Please, do not go here unless you love pain and no compassion. I visited here and ended up with more than just a cleaning. After the cleaning an abscess built up and destroyed my gums. I visited another dental office and now I need a root canal because, they failed to see me and give me antibiotics! I tried to talk to the lady at the front desk but no compassion at all. If they would have got me back in after I told them I was in a lot of pain maybe I could have saved my tooth and gums!

Dr. Arbor and her staff are excellent. I had some anxiety about having a tooth removed and they were extremely accommodating and understanding. Dr. Arbor made me so much more comfortable with the procedure. The front desk staff is very friendly and efficient as well. I will recommend this dentist office to everyone I can.

Excellent dental practice. I have been coming here for 2 years now and they have always friendly and highly accommodating. They have taken really good care of my teeth and I'm extremely happy with their service.

I had a toothache and my dentist couldn't get to me. Tried several others to no avail. Finally found them who could work me in. They were so kind. I would definitely recommend them. I may have even found a future dentist.

All the staff here is extremely rude. The women working the front desk yell at you, cut you off, and basically treat you like garbage. Also the dentists here jerk your head/neck around aggressively and throw equipment on your chest during dental procedures. Definitely won't be returning.

I went to this office for 2 years. Wait time was about 45 minutes every time in the waiting room. X Ray technology is ancient and there were the same stains on the exam room cabinets everytime I went. There were also lots of insurance billing issues. I do not recommend this office. Quality of cleaning varied each time.

I have to say my fiance is a huge fan of Dr. Richmond and her work. She does superb crowns. And I will say that I know we are navigating through this pandemic but what I don't understand is, there was a sign on the door clearly stating you are welcome to have 1 support person with you during the appointment. I was told I could not wait in the waiting area while an X-ray was done, so that I could join him in the treatment room.

I was told to wait in the car. 5 hours later I go back in to see if the are nearly finished and LORD and behold a waiting room full of people. NO SOCIAL DISTANCING but I could not sit there for 5 minutes alone in an empty waiting area? Did I miss something?

My review is for this office, NOT for the dentist, or hygienist. Things went fine until my insurance changed. Suddenly the front office seemed to have no idea how to file. I kept receiving non-payable EOBs due to incorrect, or insufficient information. Finally - after this happened 3 times, I got a letter from the human resources director for the company paying for that insurance policy.

I took all this information to the office, and while I was getting treatment, someone up front said they checked the insurance. When I came back out, this young girl told me the insurance was A-OK. I told them I would not make another appointment until I was sure this current visit was covered. Within a month I received another "insufficient or incorrect" information EOB. I also received a bill for that visit. I will pay it - that's how I live life. But I am through. I am sad - I really liked the professionals

The place is dated. The dentist and practitioners I had were kind and professional, and the staff at the office were helpful UNTIL they got the bill returned by the insurance company due to insufficient information. They never explained up front that part(s) of the treatments I got may not be covered by the insurance and would be of my responsibility.

When I talked to them on the phone about it, they gave me incorrect information regarding the date they last communicated with the insurance company, and asked me when I would pay the bill, which hasn't even been decided who's responsible for. Ridiculous customer service. I'm never going back. *Update: They deleted my review that I wrote on 11/17/2016. Infuriating.

While it's fair to let your patient know that a treatment *may not* be covered by insurance, they assured me that the procedure (and follow up) were needed, and it resulted in $400+ of my own money being spent. Ultimately, and legally, my fault. My problem is that they DID NOT send an appeal to my insurance even though they said they did, and I requested for them to do so twice.

My insurance has zero record of any follow up, which would have solved the problem. But they had my cash, so why go out of their way? Dishonesty is where I draw the line. Given the rudeness I experienced before, during, after my procedure, and with the staff while trying to clarify this issue, I will not return.
