The Pediatric Department of the Riverside Dental Group is absolutely amazing. Albert has been so wonderful helping me get appointments for my granddaughter. He is the best front office person for this department with his calm demeanor and great attitude. I can't say enough about Dr. Muller and her staff. Everyone was so kind and patient with my granddaughter, who was petrified of receiving the treatments that she needed. Dr. Muller and her staff explained everything that was going to happen and had a calm, positive approach. I truly appreciate everyone in the Pediatric Dept, you turned a stressful situation for my granddaughter into a calm experience.

On the phone I called about tooth extractions and they said it would be between $200 - $400. They did not want to do a tooth extraction with out an implant and wasted $194 dollars for them to do some X-rays. The doctor refused to just do the tooth extraction. On top of that they wanted to do a root canal to try and save the tooth and have a price of $4000. I just wanted my tooth out to not be in pain. Thanks doc.

Love coming here not only for myself but for my children as well. The staff is so nice and friendly and the offices are clean.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I'm very nervous about go to the dentist or better yet trying to find a good one. Not only to you get a beautiful calming view Dr. Nguyen and the dental assistants who assisted with my root canal were amazing! Now I can feel comfortable about going to the dentist thank you!

Another great dental experience with Y. Stephen Sugiono, DDS @ Riverside Dental Group. My regular hygenist (Sabrina) was not available but Yvette did a great job! I highly recommend Dr. Sugiono for all your adult dental needs.

After two visits, my experience with this dental office has all been positive. Everyone on staff is very friendly and helpful. They make me feel comfortable which says a lot since I get very anxious about dentist visits.

This review is based on treatment I received back in December 2020. I had a crown replaced by their recommendation. I specifically asked at the time of service what our financial responsibility would be seeing that we had dual coverage through the end of the year. They gave me a number, I paid no problem. Then I received a large bill months later stating insurance ended up not covering what they had already stated.

We called said insurance (which by the way we no longer have due to my husband losing his job due to pandemic) and they have zero record of them contacting regarding billing. I repeatedly asked them to verify the cost of this replacement due to money being tight. They screwed us over big time and have made no effort to right this wrong. We will not be returning due to their lack of communication with us.

Oh and by the way, I have gone in to have them adjust my crown because the placement was rushed the first time around (they left me in the waiting room for 45 minutes then had the audacity to let me know that the doctor doesn't like working over) and 5 months later I am still having trouble with it. It really felt like an end of year money grab because my crown was literally not giving me any problems until I went to this place. 0/10 would NOT recommend. During a global pandemic you would think they would be more diligent in providing great care but they left a lot to be desired. Unprofessional & careless.

This is the first time I actually had a good experience with a dental office. Dr. Nguyen and Nurse Jamie are awesome. Most dental offices are so pushy. I have found this office to be honest and take good care of my teeth. So thankful I was recommended by a friend to come here.

You pay $1000s of dollars in full then they send another bill later demanding more. They start with the prices extremely high hoping you're ignorant enough to just say ok. They send you to 3 different locations (Magnolia, Central then Corona) just to get wisdom teeth pulled. I would avoid Riverside Dental Group

I have had HMO dental insurance and gone to every office in the city of Riverside for treatment. All turned out exhausting and I left irritated. I pay extra for my insurance just to go to Riverside Dental Group. Its worth every penny. The office staff is awesome and the Dental assistants, and Dentists are amazing and kind. My kids LOVE Dr. Muller along with Dr. Hawkins, their Orthodontist. I see Dr. White and he is kind, gentle and patient. I am finally not afraid to see the dentist.

My Son had a procedure done and got all of his back teeth silver capped. After 1 year and 8 month My son has had 2 different issues on all that work. They corrected the first issue but apparently their work is only covered for about 6 months. I have had cheaper work done to me that has lasted over 10 years without one single issue and the expensive work they did on my son already has had major issues in such short amount of time.

When a silver cap falls out within the first few months WOW! But when another splits open down the middle, I mean there is no explanation other than Cheap Work or Cheap Materials being used. This place might look nice and expensive but their work ethics do not meet expectations!

I used to dread going to the dentist office. Now I know whenever I go into Riverside Dental Group I know I will be well taken care of. Mari and Leah are so amazing! They truly are gems. Thank you guys so so much for all you do.

My review was deleted by as I said, this dental office is dingy and should be closed down! The tools they use are unsanitary and the receptionist have terrible attitudes. They panhandle any and everybody who walks foot into that office. 1/10 wouldn't even recommend this place to the drcil

I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. When I went in for a cleaning they cleaned only half my mouth, and now my dental insurance won't cover another cleaning for another two more years because they already did a cleaning. Then when I tried to schedule my wisdom teeth to be taken out they wanted to charge me $1,400 for TWO impacted wisdom teeth!

Which is ridiculously over charging. I went somewhere else and was charged only $400 for all four impacted wisdom teeth. DONT GO HERE. Check your other dental companies first!

I'm usually a nervous wreck when visiting the dentist. I came here to take all 4 wisdoms teeth out. Dr. Morreta was amazing! He was really caring and took good care of the way he removed my wisdoms. Dr Krall the anesthesiologist called me a couple of days before surgery to go over what would happen and what to do before coming in for surgery.

He as well was very nice and informative. I just really love the amazing friendly staff that was there to greet and help me answer any questions that I had. After surgery Dr. Morreta made sure to call me and follow up with my healing process. I'm so glad I came here. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I have been going to Dr. last for over 20 years and he has been caring and confident dentist. His office staff however is another story. Long story short, I worked out an arrangement to deal with my portion of a bill and they sent me to collections. They know that I am unemployed due to Covid and over 70% of my bill was already paid but they still sent me to collections. No one seems to talk to each other in the office nor do they share notes about conversations with patients. Beware, they don't care about you, they just want the money.

I had work done here in very short notice. Had not been to a dentist for about a decade. This group squeezed me in on a Friday morning, examined me and determined that I needed work done that afternoon, yes, that Friday. Treated me with honesty and gentleness. And the bill was EXACTLY what they had laid out.

Always a little skeptical of places that have great reviews, but advertise a reward only for a positive review. So beware, some of these reviewers may have just wanted a free latte.

Amazing staff. All bases are covered from kids to adults. Dr. Kim is amazing and every hygienist is great. They are HIGHLY recommended. It's perfect did all aspects of dental care.

These people over charged me and double billed.me and the insurance group. Told me items were not covered and they were. It's like going into a car sales lot at this place. Don't trust them.

My family has been with Riverside Dental Group for over 12 years. My son has had excellent pediatric care and is continuing into adult service. My husband and I have had excellent quality care for all our dental needs. I highly recommend Riverside Dental Group not only for its high quality of experienced care but also for their caring staff.

My first time going to a dentist in a long time. So happy I chose Riverside Dental Group the staff is very friendly and efficient, the office so comfortable and inviting! Most of all didn't have to wait forever. Will gladly be back for future appointments.

My kids have had Dr. Kim as their dentist for 7 years. They like him a lot! He's always kind and gentle and professional. In fact, the entire pediatric staff is kind, gentle, and professional. I have been coming to Dr. White at the dental group for many years! The staff is always helpful and kind with every visit. The office is always clean and well kept. The waiting area is open, clean, and comfortable place to wait for your appointment. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone in the area!

I LOVE Riverside Dental Group! Dr. Elias has been our family dentist for over 20 years. Not only is he a great dentist he is a really nice guy! Angie is my hygienist and she is wonderful! The front office staff is always kind and helpful. If you are looking for a great place for your dental needs I highly recommend RDG!

For some people going to the dentist is a scary experience. As long as I've been coming to Riverside Dental I haven't been nervous about seeing the dentist! Appointments are convenient to make in advance and I've never been kept waiting long. Staff is friendly and professional. Hygienists are very nice and let me know what's happening at every step so I'm not freaked out.
