Santa Fe Oral Surgery - Ashraf Sedhom

Just picked up y daughter for oral surgery. They are kind and courteous. Super professional and explain the process from start to finish. Also, they give so much after care instructions.

This is an honest review, I came here for a 4 wisdom teeth extraction, like others said here. They changed my appointment once cause the doctor was unable to be at the clinic. No problem for me, they called me and was okay for me. The procedure was smooth, the doctor was super friendly and made me feel comfortable al the time, she was telling me what is going on and what's next, also doing some small talk make me feel less stressed, she is really professional and her assistants are also nice and bilingual She explained everything before starting and final instructions also.

I'm so luck cause I had no pain while the procedure was going nor after done. And in my case I had no pain ever, I took all my pills and cero complications. I recommend you this place. No doubt. Also the ladies at the front desk are nice and bilingual. P. S. Do not look or watch videos on YouTube about how the extraction is. Better to be ignorant.

Believe me, you don't want to know. A suggestion, the clinic should have something that the patients can squeeze with their hands to relieve stress or something that will distract you, personally I didn't know what to do with my hands, you know. I was nervous.

My daughter had a tooth removed, the child was only 6 yrs old, not only dentist was extremely patient as well the two dental assistants. One of them were holding her hand, just to make sure she was ok. I appreciate it, Dr Sedhom was an amazing & professional surgeon, not only that his staff are caring personal, I wii recommend them for any future extraction.

This place is the worst. My husband went there for a consultation got charged 180$ On top of insurance just to tell him yes you need to take your wisdoms out. They said they will call us back to let us know when he should do it and how much it will be. Never called us back. I called them to see whats next the receptionist was so rude and unprofessional and she said we have not checked with insurance yet it. And nobody called after. Now I have to pay them 180$ for nothing. Awful

My son just got oral surgery and I was more nervous than him. The ladies that work there helped me to stay calm. They explained to me the procedure and kept me informed all through the process. I will for sure recommend Oral Surgery Center.

I hate this office. It's not even the surgeon who is the problem as she is very polite, and so is the DA. It's her gate keepers, the admin assistants at the front. They are so rude, and unwilling to truly help the patient. I have called several times for assistance with my situation, and they are always rude! I have to pull teeth (pun not intended) just to get ANY information. Asking them a question about my file is apparently an insult.

I am trying to get my insurance to approve a procedure, and they are completely unhelpful. The ONLY reason I am here is because my general dentist, who is amazing, referred me to this surgeon. I am about ready to go to a different one. Don't visit this office.

Front desk ladies are very short and unprofessional. The doctor was okay as well as the lady that explained to us the anesthesia that they were going to use, but everyone else is not pleasant to talk to. I never write reviews for anything, but I felt like I had to with the way we were treated. 2 stars because it is affordable.

Horrible service the Mexican woman that work there don't care about the patients, they give the wrong information also the surgeon needs to humble his self. Terrible people and a terrible business, if I could give a lower score it would be in the negatives, don't wastr your time here theres plenty or surgeons in Colorado. Don't give this company your time nor your money

This place is very unprofessional, the surgery was awful I had really bad pain a week after my surgery and when I made an appointment to get it checked out they kept having me wait to speak to the dentist and kept saying you'll see him in 30 minutes, no 10 minutes.etc the ladies at the front desk are rude and treat patients bad. I would not recommend anyone to get treated here, do not believe the 5 star reviews.
