I broke my tooth on my way to D.C. and from my first contact with Dr. Freyne's office, they made me feel right at home. The price for an ER appointment was such a great value. They were patient, kind, caring, and made sure I understood exactly what he thought we should do and gave me options. Cindy at the front desk was AMAZING and so helpful! If I lived here, I would go back in a heartbeat.

Dr. Freyne and his staff are exceptional. He and his team are some of the friendliest and most compassionate people I've experienced in a dentist office. Although they're not the closest to my home, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dental care in DC and they are well worth the longer commute.

The staff is kind and efficient. It is such a pleasure speaking with them. Dr. Freyne is gentle and highly skilled. The dental experience at his office is very comfortable.

Dr. Freyne and his team have provided friendly, efficient, competent and near-painless dental services to me and my family during the nearly 10 years we have come to his office. Our needs have included routine cleanings as well as more serious issues such as gum disease management and a time-pressured root canal diagnosis and follow-up. Regardless of the situation, we invariably have received prompt, caring and professional help at this dental office.

Dr. Freyne staff is outstanding. Very friendly and professional. I could not be more satisfied with the care I have received in the years I have been his client. I feel that I am in good hands and the staff is very responsive. Once I had an emergency during a weekend, when I was out of town, I called them and Dr. Freyne called me back very shortly to instruct me what to do until I see him on the following Monday.

Excellent dental office! Dr. Freyne is attentive, diligent and gives great advice in a non-judgemental way. I have been several times and Rosanna has been my Dental Hygienist each time and she does a great job! Cindy who runs the office and does the billing is a delight to work with and is always articulate in explaining the billing process, insurance coverage, etc. Highly recommend!

Today was my first time here. I loved everyone. It is a great place to come for dentistry, because it doesn't feel like a doctor's office, but it feels like stepping into a family's living room. Thank you. I will be back!

I don't have enough superlatives to describe Dr. Freyne and his staff. Without exception, they are compassionate, professional, gentle and non-judgemental. A dental visit usually doesn't rank high on my "joy" list, but Dr. Freyne's is like a luxury spa. It even smells great - not dentist-y. My family has been so well treated - from major dental work to cleanings that make you look forward to flossing.

They are an outstanding partner in good health. You could not find a better dental firm in the DC area. If ever I move, I will still travel back here to see Dr. Freyne. I have complete trust in him and every member of his staff.

Great staff, great dentist, great location. Dr. Freyne took the time to show me my X-rays and point out and explain things to me so that I could understand the reasoning behind his recommendations, unlike other dentists I've had who just tell you what you need to get done and expect you to do it. They aren't pushy here. Everyone was very nice, and I was in and out in less than an hour, having gotten a cleaning, X-rays, and consultation.

The cleaning in particular went fast and painless. I've been to dentists where a routine cleaning feels like being put in the torture chair, but that definitely wasn't the case here. The woman was very nice, considerate, gave good tips on how to improve my brushing, and it was over before I knew it. I usually dread going to the dentist, but I think I'll like it much better here.

I have been a patient of Dr. Freyne's for many years. He is contientious, thorough, creative, caring and compassionate. He is always willing to fit a patient into his now very busy schedule and is very patient with troubled teeth and gums! I highly recommend Dr. Freyne for any and all dental needs.

I've been going to Dr. Freyne for about three years now, and it's been a consistently excellent experience. Dr. Freyne, the hygienists, and office staff are all professional and friendly. He has a great bedside manner, and cleanings are painless as they can be. The office is easy to get to from the Friendship Heights Metro. I'd recommend Dr. Freyne to anyone - in fact, I already have!

I've been going here for about two years now and I'm so glad I found this place. The entire staff here legitimately cares about your health and well-being. I'm always so pleased with how quick and painless my appointments are. Teeth cleanings are ridiculously fast and thorough, and not uncomfortable. I got my first two fillings of my life in his office and felt no pain or discomfort - and was back to work in minutes like nothing had happened.

I had a sports-related jaw injury and they immediately scheduled me, saw me, and made sure I was OK. This was huge for me, because my sports doctor told me he couldn't help me with my jaw at all. I used to grapple without without a mouth guard because store-bought mouth guards hurt my mouth. He got me set up with a custom mouth guard that I can eat, drink, and talk with, and it is so comfortable. I just cannot say enough good things about this office. Every member of the staff is amazing. I love catching up with them all!

If you're looking for a dentist anywhere in the D.C. area, Dr. Freyne is your man. I was referred by a colleague, and made the trek from Alexandria because I was so impressed by him and his staff (Fe, Natasha, Kelli are wonderful!). Not only does he do a great job with cleanings and regular check-ups, but takes the time to explain in easy-to-understand terms any questions or concerns.

For example, I was recommended gum grafting by a previous dentist, but upon Ronan's explanation felt confident in his opinion that I would be fine without the surgery as long as we kept an eye on the recession. Rest assured his recommendations are solely in your best interest.

If Dr. Freyne takes your insurance, then you must go here. His office is convenient by either car (parking garage underneath the building) or by metro (short walk from the red line). It's a lovely office--clean, well-decorated, and when you're having your teeth looked at, you sit in front of a big window overlooking trees and scenery and passing planes.

Enough about the aesthetics--the important thing is that Dr. Freyne is awesome. Such a nice guy, so personable, he asks how you're doing and remembers details the next time you see him. He's very patient and explains everything before he does it, and if you have a dental problem or question he carefully listens to you before helping you find the best solution possible. His staff is very nice too. Even if you're afraid of dentist work, there's no better place to go then here!

I've been going to Dr. Freyne since 2007. He's located in Chevy Chase at 5530, his office is beautiful but rarely get to experience it because the wait time is rarely over ten minutes. The staff, Natasha and Faye, are always friendly and professional. Dr. Freyne does all the cleaning, in my past experience the hygienist did most of the cleaning and the dentist reviewed the work and did the end work.

Here at Dr. Freyne's he does all the work and uses all the most up to date equipment. I love walking in to the cleaning area and everything is clean and sanitary (I've been to places and questions the sanitation). Dr. Freyne give me a good experience every time and I'm usually terrified to go to the dentist but it's always a calm experience for me.

One of the perks is the great view you have looking out the window. There is a parking garage you can park at but because it's Chevy Chase it's high priced, take my advice and park across the street at Saks Fifth Avenue you can validate your ticket, ,,g et a free hour. I work in downtown Bethesda so I usually head in before work since they see patient's early.

I found Dr Freyne on yelp, and wanted to contribute back my experience. I had a to two-year Invisalign treatment with him and I am very happy with the service. Dr Freyne is friendly, competent, and honest. The rest of the staff is also very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this practice.

Couldn't be any happier with Dr. Freyne. Super staff all the way around. Easy to make an appointment and was attended to promptly. Dr. Freyne certainly knows his stuff and he uses all state of the art equipment. The difference between him and an average dentist is night and day. After having so many problems with my old dentist, it was great to find him, and he had no problems giving me a second opinion, and correcting the problems created by my previous DDS. Highly recommended in my book!

Ronan is the best dentist I've ever been to. His staff is great, offices are clean, utilizes the most recent technology, and he takes the time to sit with you and explain exactly what is happening to your teeth until all of your questions are answered. His is the first cleaning I've had that doesn't feel uncomfortable. In fact, after every cleaning, I feel as though my gums have been massaged and my teeth are as good as new. I don't know how he does it, but he's consistent, and I've stopped dreading the dentist since I started going to him.

Dr. Ronan is at 5530 Wisconsin Ave in Chevy Chase now. Not far from the Friendship Heights Metro. I recently moved to the area and went to him because he's close to my office. He and his staff were professional and friendly. He did the cleaning himself and did a great job, about as painless and comfortable as you can get with a cleaning. Making an appointment was easy, as well. Definitely not dreading my check-up in 6 months.
