If I could, I would give it a 0 star. I had an appointment and was told after that I would have to pay because they don't have time to call my insurance and ask for benefit information. The staff was very rude and not very helpful. Accurate information would have been appreciated.

Best Doctor in Modesto! I was nervous at first getting a procedure done with my gums, and Doctor Bains made me feel calm; comfortable when getting my surgery done with her. Amazing staff, and I even got my retainer clean for free. I am very grateful to have found a Doctor who really is knowledgeable, and caring about her patients. Also, all of the staff were amazing, and friendly! I will recommend friends and family to go to her.

Amazing! Beyond through. Had surgery yesterday no swelling, no pain. I followed her instructions too. I highly recommend her.

I was very worried about getting my gum worked on and I have nothing but good to say about this office. Staff is so nice and accommodating. Dr Bains is a pro at what she does. Made me feel so at ease with eh whole procedure. Modesto is so lucky to have Dr. Bains.

Was referred here by my dentist to get a dental implant for a tooth I broke years ago. While what sounds like a scary procedure ended up being a process that lead to hardly any discomfort whatsoever. Staff was extremely friendly even called to check up the day after procedure. They are great at making sure your comfortable and have all the answers you need about your procedure. Will definitely use this place again if needed

I Researched for a periodontist in my area and found Dr. Baines. I am so fortunate I found her. First off her office is spectacular and staff is even better. Dr Baines was absolutely fabulous she never rushed me. Explained throughly. I would recommend her anytime. And I would definitely go back. Thank you for taking care of my tooth. Several dentists were telling me my tooth was not savable do to a toungue ring. But she saved my tooth. My tooth feels great. Again Thanks Dr Baines!

Love, love, love these people! You can know they care about you! They go out of their way to make sure your comfortable. Fabulous staff and Dr. Baines is by far thee best ever!

Dr. Bains and her staff are beyond helpful. I had an emergency abscess on my gums that I needed to get removed. Not only because it was painful and draining every hour I slept but because I was 33 weeks pregnant. She was booked out for over a month and they squeezed me in the next day and removed it for me with no hesitation. The cost was very reasonable and the whole staff was helpful and caring.

I have two follow up appointments to make sure everything is healing right at no charge to me. The next day one of the staff members called me to make sure I was ok and not having any complications. I can't thank Dr. Bains and her staff enough. If I was to have any more issues with my gums, I will be coming back to Dr. Bains! I highly recommend Dr. Brains and her staff for any periodontal work!

Oh, Dr. Bains. We have a love-hate relationship. I love this woman - perhaps that's unprofessional -- I love this Dr.;) She is so affable - she is completely without the "white coat" attitude a lot of Doctors rub in your face -- while still maintaining a professional demeanor. Dr. Bains is the best in the business when it comes to implants and crown lengthening.

The "hate" part of our relationship is a natural by-product of the procedures. Crown lengthening is about the most painful thing I've ever gone through - I recommend not looking up the procedure before you have it done, you'll only freak out more. :( Bains is a pro though - and she's thorough, which is important so that you won't have future problems. As much as I like Dr. Bains, I hope to never see her again in her professional capacity.;) As a side note - her office is beautiful!
