By far the worst dentist office I have ever been too! The office manager Erin is awful as well as Dr joe. it's really important for everyone to know they don't insure there work. They have no integrity and practice horrible business. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

The office staff is very friendly and professional. I have had to address several dental issues in the last year and have high anxiety when going to the dentist. Dr. Regan and Dr. Davis were both very kind to take the time and care needed to be sure I was comfortable. Donna is an amazing hygienist and a wonderful person to talk to who also is very caring and compassionate.

Dr. Joe and his hygenists are the best! They are kind and patient. I have really good teeth and usually only need a cleaning.

My boyfriend is in severe pain and wasn't able to get treatment. He was very upset after leaving this office because they were trying to charge him extra even though his insurance CLEARLY states what his copay should be. They tried to charge him hundreds and hundreds of dollars more and when he confronted them about it, they said he's "lucky" that he is even getting that price point.

It's not luck because that's the insurance plan he pays for and deserves to get! Access to care is already a HUGE problem and the patient care he received was a disgrace to the profession. If you're looking for a new place to go I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. There are other places who accept HMO insurance plans that will treat you kindly and won't try to add fraudulent charges to your treatment plan.

Donna the hygienist is hands down the best! Donna is great at her job and really takes the time to ensure you understand everything, before moving on. She is warm and caring and really makes you feel as if you've known her for a long time. I appreciate all she does and would recommend her every time!

I'm one of those people that's afraid of going to the dentist. Cost, pain, etc it's not my thing. Finally worked up the courage and glad I did. The staff was all very nice. Asked the dentist for a list of what needs to be done by order of importance and he was happy to help. So I am slowly working through that list as we speak. Prices were fair enough for me to chose going here rather than traveling to Mexico. All in all a good experience.

I went to this office and have a teeth cleaning. After I had the Xray, exam and the dentist came and told me that I have a bad teeth that need to be crowned. I told the dentist that I was unemployed for a long time so I need teeth cleaning only. The dentist told me that he doesn't do the teeth cleaning. He offered his hygienist will do the job. His office manager told me my teeth is clean so it may cost $30 since my insurance may pay some.

When I came to the office, the Hygienist told me it costs $640 since I have some implant teeth. I feel like I was cheated. Cost from $30 changes to $640. So I would like to one star.

Amazing! I'm seriously afraid of any kind of dentistry. The staff, hygienist and dr joe were absolutely amazing. I had so much work that needed to be done, they we're incredibly efficient, kind, trustworthy and most importantly PAIN FREE! After years if pain and and fear, I have found a group that I know I can trust. I cannot stop smiling! I have a new smile, new confidence, and a new outlook on my health.

I'm looking forward to my next appointment and could not be happier with my results! I recommend San Clemente Dental to everyone. Overall I would rate my dental experience as highly positive. Office is very sanitary and it seems like they take safety seriously. The staff was surprisingly really friendly. I was confused about my options, but Dr. Joe was really helpful and explained the treatment I needed very clearly. I had a lot of frustration with my insurance, but the manager there, Aaron Gutierrez was very understanding and walked me through my issues with insurance very thoroughly.

It was refreshing to finally find a place so accommodating. It's one of the first times I felt confident about a dental procedure at a new place and I'm really happy and thankful I found an office with staff that actually cares. I Would highly recommend San Clemente Dental Group to anyone that is desperate for a new Orthodontist. They will work with you even if you have insurance issues which was a HUGE relief for me. I can't thank them enough and they've earned a new customer in me.

My daughter is extremely nervous of the dentist and I was so impressed with how kind and gentle the entire staff was here! Francisco the hygienist is AMAZING! He was so kind and gentle with my daughter. We saw Dr. Joe and also really liked him. He was very sweet honest and very knowledgeable. He took the time to make my daughter feel very comfortable. We did have to wait for about 45min but we were also a little bit late in arriving.

San Clemente Dental Group is the go to! The Staff are very friendly & MOST IMPORTANTLY, Very GENUINE people. You just don't get that anywhere else these days. I've been a patient here for some time now & I couldn't be happier with my dental results! From whitening, to cleaning & fills! All my work has been flawless! They are also very easy to communicate with, you never get the run around, they're always there to help when you need them! They take the time to work with you to fit YOUR needs. The office is extremely clean, smooth service, just over all a 10/10. Thank You San Clemente Dental!

I've always been really nervous and hesitant to go to the dentist because I would be worried someone would try to talk me into spending a ton of money on the spot, or judge me for not going to dentist in a while, but San Clemente Dental is the total opposite of what I expected. The staff is extremely friendly and I felt comfortable the moment I sat down to get my X-rays done.

My teeth weren't in the best condition they could've been in, but regardless the whole team assured me it all was going to work out and it did without breaking the bank. Other businesses would've try to scam me, but they never did. I would highly recommend visiting this office to get your dental work done. For once I'm actually looking forward to my next cleaning.

I've been going to this location for a few years now. I love how friendly and knowledgeable the staff are! Dr. Joe keeps my teeth looking great and I cannot thank my hygienist, Donna, enough for teaching me how to correctly care for my teeth. I haven't had a cavity in years because of her. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs!
