Silverdale Dentistry

I'm a fairly new patient. I've only had a couple procedures and one cleaning, but every visit has been exceptional. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming, the tech/tools are up to date and my hygienist did a great job! Dr. Lim has been my dentist and she has done a remarkable job!

Everyone is always so pleasant. I am seen at the time of my appointment; I haven't had to wait more than 2 or 3 minutes. My comfort is a top priority which hasn't been the case with dental offices in my past experience. I've received calls for 2 separate appointments asking if I'd like to move to an earlier day due to a cancellation they received. But most importantly, I feel appreciated as a patient by all of the staff.

First time here after avoiding the dentist for several years. From start to finish, everyone was so sweet! If you have anxiety or even if you don't, I could not recommend this place enough. By the end of my appointment, I found it to be oddly satisfying, lol. Shout out to the wonderful ladies who assisted me today. You made the experience a breeze and I'm no longer scared to come back to get my fillings done.

I had a fabulous cleaning with Justine. From the minute she met me in the waiting room she made me feel comfortable. I was not nervous at all. She was so nice and understanding. Ever staff member I have met it wonder. Dr. Lim is so nice. It's definitely the best dental practice I have been to.

Who wants to go to the dentist? No one, right? You'll want to go to this one. The staff is so friendly and pleasant! The hygentists and dentist take the time to get to know you personally, make you feel comfortable, and take care of your specific needs. I highly recommend!

The staff and dentist were so friendly and professional. The office and exam rooms were very clean and organized. I did not feel rushed when the dentist was explaining the care I would need. Very impressed with the entire visit.

Clean and professional office from top to bottom with state of the art equipment leaving no expense spared. Top notch care and extremely friendly and caring staff make it easy to keep coming back here even if you don't particularly enjoy going to the dentist. From the moment you arrive you feel welcomed. The front office staff is warm and kind and answered all of my stupid questions without making me feel such.

They are also very knowledgeable quickly answering my questions in regard to care, treatment plans, and insurance. The assistants and doctors are clearly experienced and have always made me feel comfortable and taken care of. I have seen Dr Lim since I started going and she is amazing. She goes above and beyond to listen and help and clearly cares about her work.

Her attention to detail and professionalism have been unmatched compared to any other practice I've been to. You can't go wrong if you make this your home for all your dental needs!

I want to say that I was very impressed with Silverdale Dentistry. The staff was nice courteous and also efficient. My dentist dr. Kratchman was fantastic. He gave me options I settled with a lower bridge and a new upper denture. They both came out beautiful. Myself family and friends all thought so as well. I would highly recommend

What a wonderful dental practice! I know I am not alone in saying I am afraid of the dentist and it has been many years since I last saw one. It took a tooth breaking to get me there. Silverdale Dental came highly recommended by many and I am so happy I chose them. They helped me every step of the way today for all the appointments I needed. The Dentists and staff at Silverdale Dentistry are professional and make you feel comfortable with procedures. The Physicians and Dental assistants take time to explain the treatment plan. I have been impressed with the caring attitude by everyone. I would highly recommend this practice.

I've been a patient for 11 years now and I have never found a dentist like this before! I also take my two children there and my husband. This is the best dentist I have ever found and I am never leaving them! They are really the best! From the office staff to the dental technicians, dental hygienists and of course my dentist, Dr. Guenthner they deliver the best service. They really care and know what they are doing. I would and have recommended Silverdale Dentistry. My entire family goes here. The funniest story I heard from my niece's husband was the first time he had his teeth cleaned here, he is originally from NY, he stated they flossed my teeth! I just got the biggest kick out of that. He never had a dentist floss his teeth. Anyway, I they are always courteous and helpful in the office and most people don't like the dentist.

I haven't been in pain with any of my work I have had done. Dr Guenthner makes sure I am comfortable thru the procedure. I am also needle-phobic and he is the best at handling that also. I used to live around the corner from the office and now travel 30-45 min depending on traffic because if you like your dentist why change a good thing.

Impeccably-appointed practice. Incredibly, noticeably clean. All safety precautions taken.best layout I've witnessed in a medical practice in terms of prevention.each environment sealed and separate from the other, while remaining open, airy sunny and serene. See to believe. I watched TV while Dr. Lin assessed my teeth, she is amazing, I hardly even felt her looking all around my mouth, and she explained everything, patiently, answered my bizarre questions and seemed.happy to be there, healthy and confident.

All of the staff were. I have another appointment scheduled for a cleaning, and will be taking advantage of their in-house financing mechanism. I highly recommend, my drive from Lansdale was easy, the parking lot is lovely.
