I had never been to this doctor and upon entering first thing in the morning, I was greeted by about 5 people who worked at the office. I was more than impressed. Every aspect of my visit was beyond amazing and exceeded my expectations. There was a young woman who took my information with attention to detail and care. She was sensitive to my needs as well.

I noticed the other staff were very thorough and staying with customers until tasks were complete. I cannot explain it. I hadn't filled out a document and the young woman stayed until I finished filling it out and brought it back, herself. Most offices would have dropped it in my lap and walked away. I noticed that with another client in the office as well, with another employee.

I'm am extremely pleased. I have a complicated facial disorder and I have quite a few issues. And I'm hoping I can get my smile back with the Doctor and the Teams care! Thank you.

Dare I say I had a pleasant experience getting my implant placed? Well I did! The staff were kind and professional. Dr. Urbanski explained everything thoroughly, and I had no pain or discomfort. I highly recommend this practice.

I have a great experience with the hygienist. Having a surgery is not pleasant, some people gets very anxious. I have an eating disorder, I am very anxioud about any procedures, and have reschedule some appointments. During the pandemic it was difficult for everybody. So. This time they recommended a treatment plan. The lady in charge of the finances explained the cost $$$$. But, she made me feel that they are all about the money.

She said to me that because I have cancelled some appointments I would have to pay the whole balance (not a deposit) in order to schedule my appointment (big $$$$) and that if I cancell it, they have all the right to keep my money!

I would highly recommend this practice. Everyone is so friendly, respectful, and more than willing to explain every aspect of the treatment/procedure. Dr. Toback is exceptional.a true professional who spends time listening to the patient, discussing the treatment, and using cutting edge technology for the best possible outcomes. Definitely worth more than 5 stars!

Hello Dr. Toback and Staff- I wanted to let you know how pleased I was with my most recent periodontal appointment at your New London office. After many years of completing extensive oral surgery, Dr. Toback noticed an area of concern that needed attention. Upon arrival, as always, I found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. It was like seeing a group of friends again that I haven't seen for some time.

The medical staff was reassuring and informative specific to my procedures and helped me settle in and prepare for my surgery. As always, Dr. Toback explained what I could expect and talked me through the on going procedure. I can't thank him enough for the kind and professional manner throughout the procedure as well as his concern of protecting my investment over the past fifteen years I have been with him. I have a complicated history with dental care. Overly large fillings that in old age cause fractures, multiple procedures on a front tooth that resulted in fillings, a root canal, an implant that failed and finally a partial. When I was told I needed another tooth extracted with bone grafts and implant I was not happy! Several friends recommended Dr. Toback and I am so very glad they did! Everyone in the office was very nice. Dr. Toback and his assistant explained everything clearly. I felt understood and comfortable going forward with the next steps.

Everyone from the front desk up to and including the dentist was welcoming and accommodating. My comfort was addressed and all questions were answered fully and clearly. When the digital call to my pharmacy was not received, the dentist herself called me to make certain that I had not suffered from the delay. In fact I had been covered by the original order of antibiotics that included the day after the extraction. So they had protected me from any slip ups by the pharmacy. Great forward thinking. Also, I did not feel any pain from the procedure. Amazing!

I had my first visit to this office today. It was everything I would expect from a professional office. Everyone on the staff with whom I had contact was kind, warm, sincere, open, patient and made every effort to be sure my needs were accommodated. The treatment coordinator, Diane, in a way that seemed very spontaneous and genuine, very much not scripted, even held my vest for me to slip on and handed me my hat to put on. Dr Toback was similarly sincere, warm & friendly.

All of the technical, clinical aspects of my visit were thorough, organized and delivered with no fanfare or drama. Very professional and also very human. I left feeling cared for and cared about, and confident I came to the right place. Definitely an "oh wow" kinda place.

Everyone in the office was exceptional. They were warm, caring and unbelievably accommodating. Dr Urbanski Explained everything and contorted her schedule to meet my immediate dental needs. Unbelievable. I have never been more impressed with a medical office

I like to compliment you publicly for assisting my wife with an appointment within a timespan of one hour when our regular dentist found that she needed extraction of a lower left side back tooth. The whole procedure was painless according to my wife. Superb job!

This is not my first visit to Shoreline Periodontics. Every time they provide services it is with utmost consideration and competency. The staff is attentive and considerate. The doctors are excellent. I trust Dr Gregory Toback and know that I'm being treated by the best team the field of dentistry has to offer.

I was seen without an appointment due to extreme tooth pain. Everyone on the staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The dentist and his team worked through lunch to get me out of pain and extract the tooth. I am so thankful.

I have been coming to this practice for about two years now. The entire office has been phenomenal. Denise, the office manager and Rhianna are especially terrific. They make coming to this office a pleasure. You are treated like a friend, versus being treated as just another customer. I would highly recommend this office to friends and family.
