team, was great and thorough getting braces off. Made my daughter feel very comfortable! All of the other technicians were great as well! Josh is always super friendly and nice. Pricing was very fair and they offered a payment plan. Did I mention the cookies? Yes, warm cookies in the office. The office is very clean as well. Highly recommend!

Love Sing Ortho! My ten-year-old didn't have much dental experience and I was worried about how he would do in braces. From the free consultation all the way through to the placement of the wires, brackets and even the horrifying palatal expander (although I never admitted that to him), he had zero complaints. The staff is so warm and welcoming that any nervousness he may have had was quickly gone.

Although the fresh baked cookies didn't hurt either. On a side note, I worked in a dental office and paid attention to which orthodontic offices our patients were pleased with. Without fail, Dr. Singh and her staff were always far and above any other practice in patient praise and satisfaction. Our family is on a monthly payment plan and my son will soon be finishing Phase 1.

Now that all of the crowding issues are resolved, his permanent teeth are coming in the way they should be. We're not sure if he'll require further ortho, but feel the worst is behind us. Our son loves his smile. He has a renewed sense of confidence and doesn't mind showing his teeth now. 5 Star Referral Absolutely!

Dr Sing and her staff are always happy to see us and are always helpful. Even at moments when the staff were clearly stressed out, they did their jobs well and without complaining. They made my daughter's braces experience a seamless one. Highly recommended!

Dr. Singh is not just an excellent orthodontist, she's one of the best medical professionals I have ever met in my life. I have never met a doctor who was so incredibly smart and genuinely cared so much about their patients as her. She is brilliant and always goes the extra mile. I had suffered with a lifetime of headaches and TMJ problems, and I had probably literally seen 30 doctors of various sorts, none of whom were able to offer much relief.

I suspected that the problem might be malocclusion of my teeth, so I met with several orthodontists. They all told me in various ways that they weren't interested in helping me. I figured no orthodontist would want to deal with a tricky case like mine and had all but given up when I took a chance and made an appointment with Dr. Singh. She was incredibly compassionate and sympathetic and seemed eager and willing to take my case.

Through the whole treatment, she always took my input about what was working and what wasn't and went out of her way to try to personalize the treatment to my needs. In the end, it was like a miracle cure! It helped more than I ever thought possible, and it's all thanks to Dr. Singh and her brilliance and compassion and sensitivity. I simply cannot say enough good things about Dr. Singh.

We are so lucky to have her here in Austin. I wholeheartedly recommend her. She has been an absolute life saver to me. With Dr. Singh, you can rest assured that you are in the best care possible.

I absolutely LOVE this place! I started my Invisalign journey a year ago and I am finished and loving how amazing my teeth look. The doctors and staff are amazing, polite, respectful and go above and beyond to help you and make you feel comfortable. I was able to do payments towards my treatment, which made this journey easy and convenient. Dr. Singh and Dr. Santos are the best! I would highly recommend Sing Orthodontics to anyone out there looking towards taking the next step in beginning their journey with braces or Invisalign

Starting Invisalign. So far booking appointments, reminders, etc have been great. They told me my appointment would run about 25 minutes and they called me a week before to say it may run more like 45 because it's a complicated case. I thought that was great of them to let me know and yes it did take that long but it went fast. Who calls these days to tell clients things like that?

Very well done. Got fitted on my appointment day. That night a tricky bracket fell off and I called. Dr Sing opened up the office for me at 8 am on her day off (she actually had a flight a few hours later) and she fixed it up. She's very professional and I'm excited to see how things turn out in 18 months. clean office, great staff, and front desk people are very sweet. Def recommend!

Love this place. my son in the past had very bad experience so he wouldn't go at the beginning. after the first visit he loved. Doctor Sigh is an amazing doctor and person. she really car about her patients. She answer a call on weekends and after a little surgery she called me in the evening to ask me how my son was feeling. I am very impressed.

Always in time. The staff is super. I had a few problems switching my insurance and they help me and try to save my money the best they can. I really suggest to anyone need a orthodontist to go there. Best experience ever!

Dr. Singh is the best orthodontist. She cares about all her patients. Brian, the treatment coordinator, is very good with kids and welcoming. After meeting him, you want to come back. The downside is Dr. Singh has another office. Consequently if you break something, you often have to wait more than one day or drive a long way to her other office.

Dr. Sing and her staff are all so professional and courteous. Dr. Sing was so gentle with my daughter and we are so pleased with the results. They were always running on time with the appointments and always gave my daughter detailed instructions on how to take care of her teeth while in braces. When my son is ready for braces we will definitely be going to Dr. Sing.
