Very professional. very complete. They have 7:30am appointments which is wonderful for me. Chrissy performed my cleaning and my teeth feel so much better. The office staff is wonderful and Dr. Lumpkin was very nice.

Dr. Lumpkin is giving me the smile I've wanted for a long time. The staff is absolutely amazing. Especially Amber. Everyone is patient and kind and makes me feel like part of the family. I'll never go anywhere else.

I LOVE Dr Lumpkin and his staff! Chrissy has been my hygentist for many years but have had Christy and Amber work on me as well. LOVE THEM ALL! Such a fun, caring bunch!

I have been using Dentistry by Design for several years. My hygienist is Christy and she is the best hygienist I have ever had. She is always pleasant, kind and gentle. She is skilled at her job and I highly recommend her.

Dr. Lumpkin and his staff are great. Christy is not only able to do cleanings efficiently and without pain, but she takes the extra time to educate. She helped me come up with a plan to improve my dental hygiene and now the cleanings are even easier to sit through.

I was pleasantly pleased with Dentistry by Design. The ladies at the front desk made me feel very welcome upon entering and leaving my appointment. Kimberly was very kind and addressed all of my dental needs with compassion and care. Dr. Lumpkin was very friendly and explained everything, throughout my treatment. I highly recommend this dentist and his staff.

Great customer service. The staff is pleasant and welcoming with just the right amount of personnel touch. I've visited the location twice, each experience was great. On my latest visit Chrissy performed the exam and measurements. I'm not the biggest fan of the dentist but her conversation and gentle approach calmed me tremendously. The doctor was just as welcoming.

He performed an exam and set expectations for the next visit. He even made the upcoming procedure sound good which is hard to do when the word extraction is used. This is by far the best dental office I've ever visited. Great job Dentistry by Design!

This group is amazing. Dr. Lumpkin is so gentle, caring and he explains everything so there are no surprises. The hygienist are wonderful, they make your teeth shine! The front desk staff always greet you with a smile and they help you with all your insurance questions. I would rate them the BEST of the BEST, definitely the best Dentist in Bartlesville, Dewey and the surrounding area. You will NOT be disappointed.

Myself, my Husband, two kids and even my Mom all go to Dr. Lumpkin. He and his staff are amazing! They treat you like family and maintain a professional positive atmosphere. Our hygienist, Christy, does a great job with everything from keeping the water warm during cleanings, to remembering what sports my kids play- it is like we are her only patients. The entire staff at this office go above and beyond to make every visit comfortable!

Have been a patient for some time now and even moved away from Bartlesville, but still go back for my Dental appt's and needs. Highly recommend. :

This beautiful office is so awesome, I've been going there for over 20 years now! Everyone from the front desk to the hygienists to Dr. Lumpkin is fantastic and so attentive. You never have long waits and they get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time. My hygienist is Chrissy and she is so sweet, thoughtful and attentive and always remembers little personal details that you might have mentioned to her 6 months before! I highly recommend Dr. Lumpkin and his staff!

Great customer service and excellent attention to dental detail. Dr. Lumpkin professional and attentive during dental procedures. Never any pain or discomfort once the numbing sets in-so appreciated! Amber always so cheerful, professional, and pleasant with conversation as his assistant. Appreciated how both were attentive to detail in making sure veneers and crown matched existing teeth and bite comfortable. Will be returning and would recommend.
