Paula was born in Redding, California and moved to Washington State at the age of 11. She attended Cascade High School and obtained an A.A.S. degree from Everett Community College. Paula has worked as a dental assistant for Dr. Kellogg for 19 years and now works as the front desk receptionist and treatment plan coordinator.
Founded in 1978, Silver Lake Dental Arts has served the Everett, Washington area for over 30 years. Throughout our history, our main goal has remained the same: to deliver quality, value and, most of all, service. Our staff is trained to provide you with the most informative and up to date treatment options.
Dr. Clio Samia is a Portland native who learned about passion and dedication through competitive gymnastics. At a young age she realized her love of science and human health would lead her to a career in the medical field. From Portland, she moved to Vancouver B.C. and received her Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia, double majoring in Food Science and Nutritional Science.

I really like dr. Samia. She's really knowledgeable and informative, very caring. Also I love the hygienists there, very professional clean and do a great job. I go regularly to my check ups and never had a issue. Also Paula at the front desk always helped with my appointment and was super nice and helpful.

My husband has been going to silver lake dental arts for 20 years or so, I jumped on board as well then left for the last ten years but I've just started going back end of 2018 and can say I've had great experiences with Dr. Samia and the staff. After having two tiny front top teeth repaired with veneers, I can honestly say totally am pleased with the out come. I needed one tooth a little tweaked and Samia was more than happy to accommodate. Dr. Samia and her team are exceptional. My procedures were fast and thorough with the key steps carefully explained to me. The staff are friendly and take time to get to know you. I would travel a long way for this excellent care. Leaving the office I have the best understanding of and confidence in my dental health that I've had in over a decade.

When I was looking for a new dentist, someone recommended Silver Lakes Dental Arts. I made an appointment and really did not have any expectations. I must say, this is one of the best dental practices I have ever encountered. The friendliness and professionalism is remarkable. Doctor Samia is the best. For the last few years I have been very happy there. Unfortunately, I am re-locating to another city and will have to leave Silver Lake Dental Arts behind. I feel sad about that. All I have to say, if you need a new dentist, this is the place to find a new home. Thank you for all you do!

This place is great. Hadn't been to the dentist in years because I, well, don't like dentists (duh) - had a referral from a coworker who has known Dr. Kellogg for a long time. It ended up being a great visit - very thorough, and the hygenist, Peggy, was really kind and gentle. I was thoroughly impressed. AND, the approach they have is not to be hyper-reactive to every little thing.
Supposed cavities my last dentist advised of (which I never went back to be filled) were not even anywhere to be seen. Oh, and as a side note - since this exam was my best one since i was a kid - I recommend everyone get the Oral B electric toothbrush. I used to have a sonicare and I still had periodontal issues. But not now. W00t!
