Amazing! I've been a patient for many years, and compared Shumway Dental to other experiences. They are the best in my experience. Great service and very professional. They handled these past few years very well too!

I am so happy with Shumway Dental Care. All of their staff have been so kind and helpful beyond any expectation I could possibly have had. I highly recommended this awesome family dentist. The hygienist - Amanda O., Dentist - Dr. Joel, and office manager Tiffany. Amazing staff! Thank you for being who you are and truly having a caring heart.

I have always been very satisfied with the care I have received from all the staff at Shumways. I have spinal issues and they are very considerate and make sure I am comfortable. My teeth are good due to their care and the suggestions they make. They always answer your questions. They deserve 5 stars!

As always, my visit to Shumway Dental was as enjoyable as a dentist visit can be. The staff is friendly and professional. Hardly any wait time. My hygienist was Brianna. She's relatively new there. Again, friendly, and does her job with ease. Respectful of the patient. Dr Andy is awesome. I've had a number of procedures with him and all have gone wonderfully. Highly recommended!

The staff and dentists here have created such a lovely, professional office to visit. They use high tech to make many processes fast and easy. You can book your next appointment right from the dental chair. Special shout out to the best hygienist ever, Holly. She is a fountain of great information to help you keep your teeth healthy and white. Very caring and considerate as well. My teeth health has vastly improved under their care. Highly recommend.

Holly is exceptional! She is patient, thorough, and is willing to explain dental issues in a very understandable manner. Holly is a true professional, and the best ambassador for the dental services offered at Shumway Dental. In the front office Tiffany went above and beyond to assist me with my insurance questions, and to obtain my historical records. Tiffany exceeded my expectations, and I could not have asked for better, personal service.

The team at Shumway did a great job of making me feel comfortable and taking my individual needs into concern. I have gum recession and a Lot of sensitivity, and have seen many dentists who did not take it seriously or address the pain. At Shumway they provided local anesthetic during my cleaning, gave me appropriate referrals to address the cause of said recession and got me set up for a next cleaning and a night guard. Overall, they did a thorough and compassionate job - would highly recommend!

My family of five and I have been patients of Shumway Dental Care for over 20 years! We actually ENJOY going to the dentist! The staff and doctors are always welcoming, professional and excellent in all that they do. The best of the BEST!

Just a cleaning today always a great experience going to Shumway Dental Care. Doctor Shumway always evaluates my teeth unless we know where we are. Everyone is always so friendly nice and wonderful. Hands down the best dentist office I've ever been in. I may be biased because I've been coming here for 30 years. Great job I love you all.

I'm so happy I recently switched to Shumway Dental Care. I like to build relationships and I could not do that at my previous dental office of 5 or more years due to high turnover for dentists. Shumway's office is professional, clean, a friendly staff front and back. I recently needed 3 crowns and although the fee was a little higher than my previous dentist Dr. Joel Shumway had a great touch.

Previous crowns done at my other dentist caused me months of discomfort (hot & cold sensitivity) but the 3 Dr Joel did had maybe 2 weeks of sensitivity. I would highly recommend Shumway Dental. You definitely feel like you're family there.

It seems insane to get a filling, enjoy your visit, relax, pain free, no anxiety, and leave within 30 minutes happy with services provided. I have never had a dentist that puts me so at ease, all the while working in my mouth ohhh so gently. From the office staff, front desk, scheduling, to every hygienist, I look forward to my 6 month check up. Dr Joel Shumway and team are so professional. Been going here for 9 years and cannot believe it's the same since day one for my entire family. Always a great experience!

If I could I would give this 0 stars. They lie to you about the cost of services then after you get them completed you get billed 200% more and they say oh your insurance didn't pay. YET they said they are in network and lied to get the business. SHAME ON SHUMWAY!

They dropped United Concordia and failed to inform patients. Now I owe $85 for a routine cleaning without X-rays. I cannot recommend. Make sure they take your provider before getting service done.
