Decent dentist but I work in medical field and had to cancel an appt last minute due to covid issues. They charged me $50, I felt given the circumstance that was ridiculous, given if the roles were reversed, i would not be compensated for the cancellation. I told them I would not return as a patient and requested a copy of my records, which I am entitled to as I paid for the services, to date I have called 4 times requesting they be sent to me. I have not even received a return call.
