Great experience with the medical staff both times I was in. However, billing was a nightmare. As a patient, I should not be the one contacting my insurance company and relating what my benefits are to the office or researching why certain claims were not paid. The dental hygienist was great and that's the only positive experience this office had to offer me.

I've been going to Russell Anderson since I was a kid. I hadn't been to the dentist since my mother took me, and it was a warm welcome when I came back nearly a decade later, a few years after my mother passed away. It was like I had never left. I had a gum infection, and while it was expensive. so is every other dentist. They made me feel taken care of, gave me this electric water pick that I plan to use every day, and hav changed my attitude about oral health. Really lucky to have these folks as my neighborhood dentist.

I had my first visit with them and everyone was friendly, introduced themselves and the atmosphere felt " homey " and not so clinical. I really felt comfortable there. Very relaxed atmosphere and clean. I'm glad I decided to give this office a call. Dr. Anderson comes across as a proactive provider rather than a reactive one. He explained the plan of care to me "like i was a 6 year old" which was appreciated. Everyone had a smile and were very pleasant. I would recommend this office for someone seeking dental care.
