Walked inside in pain walked out in pain smh took off work with no pay to have certain teeth removed and or fixed apparently there was a disconnect between what I was asked initially over the phone about my teeth status and what he wanted to perform today but hey at least my teeth are clean lol

I have a fear of dental work. This is my favorite dentist as he is very calming. No surprises and explains everything fully. I have been going to him for 2 or 3 years now and each time is a good experience. Cleanings are great also. The dental office is very clean also- I feel very safe when I am there.

Dr. Brown and his staff are always very friendly and professional. He explains everything in detail, is upfront and lets you know what needs to be done first. I actually enjoy going to the Dentist now! I recommend him to all my friends around the area.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Brown for over 10 years now. I actually look forward to my appointments because he and his staff are always so lovely-- helpful and pleasant, and we never have to wait. They get you in and out quickly. We moved out of state for 2 years and I actually had a dentist give me a filling, but she messed it up. When I came back to Dr. Brown, I didn't even have to tell him it was giving me problems-- he could tell from the x-ray, and he got it fixed straight away. As long as Dr. Brown is open for business in KC, that's who I will be seeing.

Have been here many times and it's the best dental office I've been at. Personable and professional. Dr Brown is fantastic and so was everyone else at the office.

I appreciate Romanelli Dental for providing great essential care. The atmosphere is calming and even before the pandemic, my scheduled appointment time was the time I was seen. no long lobby wait time. Dr. Brown patiently answers questions and does excellent dental work including scaling. I look forward to going to the dentist even when I need a cavity filled! Patty has a warm smile (it's masked now but she's still smiles!) and was exceptionally helpful with an insurance issue I had. Also, all the hygienists I've met throughout the years are friendly.

The most recent is Cassie and she skillfully cleaned the parts of my teeth I struggle the most with. In these uncertain times, all healthcare including dental care is vital. The gentle care and personable conversations at Romanelli Dental bring relief. I highly recommend them!

Found them online. Everyone was very friendly. The hygienist was very careful but thorough and the doctor was knowledgeable. Had a great experience.

My sister referred me to Dr Brown and I was happy she did. He's very knowlegeable and his office has a very welcoming feel to it. Everyone was friendly and made me feel like family. I also want to comment on the fact that I feel like I was not pressured into getting anything extra done and what I'd need done was explained thoroughly to me. I've been seeing Dr. Brown for about 14 years, ever since he opened at this location. Super guy with a dedicated, professional staff, comfortable office, and great location. Recently did a crown for me, and the experience was MUCH better than I expected. Highly recommend Dr. Brown and Romanelli Dental to anyone.

Attention! dr brown. please retrain your office staff not to rude on the phone and hang up on people. i called back then another girl proceeds to talk to me in a new york accent and i can hear the girls in the back ground giggling like children! this is how your business practice goes down when your not paying attention to the small details.

There is no better place to go in the neighborhood! Dr. Brown has been my dentist for a number of years now. I can't imagine going anywhere else. He is attentive, kind, friendly, outgoing and has a gentle touch. He and his staff go the extra-mile to make you extremely comfortable. They never fail to make sure you have a phone-call reminder for your appointment and meet you with a smile every time you walk in the door. Their schedule allows for excellent appointment times. We highly-highly-highly recommend Romanelli Dental! They are a true treasure in the heart of Brookside / Waldo!

Out of State transplant that couldn't be happier to have found Dr. Brown. What a nice guy! He's unusual in that he hates to advertise (told me so himself!) - which only solidifies his genuine reputation and patient following in my book. Super clean and efficient office. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Dr Brown and staff are "patient friendly" and very good at what they do. I have not had a new cavity in years with their teeth cleaning and my brushing/ flossing. They had Fair prices and no unnecessary work while under their care.

If you're looking for a great dentist in the Waldo/Brookside area, this is the place! I've always been nervous about going to the dentist, but Dr. Brown was very gentle and took the time necessary to answer all of my questions. This is a wonderful office with a very friendly staff!

Great local dentist - Jeff Brown is a nice young guy who takes time with your teeth! No need to be nervous about going to the dentist any more. I've been going here for 3-4 yrs and can't say enough good things about this small practice.
